Fantastic experience: I can’t rate this dentist enough. I was having problems for a very long time over the Years with the same tooth. Previous dentist’s would do different treatments but the issue always returned eventually. I had paid out enough and suffered enough with this tooth. I just wanted the tooth taken out. After Kaziz listened to the issues that the tooth had been given me and the amount of years of previous dentist’s trying to repair the tooth, he examined it and he agreed that the tooth should be extracted, as he could see an infection forming around the tooth. He talked me through the procedure, made me feel relaxed. Extracted the tooth very carefully and gently. He didn’t rush me out. He let me settle and took his time to make sure everything was okay for me to leave and I felt ready to leave. I was given antibiotics and told how to care for the procedure over the next few days . I was assured the dentist will be there should I need to contact them with any concerns. I received a call a couple days later to see how the healing was going. Absolutely great care for their patients. Also may I add the procedure was slightly cheaper than quoted, something I really appreciated as I didn’t have dental insurance and the payment obviously was a worry for me. Fantastic experience: Went for an emergency visit and got a tooth extraction. Dr Khurram Aziz and his dentil nurse were the sweetest people I had ever met they were so understanding of my fear of needles and the dentist in general and went at my pace. They were so careful and explained everything they were doing which put me at ease. Would happily come from Liverpool again even for just a general checkup! Lovely people and lovely practice!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this dental practice due to some discomfort from my wisdom teeth. Although the pain was manageable, I wanted to get it checked out. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. Dr. Khurram Aziz was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to clearly explain my condition and the best course of action. To my surprise, he was able to carry out the treatment on the same day, and the whole process was far more comfortable than I expected. I’ve had some pretty bad dental experiences in the past, but this visit to Didsbury Dental truly changed my perspective. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Khurram to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist.

Fantastic experience: We had to find an emergency dentist for my elderly Mum on a bank holiday weekend and got an appointment here very quickly. My Mum has dementia and is very frightened of going to the dentist but the staff were wonderful with her. A special mention goes to Sephora on Reception, Ghada the dental nurse and Shaj the dentist who were all so professional but also kind and caring. They did excellent work with my Mum. Although she couldn't remember much about the visit she remembered that everyone was kind to her and that is very important. I would recommend this practice.

Negative experience: About three years ago I visited this place for a check up because it was local to where I lived. Following an X ray, the dentist concluded that I needed four fillings. Three new and a repair on a historical one. I had zero issues with my teeth and was very surprised. I booked in to have the fillings done at an estimated cost of over £700. Before going for the appointment I ended up convincing myself that this didn't feel right and went to BUPA for a second opinion. What a surprise I didn't need any fillings. To this day three years on I haven't needed any fillings. I note someone else in the reviews had a similar experience and so i felt compelled to write this as a warning.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dental clinic, Dr Kenan was professional, kind, and extremely skilled. Nurse Adil was very caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Sephora at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, making the hole visit smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend this team.

Negative experience: Rubbish ,I ended up loosing a back tooth, following a poorly fitted crown, not to mention the pain and now having to look forward to having a implant,avoid in my opinion☹️

Fantastic experience: Booked an appointment on Sunday and got one very quickly, the receptionist was very kind, friendly and understanding. I got there and she was just as friendly in person and very sympathetic of my situation. Dr Ahmad and Charisma were fantastic and very understanding, didn’t pressure me into anything and were more than happy for me to make my own decisions, they even allowed me time to arrange funds during my appointment. Both very friendly and Dr Ahmad talked me through everything and was gentle. I came in due to a very aggressive and rapid tooth infection and he performed a root canal and prescribed me antibiotics. Thank you so so so much!

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain and I got an emergency appointment so fast. Nez and Ishaq Mahmood were so caring, informative and talked me through everything. The procedure was fast and painless. Aftercare was great because I got lots of information and they reassured me that they are there if I need anything. Prices were very affordable and the cost was discussed upfront and I was provided with different treatment options. I was scared and in pain and the care I received made me feel at ease and not rushed. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service! I joined the practice about 18 months ago having had a lengthy time out of visiting the dentist, call it being irresponsible during my 20s. Since then I have seen both Tom and Stella on a few occasions and they have been extremely kind and professional in their work. I never have any apprehension going into the dentist and leave feeling really 6 Stars!

Fantastic experience: Great service again from the team at Didsbury Dental. I made an emergency appointment for my teenage son who was really struggling after damaging a tooth. They were able to make me a same day appointment in the evening and all the team worked with my son who has autism and needs a little more time than maybe others would. The dentist understood the issue and explained it really carefully and in a way that made it easy to understand and then completed the work quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service, could not fault the surgeon. Fast, relatively painless, and value for money. Got me in within a weeks notice, surgery performed to a top quality standard the week after that. Above and beyond the rest by far. Also situated next to a delicious Indian/Nepalese restaurant which makes for a great last meal with your teeth.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant experience using this dentist! Called at around 7pm to ask for an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and toothache. The receptionist said straight away just make your way down. Arrived at the dentist and was greeted with warmth and friendliness, Sephora on reception was unbelievable and extremely friendly with my two children. Had an initial triage with Dr K, he was incredibly professional and gave me transparent and honest advice, once we decided what we was going to do, he executed the work carefully and efficiently and explaining everything along the way. Fantastic experience: Having had numerous bad experiences with dentists over the years I can honestly say this is the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. I needed a course of periodontal treatment done over four weeks and each time everything was done at my pace asking at every stage if I was okay. If I experienced ant pain we paused and more anaesthetic was given. I was offered the option to take a break if it was too much. The treatment plan given was clear and I had the opportunity to ask questions at any stage and the advice given was excellent. At 40 years old it felt stupid to ask how to use things like interdental brushes properly but the dentist was excellent and very patient. General advice on my options to improve the look of my teeth cosmetically was also provided. They truly have helped me to get over my phobia of dentists and I’ve already booked my December follow up

Fantastic experience: Got an emergency appointment within 20 minutes as I was in excruciating pain with an infected tooth, and managed to be booked in for root canal treatment straight away. Dr Kaziz, Ferhal and Nez were there to get me through the procedure and I've never felt so comfortable in a dentist in my life! Dr Kaziz talked me through the steps clearly and put me totally at ease before and during the 1st stage of root canal. The process was painless and I must admit I even enjoyed the whole procedure. Fantastic experience: How can you actually enjoy a visit to the dentist? Simple. Go to Didsbury Denntal Practise. Cannot tell you the amount of times they have saved me - from a broken tooth/cracked cap/lost filling etc - and at all times of the day and night, on weekends etc. Always service with a smile and you are always guaranteed outstanding treatment. The staff are warm and receptive, nothing is too much trouble and you leave with satisfaction guaranteed. Cannot reccomend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I visited the practice with my mum who had been suffering with severe pain even when drinking water. Dr Malook and her team were so friendly and put my mum's mind at ease, especially as she was feeling very nervous after visiting her last dentist. Fantastic experience: OMG 10 months on from my last visit. Which i commented very positively on and no i dont like going to the dentist!. However I must relay my thanks for a very well delivered procedure. My dentist and his a team were exellent and worked through a tricky situation and produced a great result - they are very competent and really know what they are about. Super, warm and professional

Negative experience: I went to them twice. both for the same reason. my bottom left wisdom tooth been hurting me so much. the first time they gave me antibiotics, charged me so much money and sent me home. second time I went, they charged me so much money and took the upper tooth out instead of the bottom one that is swollen. (as the doctor said "trust me" it is the cause of the bottom one is hurting). and I trusted him. and now, 3 am and I am in so much pain with pain killers and warm salt water trying to manage. I paid over 600£ and still never got the problem sorted. this is messed up. how do you do this to people? im googling around tryna find another practice, in so much pain and yet don't wanna get scammed :(

Fantastic experience: I recommend to anyone this place is fabulous, I took my father who has dementia all the staff were fabulous with him I honestly think this is the best dentist we have been too. And I was treated as well so kind of the dentist I feel like a new woman. I lost my piece of paper with everyone’s names on it but a big big thank you and definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have a tooth extracted but couldn't find a dentist in south Cheshire with any availability. I was aware of Didsbury Dental Practice and thought it was worth calling; I was offered an appointment only a couple of hours later. Dr. Ahmad was extremely pleasant and did everything he could to reassure me. I was quite nervous but the procedure was completely painless. I can't thank Shahjahaan, Aadil and Nez enough. I must say, however, that I don't like music being played in waiting and treatment rooms. Visiting the dentist can be a stressful experience and I don't find pop music conducive to a relaxing atmosphere. Please consider finding something more suitable or just enjoy the silence!

Negative experience: Visiting Manchester for the weekend and chipped my front tooth. Booked here for a repair but was quoted £270 when I arrived, plus the £58 appointment fee. They said they should’ve quoted me over the phone and I wish they had as I wouldn’t have bothered coming. Insanely overpriced for a small cosmetic repair. It’s happened before to this tooth and I’ve never paid more than £100. Ended up compromising and paying £40 for the 3 minute appointment and left with tooth still broken. What an absolute waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend enough. Had so much pain, and needed to get a tooth extraction.. and was sorted within 30 mins. The lovely ladies on reception made me feel relaxed about the situation and were amazing.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. Called around 20 dentists to find someone who could help my sister on a Saturday and eventually got recommended here. From the initial phone call with Sephsra, we were immediately put at ease. All the staff were so friendly and caring. My sister got her broken tooth repaired and the result was incredible. K was incredibly good and took his time ensuring it was perfect and definitely achieved it! It looks totally natural and the whole experience was great. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Visited Didsbury Dental Practice this evening, cannot recommend enough. The lady on the reception desk Farhat was absolutely fantastic, so warm and welcoming. She is a real asset to the business and even offered me and my father a hot drink which I have personally never experienced at a dentist before. It was such a nice touch and made us feel very welcome. Excellent and swift service from the dentist and dental technician also. I was very impressed to be seen so quickly on a Friday evening. I have visited this practice a few times over the years and have always been very impressed.

Fantastic experience: I had to call on christmas day! Was so impressed they were open. Everyone I have met are friendly and professional. Had 2 molars extracted. Was dreading it, but my dentist Raisa did a great job while the nurse praised me for my bravery. I had follow up periodental cleaning in January. Raisa was thorough and is supporting me in taking proper care so I don't lose any more teeth. Great service.

Fantastic experience: Having not visited the dentist for quite a while, since first lockdown to be honest, it was a spur of the moment decision to finally face the dentist. I didn’t realise I would get such a speedy, prompt appointment and service on the same day. My experience with Didsbury Dental Practice was seamless, the staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming. We were also offered beverages while we waited. The whole ambience and atmosphere was so beautiful that I just am looking forward to my next appointment in two days. Fantastic experience: Phoned them on a Sunday night at 9pm with agonising toothache which came on suddenly the night before a holiday. Within an hour, I was in the chair and had part one of a root canal and I was in the car on the way home at 11pm. The procedure completely sorted out the pain and I was able to go on holiday pain-free. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: On one Saturday around noon, my daughter accidentally chipped her foreteeth. In a bit of a hurry, we searched for a dentist open on weekends and found this one. The good news is that we didn't have to wait long (only about 20 minutes). The doctor was polite and did a great job explaining her condition, which provided us with a sense of relief as parents. Additionally, she even had a follow-up checkup at no extra cost two weeks later.

Fantastic experience: I had a nagging toothache that the Saturday before last got unbearable at 10.30pm. I googled emergency dentists and Didsbury Dental Practice came up and I called them. The lovely receptionist said come down now so I did. Dr Aziz was fantastic and took an x-ray and explained that I needed a root canal. I couldn't believe when he offered to do it there and then. So at 12am I had a root canal and walked out pain free. Everything about it was great and I will be having all my dental work done there from now on. The only negative of the evening was getting a speeding ticket on Princess Parkway going home at 1.20am (it was still worth it). Dr Aziz is top notch.

Fantastic experience: Having had great service from my previous dental visits, I had 100% reassurance  Didsbury Dental Surgery would deliver again. Thank you Dr. Shab for attending to my 87 year old mother who had a toothache. On investigating Dr. Shab found the tooth had broken in half.  His care and attention took her through the whole procedure as it could not be repaired with a filing. He knew exactly what was required to extract the tooth without causing any trauma to the area or gum as my mother is on warfarin to ensure minimal bleeding and after care.  No stitch was required on the gum due to his skill on extraction of the tooth. Thank you Dr. Shab for your magic fingers and your highly expert dentistry. Much appreciated and the support nurse and receptionist who was kind to ensure a care plan to avoid any infection with cleaning and recommendation and use of antiseptic mouthwash which was available at the surgery to take away. After hour appointment was very helpful. Highly recommend Didsbury Dental Surgery. Thank you and Happy Teeth!

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Didsbury Dental Practice. I broke my tooth the day before flying to America. Sephora and the reception team were brilliant and got me an emergency appointment. The dentist Shaj did an amazing job of a rapid root canal and made the tooth pain free so I could travel. Fantastic experience: Took my daughter who was a little apprehensive about going to the dentist. Dr Jussab and nurse Arij were fantastic. They reassured my daughter, clearly explained everything, were gentle and had a lovely caring bedside manner. Great job!

Negative experience: Came for a hygiene appointment yesterday which from the website, I was told that it would be a 30 minute appointment for £80, with dental hygiene advice given during the consultation. When I arrived, the dentist asked if I was here for a “scale and polish”, to which I replied yes, as I was under the impression he already knew that I was here for a hygiene appointment. To my surprise, I left the appointment after 5 minutes, with no advice given and what felt like a rushed job. I attended a dental hygiene appointment last year, where I was there for 45 minutes and the hygienist spent a long time cleaning each tooth and advising me on how to care for them. What makes this matter even worse is that on the website, it states that a scale and polish is £20! So it looks like I’ve been charged an extra £60 for a service I didn’t even receive. Upon calling the receptionist, I was told that the scale and polish was the hygiene appointment, which doesn’t make sense as they are advertised on the website as two separate services at two very different prices! The receptionist was argumentative but did offer me another appointment in a few weeks, however this is not what I paid for, I just want my money back. Completely disorganised and misleading practice lacking customer service skills. Avoid!!

Fantastic experience: We are very happy to regularly visit this practice. The experience is always welcoming and efficient, and the staff professional. We especially appreciate the out of hours appointments and their willingness to make everything work for us and our schedules.

Fantastic experience: After going through various private dental practices, i was recommended this one. I am thankful to the person who recommended me this Practice. Beautiful environment and everyone was nice and respectful specially Dr Khurram Aziz, he listens, understands and skillful. Strongly recommending this Practice Specially if you are on a Visit Visa to UK.

Fantastic experience: I visited the practice today to get some fillings. Our dentist Khurram and the rest of the staff were very pleasant. They made us feel very comfortable and despite having a long procedure done it was a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Called and got a same day emergency appointment for problems with my wisdom tooth I have been having for years. The care I received from Dr Aziz and Nurse Jurie was exceptional. Dr Aziz took time to listen to the problem, examined my teeth, gave me options and allowed me time and privacy to consider them. He made me feel at ease before, during and following the extraction with next to no pain. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Didsbury Dental was amazing. I was absolutly terrified that I needed to get my wisdom tooth removed, but every person I spoke with took the time to explain and put me at ease. Dr Shabs Jussab made me feel very relaxed and took the tooth out very easily and with no pain. All of the reception staff, especially Nez took the time to talk me through the procedure over the phone, and were very supportive due to how scared I was. Thank you to everyone and I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: There are genuinely no words to describe the exceptional experience I received under the care of K. I ended up here as an emergency at 10pm on a Saturday night due to terrible treatment at my own dentist earlier in the week. K took time to explore my concerns and spent almost two hours ensuring that I received the very highest standard of care. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained to me at every stage in an honest and transparent way. I will now be returning to this surgery as standard despite it being 35 minutes from my home due to this experience. Not only was K an incredibly professional, knowledgeable and meticulous dentist - he was also a really lovely guy. I couldn’t recommend this Dentist more highly.

Fantastic experience: I am usually terrified of going to the dentist but Dr K Aziz and the nurse Jurie were so kind to me when I went for emergency dental treatment on a Saturday night. They were so reassuring, patient and highly skilled. The treatment I received immediately cured my pain. The clinic is extremely clean and they explained everything brilliantly. I am very grateful and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Have used this practice on a few occasions now both for myself and for my children. The treatment and attention to detail has been exceptional on each occasion. The aftercare service has also been second to be none. Have used other practices nearby but will be using didsbury dental as my regular dentist going forward.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service by Dr Raisa Malook, Safora and the other reception team. The dental nurses are extremely helpful and try to accomodate as much as possible. Dr Raisa Malook has the ability to make anyone feel relaxed and comfortable in the most difficult procedures. Highly recommended practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction booked at another dentist who they could only half remove. Needless to say I was in pain and anxious. From first contact the receptionist Sepnara made us feel valued and understood. On the same day I saw Ishaq the dentist… yes it was private but no pain and he was AMAZING, I will definitely be changing to this practice xx

Fantastic experience: My experience with the practice was absolutely great. Like most people, I don't like going to the dentist but Dr.Malook put me at ease. She throughly explained my dental issues and addressed it with absolute care. The staff and nurses were wonderful as well. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Please do not go here. I was told I need two fillings two years ago, with no x-rays taken. I refused to get them. I have since gone to a second dentist, who took an x-ray and did a thorough inspection, who told me that there are no problems. After two years any cavities I had would be very obvious by now. They just want your money here. Please look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My partner had 4 wisdom teeth out and had severe pain. The dentist Dr Khurram Aziz saw her late into the evening, treating the infection and prescribed antibiotics to treat the pain. He was very informative and a great help. She had to go for stronger tablets which they provided with no issues. Overall a fantastic experience and she is now pain free. Thank you to everyone at the practice

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and Dentist. I was convinced to have my tooth extracted due to the pain but after careful consideration and consultation with both Dr Aziz and Lisa I had root canal, saved my tooth and was pain free immediately. They also took into consideration more than just the circumstances of pain but also what the best scenario for my teeth and age. Couldn’t recommend Didsbury Dental enough, they were excellent. Jack

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough! In severe pain Xmas Eve, they treated me like a special patient and made room for me. From Nez the receptionist, to Karisma, whose name is perfect, and onto the gentle pain removing Dr Ishaq. You cannot improve.

Fantastic experience: I could not praise this practice enough. I spoke to Nez on the phone late the night before and she put me at so much ease and got my an early appointment to try and remove my tooth that was causing me a crazy amount of pain. She was so so helpful. My dentist Shahj Ahmad was brilliant in my care and I knew I didn’t need to worry. He was the first one to be able to numb my tooth enough that needed removing due to inflammation. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Finally my nurse Ghada I could not have done it without her. She held my hand through the whole process. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough and will never forget Nez for being amazing over the phone and my nurse for holding my hand.

Fantastic experience: I literally cannot recommend Dr Jussab and his staff enough! After months of trying to find someone to extract my half remaining tooth he has managed to extract it without sedation and in record time. He completely put me at ease after I was nervous from 2 previous unsuccessful attempts with another practice. The staff went above and beyond for me and I would highly recommend Dr Jussab and his team to anyone, especially if you are a nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough! Rang up mid afternoon and got an appointment for the same day. Grace the receptionist was extremely sweet and helpful, and our dentist Aminah and nurse Taybbah were the friendliest people! They made effort to make conversation and try to make you feel comfortable in a situation no one wants to be in! Thank you so much, would definitely return:)

Fantastic experience: Got an appoint hour after calling up, Receptionist Sephora was very friendly & helpful & the dentist Amna with the help of the nurse we’re very good to make the experience as quick and pain free as possible. would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Went for a general check up. First time going to the dentist in 12months but prior to this I had been going every 6 months. New to the area and this dentist had good reviews. During the consultation the dentist informed me I would need 6 fillings and 2 other teeth needed monitoring. I was quite shocked as I have not had to get fillings in the past so being told I needed 6 - potentially 8 was a concern. I was then presented with a price plan for over £900 (included getting my wisdom tooth cleaned) and asked to sign which I refused to do and insisted the receptionist wrote a line stating I did not consent to further treatment. I have since got a second opinion with my usual dentist in Ireland who informs me there are 2 teeth they will monitor but over all no fillings required!! I would avoid this dentists at all costs as clearly they are businessmen! I also found the receptionist very unprofessional and quite rude.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. I went for an emergency appointment initially and decided to move there for the rest of my treatment. The staff are extremely friendly at every touchpoint and Dr Aziz took great care in creating my treatment plan and bringing my mouth back to full health. My crooked smile has been fixed and my confidence in dentists is back after going to DDP!

Negative experience: I had a root extraction. Dentist broke the root and left me with horrible pain but he assured me everything is fine .i found out by my dentist (after x-ray) part of root has been left .i told him and he said sorry and then he took the rest out and again he made me sure no harm to my bones .but recently I have done my implant and I find out how he damaged my bone so like deep hole I had it in my gum and I have done the bone graft. Horrible experience

Fantastic experience: 1 would highly recommend this dentist.Very professional friendly and accomadating. I urgently needed air flow doing at short notice due to having a flight next morning. I arrived at dentist within 5 minutes of me calling them.The lady on reception Sephora was very helpfull and was able to fit me in immediately (Thanks) Also Khuram the dentist who at short notice did my Air flow and scale and polish.Thanks to the dentist you have done a fantastic job and my teeth look and feel amazing .Also thankyou to Tabak the nurse.
