Negative experience: When I was sitting in waiting room, a patient was complaining about a dentist. His problem was not solved and he left unhappy. I had been referred from another practice to have an OPG done . Twice they took me in and the machine didn’t work, third time it was done , I saw my OPG, it wasn’t as clear as I was expecting. By the way I am a retired dentist.

Positive experience: I’ve been a patient at Quality Dental of Fulham for many years, during which I’ve seen a few different Hygienists which are very good at their job, and dental surgeons . I’m now with my third dental surgeon (Tatiana) , whom I’ve been seeing for the past seven to nine years now, and she’s been excellent. I feel confident and comfortable in her care. As someone who is dentist-phobic, I truly appreciate her patient and understanding approach. She always gives me clear, sound advice without any pressure, and allows me the time I need to feel at ease. The staff at the practice are also wonderful—always welcoming, calm, and helpful. Fantastic experience: Priscilla is the new Hygienist. I was a bit scared my session might hurt as I have Fibromyalgia. I could not have been more mistaken, she completely understood, applied numbing gel and was exceptionally delicate and gentle - I almost fell asleep. She is so lovely as well that I’ve booked to have the “full gum cleaning” experience in a couple of weeks, when she’ll use a combination of numbing gel and injection. I’m so happy and thrilled she’s joined the Team!

Negative experience: My appointments keep being cancelled last minute due to the dentist wanting to leave early, haven’t been seen by the dentist or hygienist in over a year due to this even though I am supposed to be having 6 monthly checks. They are happy to take payment but do not follow through with service. There is no practitioner - patient care. Furthermore I had to reschedule as I had a viral infection, which they do not allow to come in anyway due to protocol and a week later I was told I’ve been kicked off their NHS list. I am appalled at the service from this dentist. I stayed due to Barbara the hygienist who was excellent however sadly she has left so I would NOT recommend this dentist.

Positive experience: Priscilla is a great hygienist and I will be back to see her again! So much better than previous experiences I have had here. The guy on reception (he’s been there for a few years) is always so lovely and welcoming, it’s always a joy to see him when I arrive! Not a 5 star review over a deposit I paid for Invisalign and never saw again (despite promises I would) despite not going ahead with the treatment.

Negative experience: I recently had a hygiene appointment, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. During the procedure, water kept spilling over my face. When I asked the hygienist to be more careful, she responded dismissively, saying, “It needs water for doing hygiene!”—which I found quite rude. She even suggested that I should book another hygienist if I wasn’t happy with her attitude. To make things worse, the session lasted only 30 minutes, whereas my previous experiences with hygiene treatments at the same clinic have always been around an hour. Overall, it felt rushed and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Again Aaishah is very professional and provided good advice. It makes my previous dentist look amateurish. Negative experience: Service was nice but quality of work was desperately bad . 2 weeks after and my gum has not healed and the dentist left a piece of tooth in the gum . I have contacted them for appointment to rectify it and have not received reply . I cannot speak or eat properly . Disgraceful .

Negative experience: This was a great clinic however has become seriously unreliable. My last two appointments have been cancelled day of with about an hours notice over email. This was despite a text, email and call confirming the appointment the day before. I know people can call in sick but to happen two appointments in a row is beyond frustrating.

Negative experience: Review: 1 star I had a very disappointing experience at Quality Dental Fulham. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, making me feel uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. Instead of addressing my questions and concerns politely, they were dismissive and even condescending. The lack of basic courtesy from the management made the whole visit stressful and unpleasant. I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessional behavior in a dental practice before, and it’s clear that customer care is not a priority here. Negative experience: **Avoid This Practice – Especially If You're an NHS Patient!** My experience with this dental practice was beyond disappointing. I went in as an NHS patient for a root canal treatment, which unfortunately failed. When I returned for follow-up care, hoping they would address the issue, they refused to take any responsibility, leaving me with a painful and costly problem. To make matters worse, the attitude toward NHS patients was condescending. They seemed to look down on those of us coming in under NHS coverage, and the lack of respect was clear. Despite already paying over £700 for the original treatment, they refused to offer me further help through the NHS, essentially leaving me stranded with a failed procedure and a large bill. I expected better professionalism, accountability, and empathy from a healthcare provider. If you're considering this practice, especially as an NHS patient, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for care from a clinic that treats its patients with respect and stands behind its work.

Negative experience: I will no longer be attending this practice. I had booked a hygienist appointment and paid upfront for the cost in full. Less than 24 hours before I was due to attend the appointment, I received a call from the practice asking if they could reschedule it due to unforeseen circumstances with their hygienist. I agreed and as a result had to wait a further week to find a convenient time to attend the appointment. When the day of the rescheduled appointment came, I unfortunately woke up feeling unwell. I contacted the practice to move the appointment as I did not want to risk making their staff ill or myself worse. Despite having themselves rescheduled my original appointment with less than 24 hours' notice the previous week, they refused to extend me the same courtesy and consequently I missed the appointment and lost the £80 spent on it. I will not be spending any further money with a practice who applies a "one rule for themselves and another for their customers" policy. Really disappointing.

Negative experience: I missed an appointment due to a flight being cancelled which had me left stranded in another country, called the surgery straight away and emailed proof that my flight had been cancelled, I was told the practice manager would contact me back the same day, she didn’t so upon my return 3 days later and still having heard nothing from the surgery I went in and finally met with the practice manager, some one who I must say is extremely unprofessional and lied to my face straight away, she was shouting in front of other members the public and speaking loudly about my personal information, she Refused to accept that a cancelled flight was extraordinary circumstances and basically refused to see me as an NHS patient moving forward, I even offered to pay for the missed appointment and was told they would not accept payment, this unprofessional individual who shows NO human emotion used this an an opportunity to only offer me work on a private basis to increase her revenue. I advised her that I would like to appeal this ridiculous decision and she advised me that I could contact the complaints manager, upon asking the complaints managers name she then advised me that she is the complains manager, the whole situation was a joke and I don’t understand how someone like this can be in charge of the surgery she has NO customer service skills what so ever and is clearly out of her depth, I have emailed my local MP and also her boss (someone she would not give me the contact details for) as this is exactly why we have a problem getting NHS dentists in the UK!!!!!! AVOID THIS DENTIST as they are very unprofessional. They make you feel like you’re walking on egg shells all the time and that they are doing you a favour…… AVOID this greedy and unprofessional practice

Fantastic experience: After my first appointment with Dr Rachel, I wish I had found her much earlier. She’s such a caring, kind and honest dentist. I had three fillings perfectly done. As a patient suffering from MS, I’ve got some special needs which she kindly took into consideration. She also explained my options to me with regards to the filling materials as white filling is not available on NHS without pushing me to go private as some dentists do. Fantastic experience: Further Further update 12/03/24 : now had invisilign and rebuilt my smile. It looks amazing and all of the staff were amazing! Very professional service. Good value and at each stage of now many treatments kept informed Further Update 09/09/22; its now been over 6 years going to the team, as a nervous patient they still treat me with dignity, respect and explain rational. I never thought I'd get a dentist who I'd actually enjoy going to see but everyone from the amazing reception team, hygienist, dental nurses, dentists (nhs and the private when I've had to use for speed/availability). Dr Patel and Tanya (still haven't learned your name correctly) Update: I have now been attending Quality Dental Fulham for years and from someone terrified to go to the dentist I now feel confident going back to see any of the staff. It feels very covid safe and clean. I have recommended to family and friends already. Original review: I am a nervous patient and Quality Dental at Fulham have fantastic and polite staff. My main dentist is Tanya ( sorry the spelling is wrong but can't remember how ), she's really reassuring and takes the time to explain not only what is going to be done but then also the choices for my teeth. I'm an NHS patient and the service has been fantastic. I also have paid for a complex root canal to be done privately by Dentist Patel ( first name escapes me sorry ) and he also has been fantastic with me and the prices aren't particularly steep as it is saving me an 18 month wait on the NHS at St George's for a specialist to review. The reception staff are fantastic and do everything they can to help too. All in all very recommended!

Negative experience: I was told initially i could only rebook 3 times, I rebooked twice and they asked me to move my appointment due to the dentist being late. I did but they counted it as me rebooking it. Also my daughter had a filling there which got infected which led to us having to go private

Naturally we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to understand more about your experience with us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to go into specifics regarding your concerns on public feedback, however I would like to take this opportunity to advise that there is in place an NHS cancellation policy that is used only for short notice cancellations and failure to attends and not for general cancellations or rebooking's.
This does mean that for a patient of the practice to receive notification regarding this policy that the rebooking would have been within the late cancellation period. This is in place to ensure that we are able to provide effective management of our available clinical time to our patients which is in extremely high demand. The rules for this is the same with such services as hospitals and NHS services in general.
Wasted clinical time does sadly have a major impact of the services we provide and as a result means that patients waiting for appointments could have been seen with the correct notice provided and this policy is applicable to all patients at the practice.

Negative experience: An unbelievable experience with this " dental surgery". I had an appointment booked as an NHS patient today which was an emergency as I'm currently suffering from TMJ which has locked my jaw and I can't even open it beyond a certain point to eat normally or brush my teeth etc. It's painful to even chew. I had an appointment prior to my dentist's one which ran over and despite me trying to call them to let them know that I was running late, no one answered. I arrived quite late and apologised and was told that if I miss another appointment without a 48 hour notice, then I run the risk of being charged as a private patient. Fair, I thought but no problem and I had my appointment rebooked for tomorrow. I just received a call now from them stating that a mistake has been made and that there are no second chances as the system has placed me on the private list. Despite me trying to explain the above to the lady, all she did was coldly say "sorry, there's nothing that we can do." There was no attempt whatsoever to find a solution or show any sign of flexibility. I told her to remove me immediately as I've no interest in being a patient at a mercenary-like surgery like theirs who lack any empathy.
