Negative experience: Use to think this dentist and Dr Gill were amazing, turns out after seeing a separate private dentist they were in stock to what Dr Gill had done to my teeth and couldnt professional figure out why she had done what she had done, my new dentist said it is disgusting what they have done to me... Pulled out teeth for the sake of it, bodged fillings & root treatment making it extra difficult for my new dentist to correct .. If u go here I would advise once a year to get your teeth/ all work reviewed by another dentist because we dont actually see what the dentist is doing or if they are doing it properly we just have to trust in them ... turns out she botches the work and takes the money ! Not happy at all and will be putting in a claim for miss-treatment!

Fantastic experience: Meeting is always there with a friendly smile and accommodating to all of my needs, she is helpful and always makes sure I feel comfortable when having appointments, the Invisalign treatment has honestly changed my life.

Negative experience: Missed an appointment because a reminder was not sent to me called and told I was no longer patient Because apparently I have missed numerous appointments Since 2011 Asked to speak to her manager And I was told of manager was not available So another receptionist called on the phone I was told, I’ve lost my place at the dentist Because this was the second appointment I’ve missed I explained my situation Then was told She then told me she would have to ask the dentist if he if they would see me Then told me she could get me in with another dentist It was like she was making things up as she went along Then was told I was no longer an NHS patient I would have to go private I then said, if that’s the case, I have to go private. I will not be at your dentist. As one of your dentist previously damaged my teeth where I had to go to the hospital Will not be returning to the dentist When I told them I will be going somewhere else the receptionist then spoke to me in a Sarcastic way Been in the dentist numerous times with other patients about Sat reception and Reception staff are eating behind the desk And bitching about other patients good luck to anyone that goes there Unprofessional Reception staff need more training And if I had missed nine appointments, why was I still able to book an appointment? Make it make sense your staff were clearly eating behind the reception and bitching about other patients would you like me to post the videos and pictures? Also, this dentist comes NHS patients My conversation with you was completely respectful You were sarcastic and rude Would you like me to get other patients to post their reviews on your clinic? Because I know a number of people what I’m not happy with your clinic? But getting a response from you shows what type of dentist you are. You’ve just showed your true colours. Unprofessional. And the receptionist needed more training And feel free to respond if you would like me to post the videos and pictures

Negative experience: Absolutely awful experience! My treatment was an absolute shambles. Unprofessional, un empathetic dentist, poorly trained butchers of dental assistants and overpriced shoddy work! Dental assistant choked me with the air pipe, it hurt, scratched all my throat and made me gag as she was so rough and pushed it towards my throat! A piece came off one of the instruments used which I swallowed - this should not have happened the equipment should have been checked thoroughly! All the dentist could say was 'I'm sure you've swallowed sharper objects' .. no apology or concern whatsoever! My filling was inadequate, rough, bumpy and not what I wanted, I wanted white not silver, however, the dentist ignored my preferred choice and opted for silver! Extremely poor customer service, they have no clue! Money makers who do not have their patients best interests at heart! AVOID!!

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling service over the phone. I called to book an appointment, and the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. It’s deeply off putting and makes you think twice about attending the practice at all. Based on other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who has experienced this kind of behavior. I believe the receptionist would benefit from further training in customer service and communication, as the front desk plays a crucial role in shaping patients overall experience. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism at.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Dental Perfection for over a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough—especially Dr. Gill! She’s a lovely dentist who really puts you at ease. As someone who’s usually very nervous about going to the dentist, I was surprised by how comfortable she made me feel. Dr. Gill explains everything step by step, so you always know what to expect. Positive experience: Paid 195 pound for a filling last August quoted 264 pound for another one by a different surgeon a few weeks ago. Work was done to a professional standard how ever I'm sure it's a scam and they charge whatever they want. Rang up today to cancel and felt the receptionist was quite rude towards me because the line kept dropping off. Also my date of birth was incorrect confirming the incompetent listening skills. Not The standard I'd expect as a private patient.

Negative experience: Really bad service, I saw a dentist last week for an emergency appointment and was booked in for treatment. I woke up yesterday with ulcers on both sides of my tongue. I have not been able to eat since and have been taking packets of ibuprofen. I came in for booked an appointment at the practice today but when I turned up (for my booked appointment) they told me because I was seen by another dentist last week I can only see him for this emergency appointment and the dentist who I was booked it with would not see me even though I am in so much pain. I have been rebooked for 2 weeks time. My understanding of this situation is that the dentist last week will be paid for seeing me under the NHS and that’s why the dentist that was in today will not see me because he will not be paid even though I am in so much pain and explained that I have been taking too much medication.. I don’t think I can wait two weeks but it seems like all this practice cares about is money and not the duty of care they have their patients.

Negative experience: My 90 year old mother had to wait 30 minutes for her appointment and then told that she had to go upstairs despite being disabled with complex medical problems. The practice seems very concerned to promote their celebrity clients but care of the disabled or infirm is ignored

Fantastic experience: Joined Dental Perfection a while back now and always received a great dental experience. Hygienist visit on 12.02.24 and it was done proffesionally with very little discomfort, not what I was expecting as my teeth are hypersensitive. Great work with a very positive friendly and caring team. I must say I am glad when it's all over! I can't say I am looking forward to my next appointment, as is am a man and you know how we feel pain!! Only joking! Be back soon!!

Fantastic experience: If you need a tooth extraction Dr Pather is the man for you. I had a wisdom tooth out with a slight curved root and he got it out in 15/20seconds, completely painless and none of the horrible site seeing and jaw pulling I’ve had at other dentist’s, I had no pain at all after surgery just a little swell at extraction site… 6 days on it’s nearly closed and no discomfort at all after day 2

Negative experience: Do not go to this place. Scammers!!!!!!!! I went there for extraction 22/10/24. The "doctor" broke my tooth and told it will come out if not got to the hospital for surgery. They charged me for root canal. I asked them is this a scam they said yes. Avoid!!!!!!!!
