Fantastic experience: I sure I won’t be on my own here, when I say I have always had anxiety issues and feel stressed at the thought of dental surgery, This was exacerbated four years ago by a particularly difficult dental experience I had which left me with unexpected dental issues and my confidence was severely affected. After researching my options I booked a consultation with Changing Faces situated in Knowle. My initial consultation with Marc Northover and later with Dr Neeraj put me at ease. All aspects of my proposed treatment were explained clearly and in depth. (In my case 4 implants, lower jaw and a new upper denture) The professionalism and caring attitude of all involved reassured me I was in safe hands and I agreed to the treatment plan. It’s now some weeks after the implant procedure. Everything is going well, I’ve very satisfied with the end result. The procedure was a painless experience during which their care, skill and expertise I can only describe as outstanding. “THANK YOU” so much Marc, Dr Neeraj, Dr Suresh and all the team at Changing Faces.

Fantastic experience: I recently had same day implants and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. From the initial consultation with Marc and Suresh, where I was a nervous wreck, to the final fitting, every step was handled with care and precision. Fantastic experience: I have a massive phobia of dentists & needles from since my childhood but gathered enough courage to go into Changing Faces in Knowle for a much needed checkup. The initial consultation with Sonal put me at ease and a week later I was in having two fillings! Sonal coached me through the two needles & didn't feel a thing! Fantastic experience: I have recently completed dental implant treatment (4 implants to replace 2 lower back teeth on each side of my mouth). The whole process from initial consultation to placement of implants and fitting of crowns was performed superbly (and painlessly!) by Suresh. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Since becoming a patient at Changing Faces I have also started seeing a hygienist (Vicky) who has been excellent in her treatment and explaining how I should look after my teeth & gums. All the staff I have had dealings with have been friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Changing Faces!

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive following several awful experiences at other dentists which caused me great anxiety. From the minute I met Marc and his team they put me at ease. I had no confidence at all and my teeth were awful. Following trying dentures, Marc suggested implants on my lower denture and over several months, I underwent this procedure. Marc is meticulous and this shows in his work. Giving time to heal between procedures and reassurance throughout we finally got a brilliant result. Though it’s early days since fitting my dentures are settling and the cosmetic appearance is second to none. Very natural looking people are amazed at the difference it has made. Fantastic experience: I have had my teeth done recently at changing faces in knowle. I must say it’s the best thing iv ever done. The whole team at changing faces are very nice and understanding of what your going through and make you feel so at ease. Fantastic experience: I have worn a denture since having an accident at the age of 14. Over the years I had to have more teeth out and found it incredibly hard to find a dentist who could make me a denture to fit comfortably or to be able to eat properly. I eventually heard about Changing Faces, I was apprehensive at first, but from the moment I walked in I was put at ease. I saw Marc and Suresh and after consulting with them both, they decided implants would be the best solution for me. All through the treatment process I was put at ease and was given so much information to read and everything was explained to me in great detail. I cannot fault the way everything was handled, all the staff are extremely kind and supportive, I really felt in safe hands. Marc did an incredible job making the dentures and Suresh did the surgery for my implants. I can honestly say, it was not painful, a little uncomfortable, but that was expected at having extensive surgery. I was surprised at how well I felt afterwards. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Changing Faces Dentistry in Knowle. From the welcome at reception, the initial consultation all the way through to my surgery and aftercare. Suresh and Marc have been incredible at keeping me calm and informed throughout. I had an upper jaw full same day teeth, with 7 extractions! This has been the best decision, I absolutely LOVE my new teeth. The procedure went really well, I had sedation and really don't remember anything. My recovery has been good and following all of ttheir detaied aftercare, I'm now through the otherside and starting to enjoy food again. Fantastic experience: I had not been to the dentist since I was around 9 years old, as I have a fear of dentists and a massive phobia of needles. A hole in my tooth prompted me to book the appointment, to which I cried on the phone. For my consultation with Sonal & Jenna, I got into the room and immediately started crying. I am so thankful for everything Sonal & Jenna have done to put my mind at ease, and my treatment so far has been fantastic. Fantastic experience: After nearly 30 yrs of avoiding the dentist due to a phobia and losing all but a couple of teeth, I knew I had to do something. I researched every dentist over and over but something kept telling me that Changing Faces was the one. I went for an initial consultation and instantly felt at ease. The care and compassion from these guys is insane. I decided to have full dental implants and was extremely nervous at the thought but I was reassured that sedation was available. I can honestly say that the whole process has changed my life. I now have a beautiful set of teeth thanks to Marc and Suresh who worked together from beginning to end and kept me informed every step of the way. The anaesthetist, Carelyn, was the most empathetic human and I don't remember a thing after my sedation Reception staff Kerrie & Kim were wonderful at sorting all my appointments and I think it was Lauren who helped during my surgery. Apologies if I've missed anyone but you are all wonderful and although I'm still a little apprehensive, I actually look forward to the dentist now. Definitely "Cosmetic Dentistry at it's finest"

Fantastic experience: I had a filling replaced by Sonal today. What a lovely dentist. She explained the procedure and was very gentle throughout. I felt well cared for from the minute I stepped into reception until I left. Lovely, easy atmosphere and you’re made to feel at ease straight away. The dental assistant was lovely too, unfortunately I didn’t think to get her name, but she was very efficient and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Changing Faces to anybody experiencing problems with their teeth. I’d known for quite some time that I needed dental implants but was told I had insufficient bone in my jaws. Following years of extractions and pain, I booked an appointment with Suresh to look at my options. Following his advice I began treatment for snap in dentures last summer. Marc then set about the process of building me a new set of teeth to sit on my implants The whole process took a little under six months and it has changed my life for the better If you’re nervous about getting treatment, go and speak to Suresh and Marc. These guys are truly amazing I wish I’d done this years ago.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have all my teeth removed due to decay mainly caused by a medical condition. I heard about Changing Faces from a friend and immediately checked out their website and then made an appointment. I met initially with Suresh and later Marc both of whom worked hard to help me feel relaxed and more confident. The dreaded day of teeth extraction came and I was terrified but actually felt no pain during the procedure though I will admit it felt like a long and tiring day. Suresh was so kind and so was Marc and all of the team members. After a wait today I was fitted with my new and final set of teeth and they are fantastic, fabulous, stunning and I could keep adding superlatives but perhaps it is simply enough to say I can smile again wowee. I would go through it all again without hesitation if I could have the same people taking care of me and providing me with such a natural smile and for giving me the opportunity to feel able to smile in photos quite naturally again and to smile, laugh and talk to people without any sense of embarrassment. Although I thought I knew how to take care of my teeth & gums, she has shown me how to improve my oral hygiene & all the invaluable tips on which toothbrush to buy & exactly how to use the interdental brushes & floss have made such a huge difference. Fantastic experience: Last August after years of pain and suffering made a decision to seek help and wow I'm so clad I did and found Changing Faces, I went for a free consultation with Marc, I was very nervous but Marc placed me fully at ease, Marc asked me what it was I wanted, I said a smile and to get my confidence back, On the 27th of September this year I had 22 teeth removed and 8 dental implants placed into my jaws, this was carried out by yet another true gent Suresh, from start to finish it took 2 hrs I did not feel a thing, I went home and had some pain for two days and pain control, after two day I was pain free, at the time of extraction I was given a set of temporary teeth, Temporary teeth that were outstanding all made by Marc, on the 2nd of January I had the dental implants exposed and the abutment put in place, I have today been to see Marc 18th January for the making of my new smile my assisted dentures, I am now a few weeks from my new smile, I would like to thank the receptionists who are as professional as Marc and Suresh always a smile and a greeting, the dental nurses that are all lovely and friendly, would I recommend Changing faces hell yes 200%, I thank Marc, Suresh and all the team for giving me my confidence back what a team.

From my initial 1st visit where I was tearful and embarrassed I was put at ease and talked through the various treatments I could have. Having decided on denture implants the whole process was explained and it would be a long process but I felt I was doing the right thing. Now on completion of my treatment I could not be happier with the result and it was well worth the cost. I want to thank Suresh and the whole of the team. Also I would like to give a big thank you to Marc who is responsible for the smile I now have (which I am trying to get used to!) Friends at work have commented on how natural my teeth look and how great they are. I highly recommend Changing Faces. Fantastic experience: Ok…. so I have been absolutely petrified of the dentist for years and the obvious outcome of this was a set of teeth that had definitely seen better days. I finally decided to tackle the issue and after doing a bit of research I decide to go with changing faces! And all I can say is it’s the best decision I have ever made! I was overly conscious of my teeth, hiding my mouth while smiling and laughing because they were so bad! To a mouth of beautiful natural looking teeth and I am absolutely amazed by them! I am so happy with them and after all these years (49 to be exact!) I know just need to remember I no longer need to hide them!!! From the moment I stepped into changing faces I felt comfortable. The staff were all lovely. Mark and suresh explained everything in detail and were very understanding about how embarrassed I felt! They reassured me and took their time during the first appointment to make sure I was at ease! Anyway fast forward to the day of my procedure. I was nervous obviously, from the moment I got there mark and Suresh were wonderful! And 5 hours later It was done! And I absolutely loved them. I have no regrets! I just wish I’d got them done sooner! Anyway I’d like to say a huge thank you it really has been a life changing experience!!!! Now only 6 more weeks til I gel to eat a steak haha

Fantastic experience: I lost my smile 2019 when i finally had my last of my teeth out the dentist informed me that implants would not work for me , so i took there word for it . Then April 2024 i went to Changing Faces met Mark and his wonderfull people around him had a chat about what he could do for me , as i was leaving my smile started to come back went through the treatment , having the implants put in and waiting for them to settle down . Just over two months past , then had my studs put in , three weks later i had my new teeth . It has turned my life completely turned my life around . Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Marc and all staff, for their amazing after care. It has been 6 years since treatment and full set of dentures made by Marc, with implants needed for my bottom set, due to a gum problem. With lockdown and ill health over time, a few problems cropped up with the fit of my lower denture which clipped onto my implants. I signed up for Denplan, so have a regular check from the dentist, and also hygienist, to make sure all was ok for Marc to work his magic with my dentures. This took no time at all for Marc to fix the problem, and I cannot thank him enough, as I enjoyed my first steak in a long time, and can now look forward to eating more confidently in company with family and friends. I will also have the biggest smile on my face, showing off my teeth, that Marc has made for me. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: At nearly 60 I have always feared the dentist as all of my previous experiences were not good ones. Even from my first call to Changing Faces, Kim on reception put me at ease. My initial appointment was with Marc, a genuinely caring guy, who provided the reassurance I needed to go through with the surgery. Marc, Suresh and the nurses all made my experience seamless. I have gone from shaking and tearful at the Dentist to laughing with the team during appointments! Marc is a fantastic guy, a real character, who has given me my confidence back. Fantastic experience: I was nervous going to a new dentist. I’ve had a few fail me in the past. After my initial consultation with Marc, I can honestly say I was put at ease and given hope at last. I’ve had dentures and partial denture in the past and all no good. My 2 front teeth missing were very depressing to me. Trying to hide it and never able to smile or feel confident eating out. Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Dr Adnan & Kerry - what a wonderful team! I had a clean, fixed a chip on a front tooth and replaced an old filling on a molar. Fantastic experience: Went to Changing Faces today to have a filling on my broken tooth. I don’t like needles at the best of times and I have had a few in my day. Today was a great experience met this young lady for the first time her name is Sonal What a lovely lady and her Assistant, I had one needle and I didn’t feel a thing It’s the best needle in my gum that I have ever had very chatty and very friendly great experience for a change at the dentist thank you.

Fantastic experience: What can i say AMAZING! AMAZING! from me a lady in my 60s I was quite apprehensive about having implant surgery. From my first free consultation visit to my decision to have same day teeth top and bottom implant bridges was best decision i have made with the help of Marc and Suresh who are both professional and so caring understood my fears . On the day of surgery i chose to have sedation by Dr Carelyn who also stays with you was so nice and calming never felt a thing. When i came round i had the lovely Sharna looking after me who is also so nice and caring. Few hours later went home with my new teeth and a lovely smile . Fantastic experience: After having a couple of bad experiences at other dentists practices , I was unsure about seeing another dentist. However I did my research and although there were other dental practices nearer to where I live I found that Changing Faces had good reviews.I made an an appointment to see Marc Northover at the Harborne surgery. As soon as I walked into the surgery I was welcomed and made to feel at ease. I had a appointment with Marc who was very professional and explained some of the procedures that I may need. I then at a appointment with Dr Suresh Chohan at the Knowle practice . Dr Chohan explained that because of the complex dentistry I needed that he and Marc would sort out my dentistry together. I saw the hygienist at Harborne practise who was very kind and explanatory and gave me lots if advice. Marc has been so kind and patient and has told me step by step what dentistry I need. Fantastic experience: I visited Babs for a hygienist appointment; I was massively impressed with the friendliness of the clinic and how comfortable I felt. I had a teeth polish and jet wash, which removed all the stains from my teeth. Babs was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and I felt like I was in safe hands. I will be recommending her and the clinic to all my friends. My teeth feel clean, and they look white. I will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous going for an extraction but I really didn't need to have been. Sonal explained everything that was going to happen and made me feel very reassured that I had nothing to be apprehensive about. The whole thing was done before I knew it and I was left wondering why I had worked myself into such a state beforehand. As a child, I had a dreadful experience with another dentist, this has affected me all through my life when it came to needing any dental work. Sonal has gone an awful long way to redressing this and I will definitely be back to see her for any future treatment. And without any unnecessary hesitation next time. Fantastic experience: My wife writes " The last set of false teeth that I can describe as decent was accidentally lost in March 2023. They had been made by a technician working for a Dentist I had been with for over 40 years, but who had now retired. Thus began my lengthy search for another (decent) set of teeth, by which I mean a set that fitted my mouth comfortably, that looked like natural teeth, with gums that suited my dark complexion and which were practical to eat with. So the journey begins. The first Dentist provided a set of teeth that filled my mouth and looked unnaturally large, which proved awkward to use when eating. The second Dentist produced a set which fitted better, but still didn't look appropriate, had dyed gums and again were not comfortable to eat with. Moreover, they soon became so loose that I woke up one morning to find the bottom set in bed with me. Then a friend recommended that I should consult Marc Northover at 'Changing Faces'. In view of my limited mobility I went to see him at Knowle, as the Harborne Surgery has a set of steps to enter. Marc has proved to be my 'Knight in shining armour' because over a period of some months he has artistically crafter a set of teeth which not only fit well, but look amazing with an appropriate amount of colour in the gums. His attention to detail is impressive as is his insight into what I wanted, and his ability to deliver it Part of my problem was shrunken gums and thinning of the jaw bone, which required a small amount of cosmetic surgery to correct. This was to ensure that the bottom set were retained adequately. I thoroughly recommend that anyone seeking to have an excellent set of false teeth, that look and feel good, and give one the confidence to eat a wide range of foods should make an appointment to see Marc.

Fantastic experience: I visited Changing Faces for teeth whitening and was required to have a few extractions. I had a long standing phobia of dentists after a traumatic experience a few years prior at a different dentists. From our first meeting the process was explained thoroughly without any jargon and I was put at ease. On the day of the extraction the staff took their time with me, calmed me down and the extraction ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend Changing Faces to anybody with or without a dental phobia as the results of the whitening surpass my expectations.
