Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Charlotte for facial aesthetics and she is fantastic! She really took her time to conduct a thorough consultation, and listened to any concerns and worries I had before getting started. I went ahead with forehead and masseter Botox and barely felt a thing! I noticed results after only a few days and couldn’t be happier. Would never go anywhere else
Positive experience: Dentist was lovely and very thorough, signed up to a dental plan and was told for 2 tiny fillings (on the same tooth) would be £440, thinking the price list may be wrong online as it suggests a little over £200. Cancelled my plan and went elsewhere and was told £180. Very expensive here
Fantastic experience: After visiting for the first time today I can see why they have such an exceptionally high rating here. Thoroughly professional and friendly. I live over 15 miles away and was referred by NHS 111 for urgent treatment. They will be my dentist or choice from now on

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous having had a bad experience with my previous dentist However Charlotte okane was very understanding explained what had prob happened at my previous dentist and went out of her way to make this experience was better and it was no one likes visiting the dentist but now i had a better experience i feel more at ease going for treatmemt the surgery was spotless clean and all staff were pleasant too .

Positive experience: Organise appointments rigorously with plenty of reminders on email and text. Have found dentists to be professional and personable. However when my partner needed emergency care last year she was advised that no dentist was available and to go to A&E which was disappointing given my history with Genix and that my partner had previously had been treated there.

Positive experience: The dentist is lovely but I'm disappointed I was refused pain relief and ended up in a&e for 5 & 1/2hrs to get some. It wasn't just this dentist though, the whole out of hrs 111 service for dealing with pain related to mouth problems is disgusting. Something needs to change as the hospitals are reluctant to treat mouth problems,the dentists won't so who exactly do you turn to when over the counter medication isn't enough. I was left for 4 days in agonising pain unnecessarily.

Negative experience: The appointment was 15 minutes late with no apology or explanation for the delay. I found the manner and attitude of the dentist somewhat patronising. The results of the x-Ray were not available. The receptionists customer service skills were poor. They were both chatting to a dentist with what I regarded as “gossip”and ignored me when I was wanting to pay. When I had paid I had to ask for the next 6 monthly check up. There was no “thank you for your custom” as I left. Very unsatisfactory service.

Negative experience: Wasnt very happy with the dentist i had, i have a realy bad phobia. And on other occasions when ive used genix marske its been relatively painless pardon the pu, but on this occasion i went for dental plates to be molded. . The dentist was insensitive and was rushing through everything she never even explained what she was going to do. So after sitting waiting half an hour after my appointment then been rushed to have the molds pushed carelessly in to my mouth. And gagging on the molds. No empathy at all. I was tild the dentist couldnt do anything. No explanation why just sorry we carnt do the molds. And was left to just walk out no help on what i should do should i book another appointment nothing. So as you can imagine not a very good experience at all. Not like other times when ive used genix. This was awful no after care or nothing just felt like was told where the door was and that was it.....

Fantastic experience: Good and efficient. Had a little wait. I struggle with hearing and the dentist was patient and explained things. They discussed treatment options with me. P.S. A relative is writing this for me. I can't access this on the computer myself...it does mean that you miss out on reviews from (mostly) older patients. Perhaps you could have a paper form that I could submit and you could type in yourselves?

Fantastic experience: I've always been happy with Genix Marske but recently they totally exceeded my expectations! I'd fallen & broken a tooth & when I called them they convinced me to take their next available emergency appointment (2 hours later) even though I tried to chicken out! As my mouth was still numb from the fall, the repair to my tooth needed no anaesthetic & the result was brilliant. So pleased & xrays & aftercare superb! Thanks to all staff & especially Mr Rowden

Fantastic experience: I hate dentists but Genix are really good and apart from my wallet crying when I leave its always a bit of a laugh the ladies on reception are brilliant and my dentist is great. So yes if you have to go, Go Genix. Getting a short notice appointment is always a boon and finding out that it shortened someone's lunch break is a step above and beyond. thanks Guys.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Genix for years and never had any issues even tho I have seen so many different dentists since Bogdan left (he was such a lovely man and always put my little girl at ease.) Although each and every one of the dentists since has been lovely i thought Charlotte who saw me on my most recent visit seemed to talk me through each stage in more depth and asked me questions to make sure i was happy with the outcome. All the dental nurses and reception staff have always been so nice and accommodating when booking appointments too so all in all im very happy with Genix and all staff there

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and treatment, been with them for years now, and they accommodate me around my job away from home, had a problem with an old root canal, causing an abscess, tried everything to save it but seen me straight away and sorted it by a painless and succesful extraction. Mr Rowland was fantastic as usual. Ive never had a bad experience with this practice for over 15 years now.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Genix for several years now with no issues, friendly receptionists always polite and happy to help. Recently visited for a replacement filling after a check up and was booked in with Charlotte. Charlotte was really friendly explaining things showing me my X-ray which I have never seen before, explaining her thoughts of the procedure. This was great that she took time out to explain and reassured me rather than just proceed without explaining. Fantastic experience: After suffering with months of appointments in 2021 at the hands of NHS dentist, given a really aggressive lecture about my life, being held in a headlock while doing an impression, told I was having a tooth out(first time, went to genix for gentle dentistry), to finally have last appointment where I got my broken tooth fixed, got numbed for another extraction but she just changed her mind, ground it down and put a filling on it to be told by dentist denture had an unsightly gap then within a week lost 4 fillings. This time was amazing, 2 fillings, 3 extractions and new front teeth in one visit, absolutely painless, I can laugh again after 2 years. Thank you so much

Negative experience: The reception staff are friendly and helpful however my dental experience here hasn't really been that good. I have had the same filling done three times now with a lady dentist at this dental surgery. Each time she has refused to put a permanent filling in the tooth. On the first occasion the filling was too tight to even get floss with between my teeth so she ground some off the filling and left a massive gap which kept getting food jammed into it when i was eating. I returned to have another attempt which filled the gap; however some three and a half months later the filling failed causing me toothache so I returned again for another refill. This filling is even worse with another massive gap between my teeth to get food stuck in every single time I eat. I feel like giving up attending the dentist after my experience of my treatment so far.

These were painless and Charlotte explained everything she was doing as she went along. Positive experience: Sarah refilled my tooth as I bit fell out that my previous dentist filled. The anaesthetic took all day to go off and I found it hard to eat that evening and the following day. My cheek has bruised and come out a lovely shade of blue and green and is a bit sore. But she has done a good job, as it feels solid and both sides of my mouth feel the same when I bite together. Fantastic experience: Arrived on time and was seen more or less straight away - appointment needed in the future and one was sorted straight away - helpful to complete forms prior to the appointment as it saves time particularly as I was in my lunch break

Positive experience: Attended a couple of weeks ago to have 2 extractions, and was met with friendly reception staff. Underwent my treatment with Mr Rowden who talked me through everything he was doing during the procedure. The assistants were very good and reassuring.

Fantastic experience: I am petrified of dentists. over all these years I have been going to Genix I have been treated with kindness and respect. Mr Rowden is always pleasant with me and very understanding of how I don't like dentist treatment. The reception staff are very nice and are willing to answer my questions. I walk with crutches and they are very mindful of me needing help getting in and out of doors
