Fantastic experience: Very professional while being warm and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Andrew, Julie and the team behind the front desk were excellent. It was the first visit for my Mum and I and they made us feel welcome and at ease and were all extremely friendly and polite. Highly recommended! On my most recent visit, it was quite intensive. Lynette was great at answering my questions before I went in for the procedure, and Andrew and Charlotte were brilliant with me.

Fantastic experience: I have visited the surgery numerous times. On my most recent visit, Lynette could see that I was nervous and was great at keeping me calm before my appointment. Likewise, Andrew and Charlotte were fantastic during the procedure and made me feel at ease during it.

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of dental pain for days and went to United Dental first thing and was given an appointment on the day even though my usual dentist was not in that day which was great because the pain was reduced considerably from a quick procedure. Excellent service at reception and from the dentist Andrew who treated me. Very grateful for the good care at United Dental.

Negative experience: Reception staff especially asian chinese face lady really pathetic.Even didn't listen me fully and told me that appointment booked for full year.Really bad behavior.

Negative experience: Very rude receptionist, kept blaming me for her error. And the dentist couldn’t even tell me that my teeth's been flattening due to bruxism, only after consulting with a friend I knew that I needed nightguard to protect from further damage. What a disgrace, very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I had my appointment with Stuart. Very caring and professional. I had root canal treatment, then the rebuilding of the tooth . I was anxious/nervous, But who wouldn't be , But relaxed and calmed myself ,!! The more time that the treatment went on . !!!! A great team they have at the practise. All very professional. Positive experience: I arrived for a 10:15 appointment at 10:13. On my arrival there were two people manning reception; one was on the phone and the other was attending to a patient. I went and sat across from one of the persons at reception so that when she was finished I could be seen. After the lady left the counter my presence was not acknowledged and the receptionist proceeded to document on the computer. I didn't want for her to lose her chain of thoughts therefore I decided to give her time to finish documenting. Immediately after the thought came to my mind someone came from one of the surgery's offices and walked up to the receptionist. I was like to myself, right, I guess I will have to go to the counter for someone to notice me here. A man came in the building seconds later. He stood waiting as the receptionist on the phone was still on the phone while the other was attending to the lady. The receptionist came off the phone and the patient told her he was in for his appointment and she attended to him. While she was attending to him, the other receptionist became available I went up to her and said I'm here for my appointment. I was duly informed of the time and that I have missed my appointment. I pointed out I was there since 10:13. She asked me to have a seat in one of the cubicles. It was then I overheard an exchange between the receptionists; it was the one who was on the phone who said with an attitude "what is she on about?!" and how she hasn't said anything to me! Exactly you hadn't! And that was uncalled for, when all I said was that I was there for my appointment and the time I came. That's it!! I didn't mentioned that I was in eye view of everyone and that I was being ignored. I can't imagine someone entering into your place of business, a place where services is being offered and you do not see them! That's some safety and security issues right there! How can one not be mindful of their surroundings, people moving in and out....not be alert! I find the exchange about me in my hearing offensive and unprofessional. If I had done something or it was believed I said something, this should have been clarified with me instead of talking about me behind my back which was just no distance from me, in my hearing. I believe anything coming from their mouths should have been an apology. They are rude and disrespectful. The dentist on the other hand was great. He apologised for having me wait. Overall it was a good encounter with the dentist but the two you have representing your organisation, the first point of entry, left a bad impression on me. Wrong first encounter. For customer service. I didn't go there begging and would appreciate being treated like a valued customer.

Fantastic experience: Called on Monday in pain with some teeth wobbly, after being off work for 3 weeks with viral infection! I was seen immediately and got Amoxcacillan, teeth all back to normal! Thanks again Stuart!

Fantastic experience: On 17 November 2022 my wife and I attended at UDC for a prearranged appointment on arrival the reception staff were very pleasant, the reception area was very clean and seating positioned to enable social distancing. Both my wife wife and I were examined by Mr Ross Abel who as always very professional, friendly and extremely personable.The treatment room is maintained with extremely high hygiene standards and Mr Abel’s assistant was pleasant and helpful during our visit.The receptionist then assisted in arranging further appointments. All round an excellent experience for my wife and I at United Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: I had a hygenist appointment yesterday with Alison at United Dental Care in Kilmarnock Road at 2.30 pm followed by dentist Ross Abel at 3 pm. I could not fault either of them. They are a great team and I have recommended them to a number of families who now attend this dental practice and we believe it to be the best. Booked in for a 3 month hygenist app for January 2023 and a dentist app and hygenist app for May 2023. Well done Alison and Ross.

Positive experience: Relatively new to this practice. People all friendly but find it very "clinical". Way back you had a good relationship with your dentist but feel nowadays it is definitely a money orientated "business". Again say staff and dentist friendly but never feels very personable.
