Fantastic experience: I had previously given 5 stars but had to take the time to show my appreciation to the team after having my dental implant done today. I ended up being very nervous and Dr Vivek Shah and Renee Richmond were amazing! I cannot thank them enough for being so accommodating and considerate. Even when I took a seat out in reception whilst waiting to be completely numb, Octavia and Darcy were so caring and understanding. Amazing surgery and all staff really do go above and beyond.

Negative experience: Hidden costs – I was asked to make an additional payment of over £7, despite receiving no extra service beyond what was included in the initial £55 fee I had already paid. The explanation given by the dentist was vague and unconvincing. Overall, a disappointing experience. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, including the dentist I saw.

Fantastic experience: Today we had another very happy visit to Dental Beauty Addington for my Mum who is 90yrs old. The receptionists, Darcy & Leann are exceptionally welcoming and attentive because my Mum has poor mobility she was asked and arranged to been seen in downstairs consulting room. Normally my Mum sees Dr Naresh Gohil, but due to urgency he arranged for her to be seen by Dr Anoushka Patel. The whole team gave her the best possible care, so a very heartfelt thank you

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this practice since they started off on Holmbury Grove before their move to their current address and take over by Dental Beauty. The staff are always friendly and have a smile on their faces no matter what time of the day it is. They still offer NHS treatments which is brilliant for us NHS workers,families and people on low incomes. The practice is easy to find and although there is no parking for patients,there is a car park opposite them for the Forestdale shops and limited parking in the layby for the shops where they are next too and bus stops opposite them & just a short walk up the road for the 359,64 and T33. 10/1/25 I'm still an NHS patient here and my views have not changed. there are new staff there now,but they still welcome you with a friendly smile as you walk through the door. I've just seen another of their hygienists for the first time,and the experience with her was much better than the last time i went. i do recommend this practical but they are not registering any new adult NHS patients at the moment.

Negative experience: Attended hygienist and routine dental checkup. Everything was fine until the dentist started taking photographs of my teeth without my explicit permission. I was made to believe these are in addition to x-rays and assist with examination. I didn’t like it at all and even showed my hesitation but the dentist and nurse were pushing for it. I get a few photographs may help with examination over a period of time but not tons of them!!!!! Won’t recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: The dentist found a crack in a tooth, which he said could cause the tooth to break below the gum if left indefinitely. This would necessitate an extraction, but if caught in time it could be saved with a crown. I decided to go ahead, and now have a temporary crown. I have been extremely satisfied with the treatment so far.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this dental practice they quoted me £750 for a crown (NHS patient) receipionist was very pushy trying to force me to book the hygienist overpriced at £135 even though I told her I wanted to consult my diary just wanted me to pay a deposit I found the NHS prices more expensive than a private practice I used previously who only charges £75 for a hygienist appointment how are people like me on state pension supposed to pay for the outrageous fees I certainly won't be using this company again
Fantastic experience: I began my treatment back in February and had my final appointment today July 11th. When I thought there was no hope of any dentist being able to help me Dental Beauty stepped up, and corrected the problems I had. Dental surgeon Tasmiyah went above and beyond to give me my confidence back, the care and attention to detail was exceptional and I hope she is very proud of herself rectifying the state my teeth were left in due to another dentists male practice. I am extremely happy with the end results and cannot thank her enough, one contented patient

I returned to the practice after almost 5 years - the repercussions of the 3 lockdowns were quite serious on my mum and had to become her full-time carer. Fantastic experience: Dr Wassim Chawich Prosthodontist Specialist Over the past two years I have been under the exceptional care of Dr Chawich and Leann (the lead practice nurse at Dental Beauty Addington) for the implants of my two canine teeth. The procedure was not straightforward as there were known complications from the outset. Dr Chawich’s skill, professionalism, encouragement and caring was first class. Together they carried me through what was a long and sometimes painful journey. Leann was amazing in her support both to myself and Dr Chawich. I cannot recommend Dr Chawich highly enough to anyone requiring an implant. He is extremely skillful, caring and supportive, explaining everything clearly as the treatment progresses. Dental Beauty is world's apart from my previous dental practice, who since Covid I have not had any contact from. Today I returned to see the hygienist to finish the current treatment. Fantastic experience: I love this practice. Been to a few over the years but have never before met such a kind, considerate and patient team if dentists. From the people on the reception desk to the hygienists, all have always been very kind and respectful. I had an appointment with Angelika, the hygienist this week and was blown away by how well it went. I was nervous about it beforehand but needn’t have been. She was Incredibly careful and kind and I’m now a convert. I’ll go much more often now. Thank you!

My dentist and her assistant really looked after me, always checking that I'm OK, they were both very attentive and they did a fantastic job of fixing my teeth. Fantastic experience: My daughter who is 12 years old registered at this surgery and attended last Monday. The dentist was lovely as expected and my daughter felt very reassured after her check up as she will be having four teeth extracted before having braces. I am very happy with this dental surgery after having attended two others in the area that were either expensive or dismissive. This surgery comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Another two visits since my original review. Anne Marie is an amazing dentist. My entire family now use this practice and for the first time in many years we are all 100 percent happy. After trying so many other dentists in the south Croydon area and being over charged and not looked after we have found this practice to be by far the best in so many ways. Prices are very reasonable for adults and the experience is always good because the dentists here care about people and put their patients first! You leave the surgery feeling as though you’ve been looked after. The receptionists are very nice too. If you’re looking for a good dentist I would recommend!

It is always a good sign when Sam, the practice manager is having the same treatment with invisalign at the same time so you can compare how fast invisalign treatment can be. Negative experience: We are going to this practice for almost 15 years , it was just ok until recently when I received a call that they had to cancel my appointment and when I said that I am in pain because of my tooth and been wanting long to see the dentist, ,the lady on the phone accused me of shouting, then I had to shout to show her what is called shouting, apparently she was the manager of the practice. Never going to them again. Disgusting behaviour.

Fantastic experience: I have used a dozen dentists from around the world and Dr Gohil’s dentists chair is the first l have felt at ease in. For years l have had a phobia of dentists due to to past experiences. At the receptionist they are old school, in that they remember you by name and are always friendly, polite and helpful to the point that you feel as if you have known them for years but without loosing an ounce of professionalism. I honestly don’t write many reviews but this practice truly deserves the praise, I’ll continue to use them even when working overseas.
