Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research to find the best clinic in the area, and this is definitely the best dental clinic I've ever been to. My teeth weren't very crooked to begin with–I simply wanted to make my smile appear slightly bigger/wider as I have quite small, hidden teeth. Dr. Sameer Shah understood my vision and gave me exactly what I wanted! My Invisalign journey was so smooth and I couldn't be happier with my new smile. The prices are fair, the clinic is gorgeous and the care is amazing. My dad had really bad tooth pain, so I booked him in for a last-minute extraction here and he was shocked at how pain-free and smooth it was! 10/10!!

I had always felt extremely self-conscious about my smile due to a crooked tooth, overcrowding and yellowing teeth. I used to hide my teeth whenever I smiled. I could never have dreamed of the results, the package included enamel reconstruction which gave me the look I wanted without needing further treatment. Negative experience: When I first had my consultation with Newmarket road dental clinic they were extremely sure the Invisalign method it will work perfectly to close the wide gap between my front teeth( they kept notes on a paper including my job which is unnecessary and I believe they tried to see my financial situation).One week later the dentist Sameer came back to me and said that Invisalign company replied to him that it's impossible to close this gap as its very wide and we should use the smaller Invisalign treatment (6 months) for the other teeth except the ones beside the gap and on top of that to place an implant which means +2.5k. At this point I realised they're just trying to make a better profit from me and I gave a call straight to Invisalign who replied they can not refuse to make the aligners for a plan that is made by a dentist because ''they just make aligners and they are not dentists'', so I got a refund and left from this place. (THANKS FOR THE STORY GUYS) After that I visited straight away an ORTHODONTIST with also 5stars 100s reviews who made a perfect plan with Invisalign with no DR. Sameer's fictions, the price was way better too. Now, I'm already on treatment and very happy that I left this place at this day. UPDATE* My Invisalign treatment from another dentist is just over and my teeth look amazing. That's the proof they lied to me trying to increase their profit. WELL DONE.

Fantastic experience: Further to my previous review of The Newmarket Road Dental Clinic I can really only reiterate those same comments. Changing my dentist was probably one of the best decisions that I've made and I am now just attending for routine checkups etc. They are a great team at the Newmarket clinic: the ladies on reception are friendly and welcoming and the dental assistants working along with Sam really help banish the nerves. Sam is always professional, takes time to check on your current state of health and explains as he goes along what he is doing etc which puts you at ease. Before covid19 struck the clinic was very hygienic and now 18 months on the clinic has put more hygiene practices into effect so the patient feels totally safe whilst in a vulnerable position. All good, no complaints. Great service...

Fantastic experience: I have been under the care of Sam to correct what turned out to be a very complicated genetic problem. There were unexpected setbacks at almost every stage but Sam, his team and other specialists did everything to find the best solution for me and I was consulted at every stage. Dr. Shah couldn’t have been more accommodating regarding specific requirements before I started my Invisalign & throughout. Fantastic experience: Great cosmetic dentist experience after first having a consultation at a practice in London I felt unhappy with the service so I went to Newmarket dental for a second opinion and felt so much happier with the experience therefore I went ahead with bonding and whitening with Dr Sam, He really took the time to understand what I wanted and I’m really happy with the outcome and service. Fantastic experience: Had Invisalign for 15 months, exactly as Sam predicted, even with 2 teeth being removed as part of the process and closing a gap! Sam told me I wouldn't need composite bonding once I was done and it's really refreshing not being sold a cosmetic treatment you don't actually need. Negative experience: I was recommended this practice by a friend. The website requires you to send around 9 photos, of your teeth from various angles (which took about 20 minutes). I was excited to begin my dental journey with them and gave extensive answers to the questions they ask on the website. I was hopeful their seemingly through website and promise of ‘professional’ and ‘5 star’ care was going to give me the smile, healthier gums and teeth I sought after. After investing that time into providing them with the information they needed (baring in mind my dental needs aren’t too extensive I was sent a blunt and unfriendly email from their practice manager stating - quote - ‘ We do have an extensive waiting list with no plans to review it in the very near future. I would advise seeking an alternative practice.’ So why not put that on their website before people invest in their time in providing answers and photographs on their website….? Would not recommend on a customer service level. Obviously I never made the cut to receive any dental care from them so cannot comment on that aspect of their care. But first impressions TERRIBLE. And will not be enquiring with them any further. Wh

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Sam’s for several years now.I have had very complicated issues with my teeth He is very reassuring and a very good dentist who knows what he is doing when he is treating you. Everything is explained to you before your treatment begins. All the staff from those on the the reception to the dental nurses are polite and helpful nothing is to much trouble if you have any concerns or queries they will help you. I have been very satisfied with the practice and their care.

After years of putting it off because of the horrible stories of pain and stresses involved in fixed braces, I found out about invisaline and can honestly say the process was simple and pain free. I’m a wheelchair user and now having great teeth has boosted my confidence no end. Through out the whole process all of the staff at Newmarket dentist have been perfect.
