Fantastic experience: Damira is the only dentist in London that I actually like. I have been to a few others and none of them beats Damira. The people are amazing. The last man I saw made me feel so welcomed. He was incredibly friendly. I could stop him and ask questions without feeling rushed. He was cheerful the whole time. I just wish there were more spaces so I could register my family to join Damira.
Fantastic experience: The staff was very kind and helped me get rid of my gun infection. From the admin, Mr Mohammed to the dentist, Zahida, they were all very friendly, professional and helpful. They told me when pain was about to happen and helped me laugh the pain out. Definitely recommend

Negative experience: Had booked an appointment as a NHS patient online and once I got to my appointment two months later I was told I was being seen as a private patient because there is a waiting list for NHS patients. If your booking system allows to book as a NHS patient, it is hardly the problem or the fault of the patient, nor their responsibility to know what is happening past systems not visible to patients. I refused the private appointment and waiting to be refunded. Not pleased having wasted time to travel 45-minutes to the practice while thinking this was a NHS appointment.

Negative experience: Bit disappointed with Hygienist service, she only did front half of my upper/lower teeth. Thought they were professional & i trusted them. It’s not my first time going to a dental hygienist & i have never experienced this kind of 15 mins express cleaning. Fantastic experience: I went to enquire for invisalign treatment for my daughter. She is 14 years old and has enquired about it at a different dentist before she moved house. This dentist explained it so much better and done alot more for example: they explained the invisalign journey step by step and gave an estimate price. They also took professional photos whereas my other dentist did not. The consultation was also free and they offer payment plans. I would recommend this dentist and we will definitely be going through with it if everything goes to plan.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aidin Mehrparvar is the best dentist I've had in my life, he's always positive, friendly, polite and genuinely cares about his patients. The practice itself is clean and well located and all the other staff are also great. The pricing is fair through Denplan monthly payments and they have a good stock of dental products if you need to buy anything. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I always have the best experience here at Damira. Amazing dentists who make my young children feel comfortable. This was a worry for me but I cannot say a negative thing about them at all. I have never felt rushed and my children are never scared to visit the dentist. Practice is impeccably clean and even though I have moved further away from Damira with many dentists closer I will stay here. Receptionist is also lovely and super efficient!

Negative experience: Disappointed Misinformed and feel cheated. I was in teeth pain, my local dentist were unable to repair as I needed a complex root canal procedure on my molar tooth and forwarded me to a expensive private clinic. I decided to research and look for other clinics that may be able to do this. I came across Damira, who had so many 5 star reviews. I phoned the receptionist and explained my treatment and they confirmed they CAN repair this, and for nhs price 15x times cheaper. I made a appointment, Day 1. The dentist took an x-ray and told me my teeth (that's painful) doesn't need a root canal and it just needs a filling and another teeth (not painful) needs a root canal. I was baffled why I got 2 different opinions from here and my local dentist. Nevertheless I accepted, paid the receptionist for the filling and also paid for gum cleaning in advanced as I was advised I need it urgent. Day 2, My pain was getting worse. On the day of the filling, dentist has a closer look at the painful teeth and has now advised, no filling, it needs a root canal and they DON'T do this treatment at this practice. They gave Me a temp filling (which i already had from other dentist) and for the gums, they used a interdental brush (which you can buy from most shops for a few quid) and gave me a quick clean (which I could of done myself with a interdental brush) rather then pay £75 for. After I left, I felt I paid for treatments I didn't even need and conned Into doing it, the receptionist even suggested if I am happy to please leave a review, which explains why they have so many positive reviews, good bit of marketing skills I say. So overall, I was mis informed firstly by receptionist that said they do root canal on molar teeth. THEY DONT. This was a way of me making a appointment, paying a lot of money for a treatment. Also disappointed as 1st appointment I was mis Informed by dentist on what treatment I need and wasted another £75. They also said I may need 2 x root canals as both teeth are faulty? On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the clinic looked decent, hence the 2 stars. Fast forward 2 months, I went with the private clinic specialist Endodontics. Who confirmed my painful teeth needs a root canal and NOT the other teeth. When I told the specialist, another dentist told me i may do, they replied, ignore them cos they don't know.

Fantastic experience: After a year of postponing and occasional pain I decided to remove my wisdom tooth, I was quite nervous as I didn't know what practice to choose and then I came across Damira Docklands and its excellent reviews. I definitely made the right call, I went in for an emergency appointment as my tooth was hurting and Dr. Roberta Lima gave me a thorough examination and suggested to remove it as there was a big cavity as well,she explained everything to me in a very simple and effective way. The day of my extraction I was quite nervous but Dr. Lima and her assistant were very kind and reassuring, considering that the extraction wasn't very easy as the position of tooth itself and that cavity made it worse, the whole process lasted over an hour. I was getting more nervous and a bit worried but then again Dr. Lima did a great job and was very professional and calm about it. Unfortunately the blood cloth didn't form after my extraction and that led to a dry socket and it was hurting quite bad, I went in after a few days and she managed to treat it and the pain was over after a couple of days. I went in for a checkup last week and everything is healing just fine, the hole is almost closed and I can eat as I did before. I will definitely go back for an hygen appointment too, 100% recommended. Thanks again to Dr. Lima for being so nice to me and professional, the receptionist was also very kind and helpful, asking me how I was and if my pain decreased after the dry socket.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this surgery as it is 5/5 and have great practice. The staff at the reception are very helpful and are able to respond to queries promptly and comprehensively. If I write an email to them they literally respond straight away and if I need some support with a prescription or to get an appointment, they make the process very easy. This service is helpful for busy people like me as it ensures we get the assistance with no fuss. Additionally the dentist and team there are very helpful and it is all very clean. The person I spoke to from reception called Anna, she was so polite and so helpful, I told her how I was very nervous and the reasons why and she was so patient with me and reassured me and made me feel at ease, which I'm very greatful for. My appointment was with Harsh, who was very professional and reassured me by explaining to me every step on what he will be doing. I didn't feel nervous or feel judged which I appreciated a great deal. Thank you Damira Dental for making me feel comfortable and for all the advice that was given to me about my dental care.
