Fantastic experience: Dr Olivia is fantastic. I consistently get appointments promptly. She is efficient, precise, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have long had a fear of going to the dentist, but since seeing Dr Olivia, it doesn’t worry me anymore and I feel reassured that I’m in good hands any time I’ve had an issue. Front desk team are also excellent, easy to reach via phone, and remember details about any dental issue I’m having, so I don’t need to keep repeating myself. Overall, good, efficient, expert vibes. I recommend! I especially recommend if you are an anxious patient like me.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this surgery. I went for an emergency appointment at 11:45 as I was in agony with a toothache. I saw Dr Janki who was very sympathetic and professional. Because my appointment was only an emergency time slot she couldn’t do the extraction then but advised another appointment later in the week. I explained that I had just lost my mum and her funeral was in a few days so I needed the procedure done urgently. Dr Janki went above and beyond to make it happen. She booked me in with her the same day when she had finished her clinic and did the extraction in her own time. Such a lovely, pleasant, caring and professional Dr.

I made a booking with Katie at the resection and she was so kind and understanding. She booked be with Dr Alia and I’m so thankful she did, Dr Alia is fantastic, helpful and so patient. When I was concerned Dr Alia got me straight in for a review and reassured me straight away. When going for implant treatment you get seen so regularly, it's great as you stay so informed throughout they process. Dr Alia will talk you through everything she is doing or going to do. Fantastic experience: Dr Janki has seen me for two emergency appointments for two unrelated tooth-related incidents the last couple of weeks During both appointments they were so excellent. I’m so happy with the dental bonding they did on my front tooth and my friends have been shocked when I tell them there’s bonding there! The lovely person on reception (I don’t know your name, sorry) has been consistently wonderful both in-person and over the phone and is incredibly compassionate! You have a great team!

Dr Jenki at the Waterfall is the best dentist I have ever had. She is so kind and gentle and I have recently had a bridge and two fillings replaced painlessly and extremely well done. Last October I developed terrible tooth ache - I got an emergency appointment the next day and the antibiotics I desperately needed. Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign treatment with Janki, and was very pleased with the treatment through the course and my results! I had large gaps between teeth and some teeth were rotated - I didn’t think it would be possible to correct this through Invisalign alone but I am very happy with how much she managed to achieve. Fantastic experience: Had an implant to replace a tooth (next to the wisdom tooth) that had been causing issues with chewing for some time. Easy process and has permanently sorted out the problem. Dr Alia talked through each stage of the process - great service!

I was in need of treatment before heading to university in another city, and Sally at reception went the extra mile to ensure that I got an appointment before I had to leave. I saw Dr Janki for my appointment, and she was very professional, thorough and provided excellent treatment.
