Negative experience: Very rude staff on reception, long periods of time inbetween appointments given during my treatment still not finished my treatment and feel I am not being treated as well as I did at the start of my treatment even though I am still paying for a service every month until my treatment is finished.

Fantastic experience: Before, during and after care was top class. For Invisalign the dental monitoring app is brilliant so you can keep tabs on your improvements and need to move on with your trays without having to go into the centre weekly. As somebody that’s busy and travels this remote connection with your dentist made the journey quicker and effective. I’d highlight recommend using HMOC

Fantastic experience: I had fantastic service in the past when I originally brought 2 of my children here for treatment, so it went without saying that this was the place for me to have treatment myself. I attended here for 18 months and was treated by Dr Usmani, with great respect and efficiency. The staff were equally really nice and made me feel comfortable. Positive experience: I don’t know if she still works there but she was extremely rude and unprofessional with me. She would snap if I didn’t know how to pose for a dental picture or remove jewellery for x rays. Very rude and unprofessional, ruined my experience entirely as I had to always deal with her. Horrible treatment with no compassion for youngsters. Your staff are kind and nice and respectful and the receptionist is always a sweetheart, but that one woman and her stink attitude ruined it for me.

I had incredibly jumbled and crooked teeth. I felt insecure of my appearance, and I didn’t like to smile. Fantastic experience: I had fixed braces as an adult patient and could not recommend this orthodontist more, it really is 5* treatment. I started my treatment over covid but they made sure I was still on track with photos etc. I was previously told I would have to have teeth out due to overcrowding but managed to get the result I wanted here with no extractions! All the staff are fantastic but Dr Bhatti in particular- they are SO attentive to detail and really work to get the best result. If you are considering it I would say absolutely go for it - worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been a patient for just over a year and I have to say I’ve never experienced such outstanding service. Every appointment we were seen on time, all the staff were super friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my daughter and her teeth. She has now had her braces off and her teeth are perfect, her smile is beautiful. I will really miss our monthly appointments.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently finished my braces journey with Heaton Mersey Orthodontic centre after over two and a half years. I originally booked my consultation on a whim during a lockdown because I wanted something to make me feel good which left me feeling very nervous when it came to it. The experience has been a really nice one where I have felt very looked after. I feel like they strive for perfection, which is what every client wants. I always felt like I was in good hands and the staff are very informative when needing to advise you with anything. My braces ended up staying on for quite a bit longer than expecting but they never settled or took my braces off earlier than needed, they gave me hope that we would reach the end goal with my teeth eventually. As a whole it’s been such a lovely journey and I will miss seeing all the lovely staff. I’m so happy with the results, thank you so much to you all.

From start to finish Dr Tazeen Usmani, Dr Bilal Bhatti and the entire team have been professional, friendly and incredibly efficient. The service the team run is very impressive. Fantastic experience: About 4 years ago I finally plucked up the courage to get braces. I chose Heaton Mersey Orthodontists despite the fact it wasn’t near to me (I lived in Chorlton then Tameside & now Saddleworth!) I was under the care of Dr Tazeen Usmani & she has been absolutely fabulous for me. I had the Carriere Motion Appliance to correct my bite followed by Invisalign to straighten my teeth. It was a long process made longer by Covid but I had my brace off this year and my teeth look and feel amazing. I still go see them for check ups and they are always brilliant. Dr Tazeen Usmani is a beautiful person inside & out and is a perfectionist in her work. Always trust an Orthodontist who has incredible teeth themselves!! A highly rated orthodontist company. A*

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault Heaton Mersey Orthodontic Centre. From start to finish the whole team have been amazing. I started my treatment during covid times and was looked after all the way and had support whenever I needed it with constant communication with Dr Bhatti and his team. I am so happy with my end result and no longer feel self conscious of my smile. Dr Bhatti is a true professional and is the go to man if you want an unreal smile! Hayley on reception was also absolutely brilliant and was always so accommodating if I had to change an appointment. I would 100% recommend the practice as the entire process was seamless.

Fantastic experience: Big shout out to this clinic! I completed orthodontist treatment overseas and unfortunately lost my removable night time retainer. I was distressed and worried that my teeth would lose its retention. I accepted the loss and called several orthodontist practices in the area. Several clinics refused to make me a retainer because I did the initial treatment overseas. Another clinic wanted to sell me a set of three retainers despite the fact that I already had two permanent ones and I just needed the upper retainer. Heaton Mersey was the only practice that accepted my request with enthusiasm and made the process of getting a new retainer simple. I got a new retainer within less than a week of contacting them. Thanks so much! I will definitely use this clinic again. I can write back home and claim "Crisis averted!" Phew haha

Fantastic experience: I searched far and wide across the UK for a great orthodontic practice. I wanted to feel like I was in good hands & Heaton Mersey went above and beyond with this promise. Hands down the most professional, organised and hygienic practice I’ve ever been to. Other orthodontists wanted to remove my crowded bottom tooth, Dr Usmani provided an alternate option using daemon braces which would preserve my teeth and widen my smile. The entire process was ultra professional across the whole timeline. Dr Bhati was a breath of fresh air every time, always had a great chat with him and his attention to detail every appointment has now given me a bulletproof Hollywood smile! Can’t recommend this practice any more to be honest!!! 11/10
