Fantastic experience: I had an incision and drainage procedure for a chalazion, and the whole process was smooth and professional. The staff were kind and informative, and mr uddin made me feel at ease throughout the draining. The procedure was quick, like 10 minutes and I noticed improvement within days. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing chalazion removal

Fantastic experience: I first visited this clinic about 8 months ago on the recommendation off a friend of mine who had a great fear of dentists. From the first visit I have been more than impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Imran and his lovely assistant first took over my care, and I was very impressed with the treatment that I received. I then wanted to renew some crowns so Imran referred me to Matthew and his assistant Georgia for consultation. Again, I was really impressed with the professionalism and advice that Matthew gave me, so decided to go ahead with the course of treatment. Today I have finished the plan and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! As the crowns were my two front teeth, I think it was so important they were right, and today they are “perfect” ! So a massive thanks to Matthew, Georgia, Imran and staff! if you need a fabulous team for your dental needs, this is definitely the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Always have the best experience with Dr Matthew and his assistant Georgia. I recently joined the practice and have had nothing but the best treatment and care. Mathew is very knowledgeable in his field and makes you feel at ease whilst undergoing treatment. The facilities are clean modern and for a private dental care the pricing is transparent and reasonable in comparison to other private practices . Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for routine and cosmetic dental care.

Fantastic experience: I came here for chalazion treatment and could not be happier with the service I received from Mr Uddin. He was very friendly and informative, really put me at ease as he talked me through the procedure and the treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: Waited a couple of weeks after chalazion removal minor surgery to ensure review was accurate and included after effects. Overall, I am BLOWN AWAY by how incredible this place is. Georgia on front desk super friendly, professional and efficient. Mr Uddin who performed the procedure is a wizard and absolute expert of his field. That was clear instantly with his detailed explanation of how chalazions are formed and also how to try to prevent in future The procedure - amazing. Only felt the anaesthetic going in and nothing felt after that. The unreal part is I would have been waiting 18 months or more to get this done on the NHS. I rang the Eye and Dental clinic and within 24 hours I was done and dusted ( and I might say a lower cost than I was expecting for such a speedy and professional service). A couple of days of the usual minor discomfort post procedure but now I am super pleased with the results and my eye is back to normal! Please do not hesitate to use this expert place and people. Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient at this dentist and the staff are brilliant. The dentist took his time to talk me through the X-rays/scans of my teeth and what I might be doing wrong. Similarly, the hygienist was very helpful in providing some recommended ways of keeping my teeth and gums healthy. Also, the reception staff are very welcoming and friendly!

Matthew explained everything and is very thorough and as gentle as is possible when performing the dreaded scale and polish! The young lady on reception was also friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: As always Imran was both highly professional and helpful. He is a wonderful dentist that you can genuinely trust. People are always concerned that private practices are about making money, the truth is in two parts…. ALL services need finances and secondly I can truthfully state that Imran and the team focus solely on patient care, that is their priority not money ! If you need dental treatment I cannot recommend him highly enough. I’ve used dentists man and boy for 60 years, he is by far the best dentist I have used and I trust him completely.

Fantastic experience: This is a much respected practice. The dentists are exceptional in their work and offer honest advice to their patients. The staff are equally well trained, helpful and understanding. I'm not surprised that patients travel from as far as London for treatment. Overall an excellent dental and eye practice.

Fantastic experience: I did my chalazion removal surgery here about 2 years ago with Dr Uddin. This was the second time I undergo this procedure as mine tend to grow back. Dr Uddin was very professional, helpful and caring. He removed 6 chalazions in total, told me that I had blepharitis and educated me on how to take care of my eyes so the chalazions don’t grow back. 2 years later, I’m still chalazion free with 0 scars on my eyelids :)

You can tell he loves his job and is a great asset to the reception team. Niamh is the best dentist I've had by far. Very thorough examination, takes the time to give advice and confident in her work. Both her and Alex make a great team. Alex is lovely and very efficient. My visit was made very pleasant by them both. I'm definitely not one for keeping up with my checkups but with the recent experience I'll be sure to book in regularly in future. Fantastic experience: I visited Mr. Uddin last month concerning a lump on my upper eyelid. From the very beginning, he was exceptionally professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained the procedure, ensuring I felt informed and at ease. The surgery was carried out with great skill and care, and his gentle, reassuring manner made the entire experience much more comfortable. He also provided clear post-treatment instructions and scheduled a follow-up appointment to monitor my recovery. I cannot recommend Mr. Uddin highly enough—his expertise and compassionate approach truly set him apart.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with Eye & Dental Clinic due to the attitude of Matt the receptionist. Customer service is such an important part of any healthcare experience, and unfortunately, this clinic falls short in that area. It's really frustrating to be treated that way, especially when you're trying to take care of your health. I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: My family and I been using eye and dental now for almost two years, and each time I've visited, it has always been a good experience. The reception staff are very polite and helpful on the phone, and welcome you with smiles when you arrive, even offering you a drink. I've had several treatments by 2 different practitioner. The last couple of times, I was seen by Dr Imran, and he was patient, explained what he was going to do, and constantly checked i was okay during the process. Today I had an extraction, and I was initially worried, but it was a breeze and pain-free- very important for me. Georgia, his assistant was also very lovely. Overall, very pleased with my care and highly recommend

I'm a registered Optician and can happily attest that the way he looked after my condition left me very impressed, both with the thoroughness he displayed and how swiftly he was able to resolve it for me. Fantastic experience: my experience out did my expectations by far. The whole process was enjoyable something you don’t often hear regarding visits to the dentist. I never felt worried about the work to be done as the staff the ability to make you feel relaxed and comfortable through it all. I can honestly say I have never been more pleased with anything in my whole life than I was with my teeth at the end of it all. Life changing 5 stars and more from my experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment with Niamh and Georgia. I had the airflow, the one she used wasn't as gritty making it more pleasant. I was a bit nervous but she made me feel at ease. The nurse was very welcoming and friendly too.

Fantastic experience: Called to book a last minute emergency appointment for my father in-laws eye. The receptionist advised that the doctor for the eye clinic has gone home for the day but after listening to my concerns, she advised she will call the doctor to see if he will be available. Got a call shortly after to advised that the doctor is willing to come back to the clinic to see my father in-law. The doctor spent a good hour checking over his eyes. He was very thorough and patient throughout the appointment. We couldn't be more happier with the service we received, especially given how worrying the whole situation was.
