Negative experience: Waiting time are so long, every appointment I’ve been to has been delayed by a minimum of 30 mins and the longest at 40 minutes. The dentists are ok but the reception staff are not

Positive experience: The dentist is really good explains everything in details and the process. Only thing I have marked it down as is i have had to ring 4 times and each time I have had to wait over an hour to get through to someone, I call i had to wait nearly 1hour 30min. Also when arriving for appointment was standing waiting to get booked in for 15min.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice with reasonable prices for non NHS patients via their essentials scheme. Hitesh took out a wisdom tooth today - what a fantastic dentist - quick, professional, competent with a really amicable ‘bedside manner’ down to earth and explained everything so clearly - a credit to the practice and his profession. Have also used the hygienist - fantastic chap who will leave your teeth sparkling white. Wife and kids also registered at the practice as NHS patients - highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice. Had tooth extraction today. Dentist, Chis, took time to explain process, reason and procedure beforehand. Quick and painless. Aftercare explained. My second visit to this practice and I would highly recommend. Lovely staff and dental nurse make you feel welcome and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Marston for over 20 year and she has been exceptional. Always lovely, professional, explains everything very well and gives knowledgeable advice. The reception team are very friendly and the hygiene team are very good and professional. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough.

From the receptionists, who are very attentive, and of course, not forgetting the dentists. Mohammed Khamoudi, in particular, does an excellent job, always gives good advice and, of course, helps me with any questions I have.

Negative experience: This was the most disappointing thing I’ve ever had to hear in 50 years of working then to be told that I was wrong in thinking I was going pay £58 per tooth to be removed. To £195 .00 thus costing approximately £600.00 to have 3 teeth out worse still I AM 70 YEARS OLD BILL. DIXON. Also gave me a private prescription which cost £15

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic and professional service. I was referred to see a root canal specialist, and was provided the best care and service by Chris Larkin. Chris not only took the time to explain where the issue was and why but also explained in details what and how he was going to carry out the procedure to put my mind at ease. The procedure was over a few appointments and each time care and attention was taken, and the service was not rushed at all and I felt that I could ask questions. Chris and the dental nurse (sorry I didn't take her name) worked extremely well together. I would highly recommend if you would like a professional dental service. Thank you for looking after me

Negative experience: I went for a scaling and polishing. Was charged something like £50+ and was supposed to be booked in for 30mins with the hygienist. The actual appointment lasted like 10mins which I felt wasn’t a thorough enough clean.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service as always, I have been going to this dentist for 54 years. So you can guess they are definitely doing something right.

Negative experience: I’ve been to this dentist twice before and always felt comfortable and at ease during my hygiene appointments - which makes this recent experience incredibly disappointing. I booked and paid for a hygiene clean with Mohammed Salem Taieb Khamoudi, only to be told on the day that he wouldn’t proceed because the surgeon “needs to see the condition.” I have an appointment with a maxillofacial surgeon next week, but that’s not a valid reason to withhold a routine clean - especially when there was clearly visible buildup which he confirmed. To add to that, I was kept waiting for 20 minutes with no apology, only to be turned away. A refund was offered, but I didn’t go there just to get my money back - I came for a service. As someone with mobility issues, getting up and down the stairs is already difficult, and I left with nothing done. Now I have to find another hygienist to do exactly what should’ve been done in the first place. I won’t be returning after

Fantastic experience: In the past decade, I have moved from one dental Practise to another before finally re-joining Westpoint Dental Centre (I used to go here as a child). I would say that this dental practice is by faaaar the best practice I have ever been a patient with. The waiting time is usually no more than 20 minutes.. At my previous dental practice (Birch Dental), I always had to wait up to an hour to be seen. The hygienist (Suzy) is brilliant! I remember back when I was having my scale and polish done: Suzy took her time and was very gentle to make sure my gums did not bleed..I've been battling on/off anaemia due to an injury to my gut My dentist and nurse are always super good.. 29/04/2021: On this Tuesday, I had my first appointment at the practice since the Co-vid restrictions were put in place...I must say the staff were working tirelessly and quickly to ensure that each patient was safe and seen to on time.. I also noticed that on that day my dental nurse was getting tooo far ahead of me: I had finished my check up, as I was getting out of the chair she was already on her way down the stairs...It showed me how busy the Practice was and how well the staff were working together to manage with the many rules that were in place at the time... I must also make mention of (former receptionist) Arezzo as she has a calm, pleasant, and professional telephone manner..She's very good face-to face as well. Well done on achieving 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience again with Bilal, who is a dream of a dentist. He is very detail oriented, takes a comprehensive history and does a thorough exam. Also very prudent with when to take xrays and when not to. (Which I greatly appreciate as judicious use of radiation). Bilal has seen me through crown replacements, a root canal (he referred me to a colleague of his in Wilmslow who specialises in endodontics for that), general checkups and teeth whitening. My only disappointment is that he is leaving Westpoint Dental Centre very soon and moving to London. He'll no longer be my dentist but he will have some very lucky clients down south.

Fantastic experience: Visited the dentist on Thursday 4th July for a check up as it had been a while. The customer service on the desk was welcoming. The treatment and advice given by Dr Janet Marston has always been second to none. It’s amazing that she remembers my family and children which would make anyone feel at ease as it shows she listens to her clients. The advice also given that even if you wear dentures you should still come in for checkups of which was unbeknown to me. See you within the next three months.

Negative experience: In less than 5 mins with dentist, she touched 4 teeth and said use sensodine toothpaste. Already do. Commented that teeth are stained but didn't offer to clean instead tried promoting some scheme for whitening. No help at all considering the cost

Negative experience: Very poor service from this place. Appointment fine receptionist great. Dentist miserable and quoting anywhere from 250 to over 1000 for tooth extraction and or root canal. The service I opted for was something they do call - essentials £39 for initial consultation and some x-rays and then a few options and I chose this option 1 filling or 1 extraction £95! How the figure shot up!
