Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience. I received a white filling on one of my teeth after it was confirmed that there was no nerve infection. However, less than a month later, the tooth began to hurt again. I would advise others to exercise caution and consider alternatives, especially given the high cost as I was charged over £450 for just two appointments. AVOID!

Fantastic experience: Just had a root canal done with Dr Nalin Dhamecha. On the basis of the Xray he explained the options and opted for the root canal. He has performed the operation very well and although I’m not in medical field, his tone and instructions to his nurse was very comforting and also tried to explain the stages he was performing within the 90mins. I would recommend this practice very highly based on experience and price compared to other I’ve looked at.

Haven’t been to a dentist in a few years and knew I had to get a check up regarding chips/cracks on several of my teeth. Along with those issues, on my bottom row I had a couple of crooked teeth that were getting worse with age. Fast forward to under a year later and now my bottom row is aligned nicely. The cracks/chips are fixed up via bonding, and now my smile is looking more healthier, natural and whiter! I’m also now applying better habits into my lifestyle, as flossing is a big part to keeping healthy gums. During the final stages I ‘luckily’ had an another crown problem while sat in the dentist chair! My Dentist is Dr Krishna Patel and she was assisted by Holly. Fantastic experience: I came in for a Deep clean (SRP) Service. Anny Shrestha was the dental hygienist i was dealt with and she was very professional and very thorough with scaling my teeth. She gave me further advice on how to floss and kindly provided me with flossing sticks which were best for my teeth. I would recommend her to anyone and will further book my appointments with Anny. Her customer service skills, patience and her overall vibe was welcoming as soon as she greeted me. I was initially speaking to Holly on reception, who had great customer service skills and made me understood of all the services that are provided by the company, which in result reassured me and enabled me to plan future appointments. Thank you Holly and Anny for amazing services. Working in private healthcare myself makes you realise that a little goes a long way, especially when elderly patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a periodontitis session with Omar. The session was by far much more comfortable than I had expected. Omar is a very caring and personable dentist who puts patients first. He has a calming presence and is highly skilled at his job, even the injections were very comfortable. Omar gave a detailed post care pack and is not one bit rushy, he spends as much time as needed to make his patients feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Omar, he is a true professional who takes great pride in his work. Overall I had a very comfortable session and its been day 2 now and my gums have healed well. Its rare I will ever state this, however I am looking forward to my next session with Omar. Great dentist practise and great dentists.......Thanks Omar

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had our biannual hygienist and checkups with Annee, the Hygienist and Mr Dhanda. Annee is amazingly thorough and one is left feeling as though every nook and cranny of the mouth has been investigated and cleaned. Mr Dhanda is always gentle and reassuring. The reception staff are so helpful, booking a taxi for us, sorting out our next appointments. Really professional.

My first dentist was Dr. Williams, back in 1960, when my late mother first took my brother and I to see the dentist. I was looked after by Colin Harris for many years and am today in the care of Dr. Dhanda and hygienist Kathy Jackson I have absolute confidence in both of my 'dental team'. Over the years I have seen the surgery, staff and equipment change, change and change again as the practice invests in the newest dental equipment and quality personel. I have no plans to move away from the Ruislip area in the near future and trust I shall be in the care of the high quality staff at Kingsend Dental for many years to come!! Keep up the good work team!!!

He makes me feel so comfortable and he makes every procedure feel painless. I have had several fillings from him as well as a recent tooth extraction and I cannot praise his skills enough, he truly is so good at what he does and I always feel very safe in his hands! He never performs any treatments that you don’t need and will always put your best interests first. I can’t recommend this dental clinic enough!

Fantastic experience: Having lived in Ruislip for many years, we were always impressed by the standard of service we both received from Kingsend Dental. Despite our moving to Derbyshire approximately ten years ago, we have been more than happy to travel down, every six months, to receive the exceptional treatment at this practice. During our latest visit, a couple of days ago, as always the treatment received from both our dentist and hygienist was top notch. We would certainly have no problem in recommending this practice to future, potential patients.

Fantastic experience: I phoned on the off chance of having an emergancy extraction due to very severe toothache. 3 hours later all done . Much appreciated and thank you - am so grateful - very professional and friendly.

Negative experience: It’s very disappointing that after several attempts to clear out miscommunication with this practice and being called by the practice manager promising a follow up (which never happened), I was told to go find a different clinic. No effort to recover for the poor communication. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Avoid this place, too greedy, I booked a new patient appointment as for a check-up at 5.05pm the same day, because it was available and was convenient for me. When I spoke to the reception enquiring about the prices, they told me £65 for new patient registration and any further assessment will be reduced to £45. Any scans will be additional cost of £12. I was told the same when I arrived at the dentist, with no further mention of additional charges. I was called in 10mins later than my appointment at 5.15pm. During my appointment the Dr. looked into my teeth and did 4 scans. The Dr tried to sell me another specialist for £150 to look deeper into my teeth which was unnecessary because I have not had any issues in the this inspection. I declined because it doesn’t make any sense paying for something where there is no issue or concern. Each and every talk was about making more money to make further appointments, rather addressing any issues (which were in healthy state anyway) in the first appointment and come to a solution. My consultation was finished at 5.45pm, lasting 35mins. During payment, they told me the amount and didn’t give me the invoice until I requested the invoice, £178. When I questioned the charges, they said that £65 for full teeth assessment and another £65 for the specific 6 teeths that were covered. I challenged it and said those 6 teeth sit already in the full mouth assessment. So nothing different was done to those 6 teeth’s compared to the full mouth. Especially if everything is alright and no infection or teeth decay have been found. Funnily enough they didn’t say anything when I booked this appointment and I couldn’t see or was told this was booked as an emergency, especially when I said several times, this is a check up, nothing urgent. I have got some pain but they are not major or persistent, because they come and go and I, which could be due to sensitivity of teeth, and I have been living with it for weeks and would have carried on with this pain even after this appointment because nothing was detected anyway. When I asked for my inspection report, they told me that I have to fill out a form and bring it back. I did fill out the form and handed it in in the practice the next day complaining about the charges again and that this is a scam. So people be aware that these fellows try to make money without clear communication. Ask in advance or even don’t bother to go there.

Everybody was really helpful starting with Neelma Patel she is a great dentist, straight to the point and clear with what I needed to do, and caring at the same time. She helped me to have a quick resolution for an urgent dental problem involving Jatan Patel, who as well was great! Thank you to Rasiina too, she was great throughout the whole process and she called me personally after the surgery to check up on me.

Fantastic experience: Had a new patient appointment with 2 xrays and a filling, both with Dr Dharminder who was very friendly and welcoming, as was his assistant. Everything was explained to me very clearly so I could decide what treatment I needed. The filling process was painless,easy and not even that uncomfortable, excluding the first injection but that's just how it goes. It's the next day now and there's no pain and I can't see it in the mirror, great work!

Fantastic experience: Visited the Hygienist who was very professional and it was fine. This was followed a visit to Mr Dada, and he repaired my broken front tooth. The repair was so good it is virtually invisible. I have been a patient for many years, and always been treated extremely well.

Fantastic experience: I recently had All-on-4 implants on my lower jaw. The process is long, mine took 9 months to complete, and that was fully explained to me at the beginning, It’s not a cheap option and expect to pay for most of the treatment before the end of the process. Surgery was fine, and the whole team on the day made the experience very easy. I had virtually no bruising, puffiness, bleeding or pain after surgery. I’m very pleased with the end result, I look the same but better which is exactly what I wanted. So a big thank you to Jatan, Guy, the technicians and the anaesthetist who was particularly lovely. My biggest shout out is saved for the lovely dental nurses and reception staff who were always working away quietly and diligently in the background and for me they are the stars of the show.
