Fantastic experience: I completed my most recent course of treatment for several implants at Vital Europe in Budapest a few months ago and have just set up the first post-course check-up in London. This has been my third or fourth course of treatment with Vital - mainly for implants - over nearly 20 years. All the outcomes have been totally successful. There have been no unpleasant surprises and I am certain that I have always received great value. The treatment in Budapest has always been first class, friendly and efficient in the modern well equipped clinic. It has been fun combining the short visits to the clinic with mini breaks in Budapest - cheap when alone and expensive when with my wife! The fact that Vital also have a small facility in London for check-ups and emergencies (never used by me!) gives one a feeling of confidence. I suspect I won't be needing any further dental work (I'm now 75) but if I do, it will certainly be with Vital Europe.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed by the quality of equipment and the detailed assessment provided at Vital's London clinic. We agreed a plan for a major reconstruction involving a new lower bridge supported on eight new implants. I think it's good that they allow a lot of time between the stages of the process, so each stage has enough time to become fully stable. The plan involved four visits to Budapest. The final visit was for two weeks so my wife joined me and we enjoyed sightseeing in Budapest. If you are staying for this sort of period, I recommend getting Vital to upgrade the accommodation to one of the suites available at the hotel. It's much more convenient being able to self cater, particularly if there's a lot going on with the dental work! One factor in Vital's favour is the very close relationship with the laboratory - right next door - where all the dentures etc are manufactured. Several times in the process, new items were created overnight. In summary, I am overall delighted with my new mouth and believe Vital to be highly proficient and professional.

Fantastic experience: I had a bone graft, a sinus lift, 3 bridges & 7 or 8 caps , in total I had 7 implants. It took 3 trips to Budapest to get the final result, & I couldn’t be happier with the results, as for all the staff at vital Europe, I couldn’t have asked for a more happy friendly bunch of people, they keep you at ease all the time. The dentist was an absolute miracle worker, he explained how & what he was going to do & carried out the work to a highly professional standard, the price…( compared to the uk )… was about 75% cheaper. Fantastic experience: After a consultation in London, I went to Budapest to have 2 crowns fitted. All the staff were very welcoming and professional. The doctor took all the time needed to discuss, make adjustments and deliver the best result, with no pressure, no urgency... The premises are modern and clean, and the operational team is clearly very competent. It took two appointments (Monday, Thursday) of about 2 or 3 hours, the rest to visit the city, which is really beautiful. I'm very satisfied with the result. I highly recommend it, both for the quality of the service and tourist attractions.

Fantastic experience: I have used both the London and Budapest clinics over the past 7 years, receiving a great service. I have had extensive dental work done in Budapest on two occasions during that time, with both trips delivering a fabulous outcome, with nothing too much trouble, and excellent work undertaken in a high quality environment. The most recent trip was to have work done which had been quoted in London by an alternate provider at more than twice as much - so extremely good value for money. The staff are very professional, the service impeccable and I would absolutely recommend considering them if you need any dental work done but are putting it off because of the costs quoted here in the UK. Fantastic experience: My experience with Vital Europe, starting with my consultation at the London office, has been both seamless and very professional. Everyone I have come into contact with to date, have demonstrated respect and patience. My actual treatment in Budapest in September 2024 was excellent. Fantastic experience: I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Vital Europe to have Dental work. I travelled to Budapest from the UK. They had a car waitng for me at the airport and took me to my hotel and also drove me back to the airport when leaving. Fantastic experience: They are so caring, AND they do implants all the time, so I felt truly safe. I am a repeat patient, first going to Buda in 2008, aftr basics in London. My husband has been for treatment, and our daughter, and I have just been again...what does that tell you? Also, as a side event jn between sessions you get a holiday whilst undergoing treatment. The Dental Surgeon l saw after having a full inspection and x-rays etc said although the work l needed doing on my teeth was challenging it could be done and l would be very happy with the result. Fantastic experience: I’m absolutely delighted with my new teeth!! VitalEurope improved the look of my teeth over 15 years ago, replacing the four jumbled bottom front teeth with perfect crowns. Unfortunately, with natural wear and tear, it became necessary to have a root extraction where the only solution was to replace the crowns with a bridge supported by the other 3 teeth. My private U.K. dentist wouldn’t entertain the idea and agreed that I should return to VitalEurope. Fantastic experience: I just had 5 implants & bone grafting done on Monday in Budapest by Vital Europe. They have done a superb job. I had some pain & swelling for a few days, which improved each day following their clear instructions. It’s now Friday night & the swelling has gone down already & the pain is now only a mild discomfort, which has improved each day. The offer of water hot drinks is immediate as you sit down making you feel comfortable. Throughout my implant procedure in London and in Budapest - Both the dentist have been superb. Fantastic experience: A restoration failed and I immediately attended an emergency appointment and then embarked on a search for the restoration to be replace which was how I came in contact with VitalEurope. I booked the free consultation after which I received my no obligation treatment plan from my treatment coordinator David Benya, it contained photos of the team assigned for my treatment with the London and Budapest prices. I scheduled the treatment in Budapest due to the difference in cost booked my flight and accommodation and two weeks later I was sitting in the treatment chair with Dr Attila in Budapest, having met him for my free consultation in London, after Dr Máté Kelemen a highly accomplished dental professional who graduated with summa cum laude from the Faculty of Dentistry at the Medical University of Debrecen in 2012 approved my treatment. The appointment was 30 minutes for the impression to be taken. I returned to VE four days later for the fitting and headed to the airport for my return flight. Budapest has extensive public transport networks which are connected to google for tracking. I stayed in the city centre, Uber in Budapest meet you at the location you book from no need to worry about not finding the driver, cost approx. £8 to VE from city centre. I took the tram/bus which stops directly outside VE for the fitting appointment which is equivalent to a bus fare. From VE you can take an express airport bus non-stop 4 minutes away from VE. My new crown is better than the one it replaced more modern, 10 times more aesthetically pleasing and more advanced skills were applied to my treatment. I am 100% happier and assure you my treatment team were outstanding and recommend VitalEurope who live up to their commitment in providing affordable, quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: VitalEurope was recommended to me by a friend - the dual London and Budapest treatment options appealed to me - but I still did my own research before going to them and ultimately choosing them for my treatment. My treatment involved an operation to remove old crown post, implant operation and all treatment leading up to implant exposure and then, in Budapest, fitting of crown and porcelain. All treatment was top quality from all practitioners - this extended to staff who had to measure and fit me for partial denture as tooth in question was a front tooth. Of course, this is the most important aspect of all. But of equal importance was the level of communication from ALL members of staff regarding treatment plan, appointments and treatment - from telephone and in-person reception and administrative staff, in both London and Budapest, up to surgeons. No aspect of my treatment was rushed nor was I coerced to accept final results, eg. when final porcelain crown was fitted to implant. Options and views on aesthetics were given but no pressure applied to accept things as they were. Also (and I have been around a few decades now!) my experience with dentists is a less than transparent full coating of a treatment plan. Not with VE, fully itemised and costed from start to finish, including differences in cost between certain parts of treatment taking place in either London or Budapest. That reminds me, I need to follow up on the email I got a few weeks later to check all was good with my treatment. This is a reflection of the extent of customer focus and service of VE. My overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I originally went to Vital Europe in Budapest in 2006, when I had 2 implants and crowns fitted. I was very happy with the work and the service. I went back in March as one of my crown had worn down. I was very pleased with the treatment and service again. The original implants and the one crown are still in good condition The staff are so friendly. The city has changed so much since my last visit.

Fantastic experience: I had molar dental implant procedure in London and Hungary. The Surgeon Dr Mate Kelemen was reassuring kind and dealt well with anxious patient (myself). During the whole surgery he was explaining what happens next and checked if I was well. After surgery healing went properly without any problem I only had pain the first and second day. The crown been done in Hungary 4 months later. Staff were very helpful. Implant was much more affordable with vitaleurope than with other clinics in London.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, after find out a infection that the NHS "cleaned" a few years back was still there and had spread further, had my initial consultation in London which was extremely helpful and professional I decided to go to Budapest for treatment for cost and because its a beautiful country! Where again I was met with professional and very caring doctors who have resolved my problem with further scans to make sure the problem was irradicated! Fantastic experience: After a consultation in London , with a CT scan, which was really well explained ,I went to Budapest for the treatment. Vital Europe quoted for a worst case scenario. The dentist there decided that some of the treatment wasn’t needed based on an actual inspection. I had three teeth removed ,and had no pain during or after the work. The temporary teeth were prepared . Everything is so well organised from taxis to hotel. I return for the final treatment in October. Really fantastic service and work.

Since then I have returned for full dental work and I am delighted with the results. In 2011 I had a number of crowns/bridges, and recently I needed some further treatment including bone grafts, several implants and new crowns. Fantastic experience: Delighted to be able to chew food properly after 5 years! And smile without showing back gaps. Had some extractions and care in London and 2 trips to Budapest. Dentists very professional and careful. When bite was slightly low on one crown, Mr Gabor took it out, sent it back to technician, got it back an hour later and it was perfect. Great attention to detail and I immediately could chew again. About 11k cheaper than London, and probably 50% less visits. Had loads of Xrays and scans, and liked the fact that You only pay after each treatment. I would have liked a bit more detail about what would happen at each appointment eg on first appointment to do implants had to go to clinic at 8 am , turned out that was to do a scan to produce a template for the dentist to do the implants later that day. I felt in control eg they did implants in about 45 minutes and asked me if I wanted to do all in one go, which I did. Levels of anaesthetic were good so not painful.(after the initial injections!) It just feels weird when they are doing things in your mouth.Very clean and gave antibiotics and pain killers after implants.Overall I'm really happy and pleased with service and price and result. And we loved Budapest area.

Fantastic experience: I binged on candy nonstop when I was young, little did I know that i will end up losing an upper tooth and 2 bottom teeth plus I had a wide gap in the middle of my teeth which made it very uncomfortable to smile. I never used to smile and people thought I was a grumpy sod until I had work done with vitaleurope 1 year ago and I must say I am one of the happiest customers today. They remind me every 6 months to go for my dental checks up which is really helpful given my busy lifestyle. I needed extensive work done i.e implants, extractions, porcelain crowns, dental plate and more. First visit to Budapest was good, the Vital Europe Dental practice is very up to date and the dentist and care was excelllent, then a check up in London , witht the final procedure 5 months later in Budapest. It's helpful that you can see them in London and Budapest, with the main part of the treatment in Budapest. I've had good follow up care, and it's a pleasure to spend some time in Budapest! Fantastic experience: I had first some major implants fitted in Budapest back in 2017. All very well and efficiently done and have lasted perfectly without any problem. I returned just now for a front tooth implant and found everything almost the same - the clinic looking as new and shiny as before, the staff very friendly and super efficient. Such a high level of expertise and skill. And a nice rest away from it all between visits, in the hotel. I have recommended it to others. Such good prices for exactly the same equipment, and skills, if not better. London is so greatly more expensive mostly because of the huge insurance premiums they require. And the rents. VitalEurope cuts all those out.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental implant procedure this year for a replacement lower left side back molar, along with the extraction of two wisdom teeth and two sessions of descale and polish. The implant work required two visits, one in April and the second in September. I was given a full schedule of the planned work with the detailed stages listed. The work was pain free and executed with a very high degree of professionalism! After the final stage of work I made a four day visit to the Lake Balaton area of western Hungary, which was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: My yearly check up with my UK dentist became deeply depressing events due to warnings of increased deterioration of a bridge I’ve had for decades. I had to make a choice. Practical every UK dentist does implants these days but I was not confident of their actual experience in this very invasive procedure. An acquaintance told me of his excellent experience with Vital Europe. As Vital Europe have a practice in London it means they are qualified according to UK standards and I could split the procedure between London and Budapest. A full treatment plan was set up at the first consultation in London detailing each and every step of the treatment and the costs payable after each step. The implants were done in Budapest clinic by the excellent Dr Mate Kelemen. Done with such skill that I needed only 1 painkiller. The next day it was merely a bit uncomfortable. No side issues at all, I was so relieved. After 20 weeks I travelled again to Budapest to have the final bridge/crown measured and fitted by the clearly highly experienced Dr Attila Pesei. It’s been only a few days but the new bridge feels as if it’s been there forever. I’m delighted. I can’t praise the Vital Europe team enough for their expertise and skill. The visits to Budapest were coordinated by Vital Europe. I booked the flight myself and Vital Europe did the rest. A driver would meet me at Budapest Airport and drop me off to the lovely Rubin Hotel with guest access to the extensive Spa and swimming pool facilities. Alternatively Budapest itself is certainly worth exploring. A beautiful city with a rich and ancient European history. It's been an added bonus. I can absolutely recommend Vital Europe services.

Positive experience: Prompt answering of phones and emails, courteous service. I went to Budapest to carry out a treatment that other dentists in London were unable to offer - VitalEurope were able to offer and successfully carry out a filling for a broken tooth rather than replacement of entire tooth with a bridge which saved me money and my tooth! I have had a range of treatments which have all gone well. There was just one time that it took a few goes to get the crown right -the team rectified the crown at no extra cost. I like vitaldental because although some costs are higher (thus the 4 star rather than 5 star review) than NHS, the service is better and I feel like I am in safe hands. I recommend you try VitalEurope if you haven't already.

Do read guarantee details as given the work done was very expensive I would have thought more than just a limited guarantee of 3 years but that is my fault for not reading the small print so is the only reason for 4stars.
