How to clean teeth and gums .Never a pleasant experience going to the dentist, though they make it as best as possible. Hygienist is also very good The hygienist is excellent. Explained in detail about my issues. Described the process to help solve going forward. Very good

Positive experience: Telephone experience was awful. On hold for up to 2 hours on several occasions when the alternative online service didn't give me an emergency appointment. Yes, I rang 111, and their advice kept me going a couple more days. I left a message with the dental practice and had a voicemail reply telling me to call at 8.30 am the following morning. I rang as instructed and left on hold for more than 2 hours. Dentist practice told me the next day when I finally got through that they were too busy to pick up the previous day. You must sort this out. If you're too busy to pick up, you should tell callers to ring 111 10/10 for the 111 service and the staff and treatment I finally received. Please review your phone service.

Negative experience: Awful customer service !!!! I was given a prescription which was signed wrong by the dentist and the receptionist stamped it in the wrong place I was practically laughed out of the pharmacy as it’s illegal to issue a prescription without the correct signatures, and when I went back to change it they were so rude and unhelpful one receptionist had the nerve to say “why didn’t you check it was stamped” as though that was my job. I suggest that particular receptionist seeks a job where she doesn’t need to interact with the public as clearly it’s to hard for her intellectually without being rude !
