Fantastic experience: I visited smile for the first time and consulted Jane the chiropodist. She was professional and knowledgeable. My foot problem was soon sorted and I shall be attending her clinic for regular maintenance of my feet.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this wonderful clinic for a hundred years for my feet, not my teeth...and it is always a joy. The reception girlies are really lovely, friendly, professional and just SO great to deal with (cheque is in the post, girls!) . Jane, the brave lady who attacks my feet is amazing and I come out feeling years younger with both feet working which is the name of the game. Always extra helpful and the nicest of people, nothing is too much trouble for her. So I am truly grateful for these guys being there and offering a service which is superb. Positive experience: I was a new patient and had booked to see the hygenist. Her treatment was excellent and everything was explained clearly. I can't say the same about Reception. I was 15 minutes early and the sole receptionist was on the phone to someone who was clearly asking about beauty treatments. After standing for 10 minutes where she could clearly see me but didn't acknowledge me and during which time another two patients arrived she put the caller on hold and gave me a Tablet on which there was a form to sign. I was called in on time to see the hygenist and queue jumped to return the Tablet. Although the receptionist was clearly dealing with a difficult caller this situation could have been handled better so only 4 stars.

Fantastic experience: Ver impressed, I’ve had a few sessions of laser with Leyla now and I am so impressed with the results, I was looking for an effective solution to stubborn hair and I am so glad I picked this option. Both my consultation and the actual laser appointments I was made to feel at ease throughout. It was completely painless and the results are really impressive. This has given me a sense of confidence and it’s a great feeling knowing I don’t have to worry about removing that stubborn hair anymore! Especially because this used to be a big insecurity of mine. Fantastic experience: 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ I’ve had my second hydra -facial and first laser appointment, all my appointments have been with Leyla. I struggle with dry skin and the hydra facial works wonders for me, Leyla has always been so attentive and very informative about what products work well for me, my skin has improved massively already. I was nervous about getting laser but Leyla made me feel so relaxed and comfortable! Fantastic experience: Never thought I’d be leaving a review for laser hair removal - but here we are Let me just say, Leyla is an absolute magician. Not only is the clinic spotless and super professional, but she somehow makes the whole experience feel more like a catch-up than a treatment. I was a bit skeptical at first and didn’t know whether laser removal was the right approach but wow – the results have been amazing. No pain, no awkwardness, just smooth sailing and smoother skin. She knows exactly what she’s doing, makes you feel totally comfortable, and has the kind of energy that makes you want to book another session ❤️ She is the best just book it!

I thought I'd have to get train tracks put back onto my teeth but the dentist was very thorough in checking and we have gone for an invisalign journey instead.. everything explained clearly.. very clean practice too. Fantastic experience: Brilliant! Trisha (hygienist) and Jas (dentist) have really taken the time to put me at ease. They are both so kind and gentle. With their help I have been able to overcome a dental phobia and although I still get nervous they have both taken the time to put me at ease. My teeth and gums are so much better and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Positive experience: Kavita finally rid me of a verruca that had bothered me for over 9 years. It was an experience that I will never forget for many reasons. Fantastic experience: Kavita has a caring and professional manner. I first met her a few years ago when I was in pain with ingrown toenails. She performed the required procedures with the utmost care as I was in pain. I have seen her on a regular basis every since. And she has kept my feet in very good condition. She has a warm and caring nature and I would recommend her to you if you have a problem with your feet

Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and the chiropodist was brilliantly helpful answering my many questions. She did a fantastic job on my feet and now I know how to treat them they have not given me any more trouble. Throughly recommended .

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign treatment at The Oxford Smile Clinic Didcot. James and the whole team there were excellent throughout the whole process, polite and professional. We looked at different options and went with Invisalign. 10 months in total and left with 3 sets of retainers and teeth whitening. My teeth are now as straight as they can be and nice and white. Many thanks James and the team at the Smile Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have always been extremely nervous of the dentist. I think it stems back to the days when you had the school dentist which are not good memories. Since using the podiatrist at Smile and have become comfortable with the staff I have now been going to the dentist. Jas is great I have not had any pain whilst having treatment, the drill still makes me feel nervous but I have to say the fillings look really nice and he is very understanding. The hygienist is lovely as well, numbs my mouth beforehand so no discomfort at all. Highly recommended the clinic.

I was worried about a planned extraction my dentist had told me I needed so wanted a second opinion. James was so helpful, explaining all my options and his opinion was he could save the tooth. I had the procedure done with everything explained all through and was very relaxed about it. I had a great experience l here and would highly recommend them to anyone who is wary of going to get their teeth and oral health checked - 10/10!

Dr. Ajay Murgai made the whole process smooth and comfortable, and my smile has never looked better. Both explained the procedures I was undergoing and what further precautions I should undertake to maintain the good state that my teeth and gums were in. We need not have worried, from the first contact with the warm reception team to the dental appointments, we felt valued and understood. We hope never to move again and be patients for life!! Fantastic experience: I found the hygienist appointment a little uncomfortable but the hygienist did everything she could to be swift yet thorough. She even numbed my mouth to try and help some of the particularly sensitive areas which was nice of her.

The whole team are incredibly professional, The facilities are first rate and the dental work that you will receive from Oxford smile Clinic will be nothing short of superb. I’ve been a client of Oxford Clinic for the last 2 years after having numerous NHS appointments over the years and I can tell that going private for something as essential as your oral health is worth ever penny. With the Oxford Smile Clinic Didcot I’ve had fillings, Root canal and crowns performed and to anyone on the fence about going Private for dental work, Oxford Smile clinic Didcot is the place to come. Fantastic experience: James F expertly eased my fears during my appointment, he explained all his observations, the various treaments and patiently answered my many questions. He helpfully explained the procedure and is quite friendly.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction with Jas. He was extremely kind and reassuring, afterwards the after care was explained and a card with details about care was given to me. The reception staff were very caring afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I’m currently doing Invisalign with Ajay, and I’ve been impressed (and not surprised) by how he’s managed the process from the outset. He takes great care with each review to make sure everything is tweaked optimally for the next batch of aligners, and I have complete confidence in his judgement. I’ve also seen him for other cosmetic procedures and the same is true with them too: In everything he does, he has a great eye for aesthetic subtleties, and I trust him to be as invested as I am in getting the end result just right. Unlike so many other dentists and clinics where you never see the same person twice, the clinic as a whole is a lovely place: the receptionists Linda, Lynda, and Sarah are always friendly and fun, as well as helpful and flexible with appointments when life gets complicated. Trishna is a brilliant hygienist, and Kavita does a wonderful job with horrible Swift treatments for verrucas (always getting nicely creative in helping me cope with the pain!). I’ve been coming here for 4 years now, and I recently left my Bupa dental practice in Oxford to move here for all my dental care; they’re so much better at everything, as well as more affordable (on the payment plan or otherwise). The drive from central Oxford is absolutely worth it; I’m very grateful to have found this place. It’s run by lovely people who care about doing things properly.

Fantastic experience: I've had a really good experience at this dentist, and my partner and son now use it too. I suffer from dental anxiety and the whole team are very kind and supportive, from the reception team, to the hygienists, dentists and assistants. They also offer a range of other services so for me it's great to have it all under one roof.

Fantastic experience: On visiting the clinic today I found the receptionists to be polite well mannered, personable and acomadating to my needs. On attending an appontment for fillings it had turned out I had needed both teeth extracted instead at this point. The dentist had very generously allowed me to pay the original price and so had been understanding of the fact that this was a new procedure for which I had only the money for the previous one and wasn’t aware untill arrival that this was now the case . So I can’t rate them enougth in terms of service and showing empathy towards the last minute ever changing needs of their clieants. As such This had felt like a person centre approach to my treatment and needs and I left felling fortunate and numb.

Fantastic experience: Had Botox from Ajay to relieve tension in my jaw. The procedure was so quick and gentle - I barely felt a thing! It’s only the first evening and I already feel so much better! I would really recommend paying the Smile Clinics a visit. Thank you to Ajay and his team :)

Negative experience: There doesn't appear to be a doctor - patient management system for when emergency patients come in and take priority over patients who have booked appts from 6 months ago. I was made to wait over 30mins in between hygienist and dentist appointment, during the work day when I am super busy. When I queried the reception about this, the response was inadequate and frankly uncaring - with finger pointing across the departments. It's not good enough - sorry. This isn't the first time. I'll probably be moving to the dentist in the Orchard Centre.

Positive experience: This dental practice is called Smile Dentist but lacks a friendly atmosphere, no one smiles!! It had a tense and cold atmosphere. From a patient/customer's viewpoint, I was also unsure about the level of service experienced but can't say that I was impressed. I do wish them well and an abundance of 'Smiles' in the future as this will certainly warm up their space.

Fantastic experience: I had composite veneers done with Radhika. Radhika was so lovely from day 1, interacted with me human to human and took time to talk anything through - never rushed like previous experiences! I love my teeth now! Any issues, she sorted them out right away. 10/10 would (and do) recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my amalgam filling removed and replaced with non mercury fillings and crowns. I was slightly worried about the process but felt in good hands after having the consultation with jaspal as everything was photographed and explained clearly. I also had a really thorough clean with the hygenist Trishna who kindly took the time to explain my questions to me and was very gentle with her treatment. I felt so well looked after by the team at smile clinic that I’ve purchased a care plan with them for all my future dental work.

Negative experience: After a filling I had pain that I did not have before. They went on to do another filling a week after, while I still had pain from the previous one. All they said is to use a different toothpaste. I have now persistent pain. I asked for my records and there were mistakes (likely crossed notes with another patient that is a smoker). Unacceptable!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist. My son broke his tooth and the dentist repaired it quickly and without fuss, leaving my son feeling relieved and well looked after (as did I). The tooth looks as good as new! I would highly recommend this dentist. Warm and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service provided here, brilliant communication from the start, efficient and helpful receptionists. The podiatrist Kavita was so friendly and very professional with her work. After seeing images of my severe ingrown nail problem she really went above and beyond to help me.

Fantastic experience: Really positive experience. All staff who dealt with my initial enquiries, appointments and general administration were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The dentist was really professional and put me at my ease, all procedures were fully explained and all my questions were answered with expertise and care. The hygienist gave great advice and helped me understand a better way to care for my gums and gave advice on products that really helped.

Fantastic experience: Today was my second Hydra facial treatment and I’m happy to share my feelings, actually my skin feelings. As I love active type of life and work, my skin experienced challenges with sun, wind and rain for long hours and chlorin from swimming pool. Facial treatment so gently, softy renovate your skin, make it cleaner and shiny. I experienced very pleasant steps of therapy, relaxing atmosphere and good advice how to look after my skin later. All together make me feel better and improve my mood too. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Radhika Done an amazing job of transforming my smile, I wish I had the treatment done years ago! I smile with confidence now. All the staff are great!!

Positive experience: I use the chiropody service at the Didcot branch. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The chiropodists are professionally very competent and friendly. There is a car park. The main drawback is that the first floor location is accessed by stairs which are problematic for me entering and (worse) leaving at my age. The practice recently did a refurbishment of the premises, but this did not (unfortunately) include a lift installation.

Fantastic experience: I love going to the Smile Practice in Didcot. Everyone there is always warm and friendly and understanding. It's a pleasant atmosphere, and the new make over of the waiting room and facilities is very nice. I've had an emergency in the past where I came off my bike and kicked out a front tooth and they could get me in straight away and offer my kindness and advice. The receptionist ladies are lovely, the dentists I've had have been cheerful and friendly. It's a really pleasant place and I dont think I want to leave any time soon.

Fantastic experience: I can not thank James and the young dentil nurse enough, I was a very nervous patient in a lot of pain and I was made to feel at ease and had total confidence in James. I had not been to the dentist for far too long out of fear, but will gladly return to smile.

Positive experience: Update: it would be more flexible of the practice if they offered more days of available laser hair removal treamtment. I’m finding it difficult to match availability with the practice and knowing when I would need another session isn’t something I can book in advance like you can with other treatment types. Anita is fantastic. The results I have seen with laser hair removal have been phenomonally life changing. She is great at planning our sessions for my comfort and is lovely to chat to whilst getting my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I needed a second opinion as I required a root canal filling. I chose Oxfordshire Smile Practice at Didcot because I’d had my teeth straightened 8 years ago and was very pleased with the results. I saw Jas who gave me an explanation as to why I needed specialist treatment ( something that was not explained at my previous dentist) also, I knew I needed a filling on another tooth that had been neglected by my previous dentist. Jas filled the tooth and it is the best filling I have ever had ( I am nearly 70 so have had many over the years!) the tooth looked like a new tooth without a filling! I had my root canal treatment at the specialist and Jas had to make the crown. I had the treatment and temporary crown which was comfortable throughout the process. Jas kept me informed throughout and I did not encounter any discomfort. I had the crown fitted today and it is excellent. I highly recommend this Dentist practice as all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to a chiropodist and I was a bit nervous but the lady I saw, Kavita Murgai, was really friendly and put me at ease. She did an excellent job and I would recommend her to anyone else. The rest of the staff at the clinic were very friendly and helpful and the clinic is very smart and clean, I intend going there again when I need any further Chiropody or Dental work.

Fantastic experience: Anita Smith has been the beauty therapist who I have had for two sessions of body contouring. I have given her five stars as she has been an amazing therapist for this treatment. She is excellent at explaining what the therapy consists of before and at each step of the process.
