Fantastic experience: I saw Imran and a lovely lady with prescribed glasses. We had a very good chat and consultation before treatment or examination commenced. This was far better than other treatments and consultations I have had with my family. He was not in a hurry to discharge me. He needed to have a brief knowledge of my circumstances to enable him meet my needs or advise me on any queries. He certified and confirmed that I was indeed looking after my teeth as I explained. I further recommend him. He is a genius at what he does

Fantastic experience: BECKTON Dentist is one of the best, they will explain to your understanding your treatment. Friendly staff allowed you to ask any questions you want to know about your treatment. The dentist is so patience and makes you to realise for your treatment try them and you will not regret it,

Fantastic experience: Due to a circumstance of the dental centre (next to ASDA) it is the only solution get these problems fix, even if its hygienist cleaning, removing (another location of the dental centre), Procedure, etc. (even they don’t like it, but do have to do it) This is the only way the keep those teeth heathy (she may like to aggressive, but it the only way to get the job done as soon as possible), the price seems to fair to expensive (depending on which type of cleanup it is) and after it finish obtain some freebies (which can be pay separately in-store) Highly recommend, but use caution it's likely any appointment will be cancel/rescheduled

Negative experience: I thought great as a pensioner, a new dentist in beckton on my door step went to register and was told we are a private dentist you pay for all you're treatment here so that's why there is so many people with rotton teeth private dentist are expensive

Fantastic experience: No lift so if your in a wheelchair you can't use this dentist so they now have a wheelchair lift but as yet to see it work but the staff are friendly helpful and the dentist is understanding of your needs no matter how big are small would recommend

Negative experience: extremely unprofessional. the appointment felt rushed, i paid out of pocket for a less than adequate cleaning because there was no clear way to get the NHS coverage (that I paid thousands for with my visa), and they had me look at & sign a consent form AFTER the appointment was done. will never be going back here.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience this morning at the Colosseum Dental Clinic in Beckton. Both my husband and I were seen by both Beheshta, the Dentist and Margaret her Dental Nurse. They were fantastic, friendly, approachable and charming. We have no hesitation in returning to this clinic and certainly we would definitely recommend them. Thank you ladies.

Fantastic experience: Editing my review: The new hygienist (Nive) was very knowledgeable, took her time to explain issues to me and offered solutions no dentist or hygienist had ever told me. For example, my top two teeth are sensitive and she said before I sleep, I should apply toothpaste at the sensitive parts overnight for up to 3 weeks. I'm doing that and it's improving. The cleaning was very thorough which I really appreciate. The price has increased for the airflow clean to £99 compared to below done around 2022. I noticed a difference this time around (maybe it has to do with the hygienist) and i like the difference. Also, my 2 years old son had a chipped tooth and the emergency dentist that saw him was very good. I liked how he continued to mend the chipped tooth despite my son crying. He was professional and encouraging to myself and child. Its clean, professional staff, and overall, good atmosphere. A bit pricey for this part of London as prices are the same or a bit higher than BUPA in Canary Wharf. For example, I went to clean my teeth and was charged £85 for cleaning with air flow (prices will increase to £90 in August). Personally, I didn't notice any difference between normal cleaning and air flow, so I'll go back to the normal process and save myself the £5-10 difference. At BUPA, for the same cleaning, it normally cost £80. Also, you need to pay a deposit for any appointment you make.

Negative experience: I recently had a frustrating phone call with a medical practice trying to schedule an appointment for my son. After a long wait, I finally reached the receptionist, but she seemed clueless and had a very low English level. I had to repeat myself several times to get her to understand my situation. I explained that my wife and I work Monday to Friday and are only available for weekend or late evening appointments. However, she insisted that it was not possible because I was a new patient, and only old patients were given this privilege. I tried to explain that I would pay for the appointment, but she refused. She threatened me to remove my san from the practice if I continued to keep saying that, I believe she was from Ukraine or Lithuania, as she had Russian, accent ,although she may have been from another country.

Negative experience: Unreliable clinic, we had appointment booked 6 months in advance and when 3 days left till appointment they cancelled it. Reason of cancellation I was told was that dentist worked hard all year and decided to take a day off , we were told next available appointment ( off school ) would be in about 6 months maybe later . Waited 6 months just to be told that we need to reschedule it for next time instead least another 6 months. Fuming

Negative experience: The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Reception staff didn’t check me in or perhaps forgot about me (unsure which) on two different occasions and was waiting 30-40minutes for my appointment (but that’s definitely not the worst part). I’ve never had problems at dentists before, (and also never feel the need to complain / negatively review) however after my last experience here am extremely anxious. This was last year and I am still dealing with problems caused. Had a wisdom tooth extraction in the chair which was incredibly traumatic, (the only saving grace of this practice is the incredible dental assistant - I wish I could remember her name as she treated me with so much kindness and care throughout this experience) the extraction took a long time and was incredibly painful the dentist was getting frustrated with me and not listening when I was saying how much pain I was in. He caused lasting damage to the area and I had to have 7 visits to various emergency dentists following this to try and rectify the problems and the pain which was experienced for months afterwards. Having told other dentists about my experience they have said that the extraction should not have been performed this way. Honestly, an incredibly traumatic experience, and has left me with incredible nerves and anxiety surrounding dentistry which I have NEVER had before this. Again, the dental nurse was amazing. Everything else, not so.

Negative experience: Hello! Today (27/07/2024)I have some not very good news after an appointment with a hygienist. What's happened ? I got a lot of stress after the visit. It was the first time in my life that I was in such a situation. The doctor was irritated and from the very beginning I realized that something was wrong. When the doctor started working on my teeth, I became even more convinced that there was definitely something wrong with the doctor; I was in pain, although the cleaning was always very tolerable. I asked to interrupt the appointment and not continue. I also offered to pay for the work. I want to say that the condition of my teeth has never been bad, my last visit to the hygienist was in April 2024, not so long ago! Even after the pandemic, when it was not possible to get to the dentist for a long time, hygienic cleaning was painless. When I returned home and told the house about what happened, I realized that it was not about me, but that the doctor was in a bad mood, something happened before me, and they showed anger towards me..... I just in shock, we pay money, trust the doctor, but such a case can ruin everything. Our family has been regular patients of your clinic since 2012, it is a pity that the service has become comparatively worse.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. I had gone for an Invisalign / invisible braces consultation & I had to follow up for weeks & weeks to hear back from the team. After I had sent multiple emails, I got a reply from them finally. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this clinic. I also happen to go to the same doctor for a second consultation & after multiple follow-ups, I am still awaiting a revert from them. Weird! Looks like they don’t take their patients seriously. I feel the consultation money has been wasted. Dr Taif Salih takes his own sweet time I guess to revert to his patients
