Fantastic experience: I have been using Juhi as a hygienist for some time now, I always find her demeanour very professional and she explains the treatment and expectations very clearly. I find her feedback at the end of the session very helpful to ensure I am adopting best practices for my teeth wellbeing moving forwards.

Positive experience: I have been using Smiles Studio for a few years both as an NHS patient as well as a private patient (hygienist and implants). Staff are always helpful and I have been pleased with the service I have had. I'd especially like to recommend my hygienist Juhi who has done a great job, especially with removing staining from my teeth caused by using Corsodyl mouthwash.

The consultation was comprehensive and she took the time to answer all my questions, and more. I spoke to 2 friends who had their teeth whitened at other dentists, and they said the service I received was a lot better than theirs. Fantastic experience: I have been registered with the smile studio for over 10 years now. I always recommend Artee and the team to friends if ever they have any issues with their teeth. My most recent experience has been perfecting my teeth with an angel aligner . I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the honest, caring professionalism from Artee and the team.

Fantastic experience: I used to hate going to the Dentist, but since I’ve joined the Smiles Studio in Chandlers Ford, they have always put me at ease. Everyone is very friendly, courteous and kind and they all greet you with a smile and make you feel like you’re their only client today. My Hygienist Juhi, has always provided her feedback with empathy and clear guidance regarding what I need to do to maintain my health and during our sessions, she is always checking in to make sure I’m ok. My dentist Peter Saund also maintains the exact same level of empathy and support and at the end of each session, he then offers helpful hints and tips as well. Fantastic experience: I regularly see Juhi here and she is fantastic. Always providing great up to date advice and knows me and my needs personally. I'm not the biggest fan of the dentist but Sandra and Juhi make it a much more pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I had my dental hygienist appointment on 30th May. Smiles Studio seem to have different hygienists with each appointment, so this was the first time I met Oluwajoba Adejare. I hope he stays as he was both delightful and very good, adjusting his technique as he worked to incorporate my needs. I recommend Oluwajoba to anyone needing a hygienist.

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for 14 years due to being very anxious of past dentist appointments at other practices all my life, my partner stephen who is a customer brought me along and Peter very kindly took me on a patient . I had a check up with Peter and some filling work appointments in all. I can not praise this gentleman enough, not only is he a genius in his field he is very personable and entertaining. I have never in all my life felt so at ease at a dentist . Peters lovely assistant shannon went the extra mile and put a word in to the lovely hygienist Juhi regarding numbing cream before I saw Juhi (a third appointment) who was also very gentle and caring and gave me some informative tips how to keep my teeth at their best . The receptionist staff were also so helpful, I can not recommend this business enough. Life changing and I am so very grateful , Thankyou xx Ps I got an initial check up within 3 weeks of requesting, due to issue with a historical falling from a previous business, and then I was so lucky to go back the next day for 2 appointments ,one for hygienist and one for filling work xx

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a big thank you to Harjeet for my new composites. I had a gap in my two front teeth and two teeth that were discoloured with the composite filling this has now gone. From the initial appointment to the end Harjeet made me feel at ease and talked me through the procedure I am very pleased with how they look and match rest of my teeth together with all the compliments I am getting I cannot thank Harjeet enough. Also a big thank you to Juhi - Hygienst who explains everything to me regarding looking after my teeth and areas to concentrate on. She is very caring in explaining what she is doing. I feel I get an excellent clean and good advice each time i attend. Harjeet and Juhi are an asset to Smile.

Negative experience: The lack of urgency and care from The Smile Studio has been incredibly frustrating. I have been dealing with an issue with my fixed retainer ever since it was first put in which required multiple revisions. I came back in March but this time Jo Ann dismissed my concerns and showed no interest in helping. Instead of fixing a simple issue, the manager Abigail has opened an investigation which may take 6 weeks or more - even though the issue could result in tooth movement if left unresolved. It feels like the practice is more focused on protecting itself than on actually caring for its patients. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality, timely care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Juhi for my hygienist appointments for a couple of years now. She’s always very thorough, very communicative and whilst parts of her he procedure can be uncomfortable it’s never painful. Highly recommend.

I have previously hated visiting the hygienist. However her friendly approach and gentle but thorough work mean I not longer dread visiting the hygienist. She is absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: I feel very fortunate to have been accepted into The Smiles Studio as NHS Patients. Balpreet is super nice, very details in explaining the situation and give us choice. I had an urgent filing needs to be done, I was really lucky to have the appointment the next day and within that appointment, filling is done as she is so considerate and understand the urgency of prompt intervention to prevent the tooth from decaying further. I'm truly grateful to them. I'll recommend them without reserve, but you need to be really lucky to wait for them to open up NHS registration again, unless you go private with them, which is also an option. By the way, I rarely provide such complementary reviews unless they are truly exceptional. Well done, the Smile Studio Chandlers Ford! You are greatly valued.
