Fantastic experience: Clean, airy surgery. Polite, friendly and helpful reception staff who make it their business to get to know one. Reminders are sent for appointments. The hygienist and nurses are efficient and lovely. The dentist explained everything as he was going along. I had to have a filling this time and he discussed it with me, and told me his opinion. The filling is smooth and is comfortable. Not cheap, but my teeth will hopefully last as long as I do! I recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent quick service and a very approachable Dentist who is sensitive to what is required.

Negative experience: I was originally with the Health Centre Dental Practice in Bradford on Avon, the Dentist there drilled one of my upper front teeth out by mistake, he did a repair job which didn't last, I was left with a root, infact they left a couple of roots in my mouth. The practice then closed and all the patients were automatically transferred to the Denalcare Practice again in Bradford on Avon. They tried a couple of times to extract the roots, but couldn't do it, even a Implantoligist tried but couldn't do it. I was on Facebook and saw a video of a lady who had treatment with Aurora Dental Practice in Corsham, I was impressed with what she said so I gave them a call and was soon a patient there myself. I had my first exam with Mary Jane, straight away I knew I had made not just the right move, but a fantastic move. Today 11th March 2022, I attended to have two roots removed, the very two that the previous dental practice said they couldn't do who reffered me to the Orthodontist at the Royal United Hospital in Bath. I sat in the chair and within minutes Mary Jane had the first root out, then a further five minutes the other was out. Dentist's have been known/Associated with Pain and Fear, this is certainly not the case with Aurora, the receptionist greet you with charming smiles, as for Mary Jane well I cannot speak highly enough of her and must not forget the dental Nurse who assists her. I wish I had made this move a long time ago, yes going private costs more, but I am paying for Great Quality of work. To ALL of you at the Aurora Dental Practice in Corsham, I cannot thank you enough for the Great Care and Treatment I have received. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Ok this is where the compliments end, I attended the Hygienist, I sat in the chair, she was somewhat rough, I know that the Hygienist isn't the most pleasant of experiences, but this occasion she was really rough, I noticed she was using a scrapper type tool, basically she scored a grove in my tooth vertically, after I got home I had something to eat, I noticed an uncomfortable feeling, the tooth had split vertically, I phoned Aurora in Corsham who placed the blame on me, I was so much discomfort, they charged me £211.00 for a filling, the filling has been replaced twice, but they keep saying it is their fault, they did a so called investigation, internally of course but not independently as it should have been and of they found themselves in their own favour, they are making me out to be a Lier, after all the money I have paid Aurora, I never thought they would treat me this way, they have treated me shamefully, I am a Service Veteran who has had a tough time, which they do not care about, just about raking money in, but this Veteran will be taking the Battle all the way to the Courts and will go even more Public. Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist in 24 years and I needed an emergency appointment because I chipped one of my front teeth from the inside, which caused discomfort. I called up and signed up with Auroa Dental Clinic in Corsham and they had me booked in two days after I called up They sorted my issue with my tooth on the same day which I must say was brilliant and my tooth now feels exactly like it did before I damaged it. The procedure was also completely painless. Next appointment is booked along with a dental monthly plan, I won't be going anyway else. Excellent service and staff!

Negative experience: Awful and no consideration for hard working people my daughter needed a tooth out yes you still want to charge her a further £68 to do a plan is there no end to your robbery avoid if you're working class.

Negative experience: Worst dentist!! I’ve had people also tell me the same. All they care about is your money and not you as a patient. Surprised they haven’t got more bad reviews if I’m honest. They want £68 just to give you me treatment plan and that’s it, which is obvious that I need my tooth removed. Dont get back to your messages, do not recommend!! Dont waste your money.

Fantastic experience: I had a lower right molar extraction carried out on 27 April by Richard. The reception staff were highly professional and courteous and I did not have to wait long. Richard explained exactly what was going to happen and carried on with the procedure. The extraction was quick and pain free. I highly recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: I have recently finished my treatment plan at Aurora Dental and Implant Clinic in Chippenham. Dr Carl Lazzari was excellent he looked after my needs throughout the process and spent as much time with me as needed from the first consultation to the final fitting advising and recommending what was needed to ensure the transformation on completion was exceptional. Dr Lazzari is very professional in his work and very approachable ,he is supported by an excellent team from the ladies on reception to the dental nurses. The communication from the team is excellent and they always check in with you the day after any appointment to make sure you are ok and there are no problems. I would like to thank the team for an excellent experience.I am delighted with my new smile and would highly recommend Aurora Dental and Implant Clinic for your dental needs and implants.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with the same dentist for years, and when they changed owners I went with the new owners Aurora (Lesley and Karl). The whole team (Team Corsham) are all so friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists (particularly Naomi!) whom make me feel like I’m visiting an old friend and not the dreaded dentist (I have a phobia and I’m terrified of going), to the dentist, hygienist, nurses and those behind the scene! and whilst it’s sad to not have any NHS dentists, I didn’t hesitate with signing up privately because I know I’ll get my moneys worth with this incredible team.

But to be told by a receptionist that if I didn’t give a contact number in case I ever collapsed while there ( 999 would be advisable ) or they could refuse to see me, was not friendly or a pleasant experience. All the staff and dentist are all friendly, relaxed, helpful and understanding: they always respond to an emergency with an appointment within the week and full explanations and discussion are given every treatment session seemingly without pressure of time. I returned to the Aurora Dental practice on the 18th September 2023 and the service I received again was excellent. I was adviced that I could go onto a different plan that was suitable for me, and it cost me less. I have received a very high standard of care from all the staff I have had contact with.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the Aurora Clinic in Corsham more highly! The reception team are welcoming, experienced, informative and empathetic. They offer a personalised service to help me secure appointment slots to suit my needs and to give me the best experience. As a new patient, I was offered an emergency appointment and follow up appointments very quickly. My appointments are always held promptly with no unnecessary waiting. Dr. Thompson and her team are very personable and professional. They made me feel at ease instantly, taking time and care to carry out assessments thoroughly and explain procedures clearly. My visits to the clinic have been painless and comfortable, where treatments are done quickly in a calm and stress-free environment. The added bonus is that the clinic is easily accessible on the High Street with free parking close by. Children are also allowed to attend appointments with you in tow if necessary.

Fantastic experience: I've liked Corsham Aurora for the few years I've been going there as it is. They are always friendly and informative. But when they let me take my daughter's teddy bear in on my last checkup and got some photos of the Teddy having a checkup to show her and to put her at ease about her next visit, well that's very caring service. And then when she came for her checkup, Richard and his assistant were so great and playful with her which helped no-end. Plus the lovely receptionist printed-out a coulour-in picture of Peppa at the dentist for our daughter as she heard her talking about Peppa in the waiting room. Thanks all for making our dentist times special

Fantastic experience: I have now been going to this surgery for the past 25 years and would not swap. I recently had two crowns fitted. Richard and the whole team are friendly and highly professional. It’s never a cheap procedure but the amount of time spent in the surgery and the lab work justifies the price. The new scanning techniques made for a perfect fit. The welcome was pleasant and reassuring. I trust everyone at the practice.

Fantastic experience: I was seen very quickly as an emergency when I developed an abscess on a back tooth. The staff at this practice are always so friendly, approachable and accommodating. They go out of their way to help. My dentist Richard is calm and reassuring - even though I think I must be the patient from his nightmares!

Fantastic experience: I had a crown repair to one of my back teeth, which required 3 visits, an assessment, preparation of the tooth and fitment of a temporary crown, and fitment of the prepared permanent crown. These were arranged with helpful Reception Staff, the total time for the treatment taking 4 weeks, a fortnight between each visit. The Dentist was brisk, gentle and positive, explaining what was happening as it was being done, all of which was very reassuring. The result is an excellent repair which completely removes the sensations of pressure-pain and heat sensitivity I was experiencing.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my wife have been clients at the Corsham Clinic for many years and have yet to have a bad experience. All the staff are very helpful and courteous, nothing too much trouble in assisting you. We have no reservations about the treatment we receive.

Fantastic experience: I attended the appointment as an emergency for my daughter who had damaged a tooth. Whilst there I queried the implication of teeth grinding having a possible impact on a childs/persons hearing. The dentist did NOT diagnose but referred me to a brilliant piece of guidance on TMJ joints and suggested I make an appointment with the GP and Physio to investigate further. After 3 years struggling to understand why my daughter is going deaf, with multiple hearing tests/audiology appointments it feels like we may now have the answer. I can't thank the dentist enough for making us aware of the possible connection he could of changed her life forever - THANK YOU xxxx
