Fantastic experience: Mr Elbin Edison is truly this most compassionate dentist I have met. I have a fear of dental work after a past bad experience and he has always put me at ease and been incredible with me. So these 5* are for him and dental nurse Jess!

Fantastic experience: I had extreme toothache and had 2 emergency appointments through 111 at a dentist in hull, I was fobbed off both times by them and left in excruciating pain. I decided to ring the dental design studio in hornsea and they managed to squeeze me in same day for a private appointment, they were caring and compationate, identified the problem with x-rays and an examination and gave me medication which eased my pain within a couple of days. I couldn't thank them enough and I'd have been lost without them. The price was very reasonable as well. Both my children also attend this dentist and they're always brilliant with them both. Id highly recommend the dental design studio to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been a nervous dental patient so much in the past that I lost my NHS dentist place where I previously lived. I had been using temporary fillings for 5 or more years until I decided I needed to put on my big girl pants & register at TDDS in Hornsea as a private patient, NHS dentists are hard to come by thanks to Government cuts. I was treated with total respect from checkup to root canal, with other smaller jobs. I won't talk about the cost vs NHS as that is nothing that the practice can control. Thank you everyone, I can now eat without losing some food to a cavity.

Fantastic experience: I had a potentially difficult extraction where there was a possibility that the tooth could break into two halves. The tooth was carefully taken out cleanly and in one piece, it fell apart afterwards! The wound healed rapidly with no infection. A very professional and efficient service.

Fantastic experience: After being nervous of visiting the dentist for years I have eventually found one who cares! Makes me feel relaxed and understands my needs. I can’t praise him enough, also the reception staff are welcoming. One thing I don’t like is no privacy at reception about your treatments and paying this is carried out in front of patients waiting, maybe this could be written down instead of discussing.

Positive experience: Had an emergency dental situation and was able to get an appointment very quickly. The reception staff, dentist and the dental nurse were very kind, reassuring and efficient and the problem was sorted to my satisfaction. The only reason I have awarded 4 stars, rather than 5, is that my experience both this time and in previous appointments, is that the clinic always runs late.

Needed an emergency appointment today and got in this morning amd she sorted my tooth out with no drama at all. All the staff are friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend. Even my other half likes them and she's terrified of dentists!

Fantastic experience: On behalf of my wife, all the staff were polite, friendly and efficient and the dentist and hygienist were great.

Negative experience: I only needed 1 small filling, having finished work with another dentist who had retired. I told the receptionist I did not need a visit nor any xrays, which I stressed and insisted. My appointment lasted 8 minutes charged £79. Plus filling 180 considered a large filling. Total £269. Total rip off. Private dentistry in UK are dishonest.

Fantastic experience: Husband visited this dental studio as an emergency. We were on holiday in Hornsea at the time. Receptionist Judy was very helpful and assisted to get him an appointment on the same day. The dentist Mr Shahbaz was professional and soon found out what was causing the issue. All staff very friendly and could not do enough to help. We managed to stay and enjoyed the rest of our holiday, without the Dental Design Studio we would have had to cut our holiday short. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Warm and friendly welcome from the lovely receptionist Judy. Visiting D.D.Studio for my 6mth check up, I was in and out in 15mins.

Positive experience: After calling so many NHS dentists to be told there's a 2.5yr to 5.5yr waiting list. Private wasn't much better. I desperately needed a dentist as my bridge had fallen out. The design studio was recommended to me. I called the dentist and the lovely receptionist judy said she didn't have any NHS appointments but offered me to go private. The appointment was 2wks away, and then there's the cost of going private. I said I would think about it anyway I called the next day the receptionest judy remembered me and managed to get me a cancellation the day after. Its always nice getting acknowledged, thank you. I need my bridge fitting and 2 small fillings, I am having to wait 2wk for my treatment but at least I've seen a dentist. Thank you Detal Design studio

Fantastic experience: I have used this practice for many years and can highly recommend Sara, the hygienist. She is very careful and leaves no stone unturned when cleaning and polishing my teeth. Judy, the receptionist is always very friendly and welcoming and seems to know every patient by sight! There has been a few changes with dentists recently so cannot comment on them.
