Negative experience: Enquired about composite bonding was told I Invisalign before I could have the treatment. I had fixed braces removed a couple of weeks before I enquired about the composite so asked what results I would achieve from Invisalign that the fixed braces I’d just had removed couldn’t give me. No one has provided me an answer despite multiple chases. Each time I get told they will speak to orthodontist and get back to me but no one ever does. Think I’ve had a Iucky escape.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Pro Dental and specifically Dr Eleanora to anyone that wants to get composite bonding. Dr Eleanora listened to exactly what I wanted (as natural as possible) and I was super happy with the results. Reception staff are also great!

Fantastic experience: Had my top teeth done by Dr Razan last year and I can’t even begin the explain the confidence it gave me. There was nothing wrong with my teeth except for the colour, but considering I’m a smiley person I absolutely LOVE my teeth. The whole process with Pro Dental was just amazing. Fast forward a year, I’ve just had my bottom teeth done and again cannot complain in the slightest. Dr Razan isn’t just there to be a dentist, she is so accommodating/friendly/lovely everything! Fantastic experience: I had my smile revamp done with Dr Margi and she was amazing, she took time and care in my treatment. I am so happy with my outcome, it was more than I expected, and I would definitely recommend her to all friends and family.

Negative experience: I had an orthodontics treatment here (braces) a few years ago. Maybe I was unlucky with a doctor, but she was not friendly, quite harsh with movements and almost never explaining what she was going to do. Once, she filed my tooth suddenly without prior notice for more "space" without prior notice. It wasn't a pleasant feeling and it wasn't necessary as after the braces were taken off I had a gap in that place and the thinned tooth developed a cavity. I am spending a lot of money now to keep it treated with fillings. Also, the sister of the owner who was at the reception at times to take payments, was extremely arrogant, and never said "thank you". Once, she processed my payment, stood up and left without saying a word and without offering a receipt! Another girl at the reception had to find the way how to get a receipt from that machine from a closed payment. In addition, the "package" only covered a certain time period and of course they wanted to extend it so that I could pay a large sum for every visit. I should have researched more before going here. By the way, the large number of positive reviews here come from a promotion they had at that time saying that you get a discount (or some free treatment) for a positive review. And before they answer that a patient with this name doesn't exist in their database, as they did for negative reviews here, I can confirm that I was a patient.

Negative experience: Leaving this review for the benefit of others and practice improvement, I have no interest in good will gestures as I do not want to return the practice. Logistically poor - rearranged two of my appointments, one of which they called me only 15 mins before my appt to say they had only just checked if my retainers had arrived and they hadn't (I had already taken 2 hours out of my work day at this point) - I waited 25 mins for one appt which isn't so bad but then waited 55 mins for one of my hygiene appts - When I went to collect my final retainers they were the incorrect ones (again no prior checking) Communication is extremely poor - The orthodontist never noted any of our previous discussions leading to frustration e.g. placing the retainer attachments on the wrong side of the teeth despite having clear previous discussion about this - The orthodontist's communication in general is limited and cold, there is hardly ever any conversation and really limited explanation of the treatment - I found I was having to ask questions and clarify things all the time - They never answer the phone. Ever. I think across several months of treatment I must have rang 20 times and got through twice. Limited attention to detail - Practically, there is little attention to detail. The orthodontist left a lot of cement on my teeth and now I am having to go elsewhere to get it resolved - I think once you have paid for your treatment it feels like they just want to get it done, I was discouraged from having my teeth rescanned because they weren't quite right and I had to ask 3 times for it to be done Overall I was left feeling quite sad, I understand in healthcare not everything can be perfect but every visit felt like something was going wrong and no one was communicating with me. The only positive I can think of is that Lee the receptionist is really nice.

Negative experience: For an expensive dentist. They're not very good. Had composite bonding done. Before I had them done my back teeth weren't sensitive. Paid lots of money. For them now to be so sensitive. Every time I smile and open my mouth the pain is awful. Oh and they still owe me money. What they are not dealing with. Been waiting 8 months now for them to call me about the money they owe me. Would not recommend coming here.

I started my journey with Invisalign back in 2016 at another dentist, after the treatment had finished I was much happier with my teeth but still would have liked a more symmetrical whiter smile. Then I came across Dr Hussain instagram page all I can say is WOW - her work is incredible and she is super talented! After spending many hours online looking through her work I booked an appointment and traveled to London for my first consultation, the practice was easy to find the staff were friendly and the consultation was very thorough! I decided to book in for treatment and I had it done on 17th Aug, I feel incredible, I had composite bonding done on both top and bottom teeth done in one day, the atmosphere was lovely again everything was explained again and I’ve walked out feeling incredible- Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: The best experience at Pro Dental from start to finish with Dr Hussein who did my composite bonding. I knew exactly what to expect from my treatment because of how informative and helpful my initial consultation was. Dr Hussein is truly amazing at what she does and really put me at ease throughout my appointment. Reception staff were also very friendly and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with my results and would highly recommend.

Dr Blanca dealt with my implant which she done a fantastic job with and couldn’t have asked for better help from either of them. Highly recommended if looking to transform your smile!

Fantastic experience: I had my composite veneers done by Dr Khalil. I cannot recommend Dr Khalil and the staff at Pro Dental enough! I had composite veneers done elsewhere and wasn't happy. Dr Khalil has transformed my smile, I feel more confident and my teeth look absolutely AMAZING! The team are professional and so friendly and I am so glad I found them! Fantastic experience: I started my treatment with Dr Margi for braces and to my surprise within a year my teeth were aligned. I am extremely happy with the results and the service I got from Dr Margi and her nurse Ikran. I would definitely recommend having your teeth straightened from them.

Fantastic experience: I had a very amazing experience with prodental I was so devastated with the results I got in turkey for my veneers/ crowns which the Turkish did. I came to pro dental feeling so down. They made sure I was comfortable and reassured me it’s not the end of the world and gave me a solution. My teeth has been fixed. Couldn’t be any happier my dentist Nami is very good at her job and knows what she is doing she took me through everything what turkey did wrong and things the turkey dentist should have told me.
