Fantastic experience: I had a huge toothache, and I was seen right away. I wanted to thank you for your patience because of my stress related to having my tooth extracted and infected. In a very professional manner, I was given anaesthesia and had my back tooth extracted. I felt no pain at all, and I feel great! You are amazing! Thank you, and I will definitely come back!

I was absolutely gutted when my old dentist left but Dr Marta Amin was amazing. She put me at ease, was so gentle and caring but very professional at the same time. Negative experience: I’m afraid I’m changing the practice. Previously made an appointment and was told on the phone that was booked as NHS patient, they turned up apparently wasn’t ! paying a lot of money to be privately treated. Last week the same story the receptionist booked me in as non urgent, before the treatment my dentist told me the price at front as urgent appointment and privately funded. After disagreement I was told that can try to book it as NHS ( might get in in a few months)! So obviously had a treatment and paid 4x more as should be. Also haven’t seen so many dentist leaving the place, I was seen by 6 different dentist in 3 years? So annoying !

Fantastic experience: Like a lot of people, I don't love the dentist... but after 8 or more years going to White Dental, I will begrudgingly admit it's really fine! All the dentists and hygienists I have seen have been friendly, calming and efficient. The reception team work wonders trying to fit everything in. My daughter recently had a tooth removed and the team were so amazing with her. I've also needed emergency appointments whilst awaiting a root canal and the team always manage to fit it in and helped alleviate the pain. Whilst I still wouldn't say I love going to the dentist, the team are pretty great! ;-)

The whole experience was great from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dentist was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The filling was done quickly and painlessly, and I felt well cared for throughout my visit. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the service was excellent. Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and used to require sedation. My teeth are in bad condition and very sensitive. I was scared and reluctant but Dr Amro was so calm and reassuring. He explained what he was going to do and instead of poking and prodding was gentle. He tested sensitivity with blasts of air. After two x rays he confirmed that a tooth needed to be removed. My absolute nightmare scenario. He gave 3 options. He could refer me for sedation with the NHS which had a long waiting list. He could refer me privately to a specialist or he could do the extraction. He suggested giving the injections and testing sensitivity and pain. After two injections I could still feel discomfort and so he gave a 3rd. I couldn't feel it, and so gave him the nod to go for it. He removed the problem tooth calmly and efficiently. I hardly bled at all and was so relieved I cried. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to any nervous patient and or patient with problem teeth. He made my day. Thank you Dr Amro and white Dental who saw me as an emergency new patient. My heroes.

Anika and Georgia are absolutely amazing, gentle when giving anaesthetic and always completely clear about what's going to happen and what treatments are needed. I was booked in with Dr Khiana Dhaliwal and it has been the best decision I have ever made. Negative experience: Never go here, they book you in take half your money then cancel your appointment on the day without telling you, no refund of course or the offer the give you your parking money back. 3 time this has happened now, will never go back.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I cracked a tooth on Sunday. Rang the practice Monday. Saw dentist Tuesday and he talked through the alternatives. We agreed on a white filling and he talked through what he was doing ie injection to relieve pain; drilling old filling out and then replacing the filling. All done in an hour. And he had a great patient manner!

Negative experience: The practice is in the business of making people pay for examinations that are not needed all for a precription that I will have to end up paying for at the end. The issue has repeated 3 times over the course of a year and the practice want to keep charging me an examination fee everytime for the same thing. Disgraceful!
