Fantastic experience: I was seen promptly for severe dental pain and was impressed by how efficiently everything was handled. The reception staff were excellent, and the doctor(Dr A Sharma) was brilliant, he made me feel at ease and explained all options clearly. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Alaska House for over a year. They do an amazing job. Everyone's so friendly, even the receptionists. I've never been one to like a hygienist appointment. Positive experience: I went for a trial to use the Tesla chair, and everything was explained before my experience. I am glad tried it. The downside for me was the charges to use this facility afterwards, also it is up a couple of flights of stairs.

Fantastic experience: Today I visited Nicole (hygenist) for my 3 month review. I have to say she is great, I am quite nervous and have gum problems hence why I have to have certain injections to numb my mouth enough so she can treat me. Really good experience every time and would highly recommend this practice. Lovely dentists and lovely staff

Fantastic experience: Mr Amit Sharma and his team were very professional and did a great job! I was given a 'plan' that explained what would be done and each phase was explained and costed. When the plan had to change a little, the plan was revised and re costed. I was numbed up extremely well and even had local jelly anaesthetic applied to my gums prior to the local being injected. Didn't feel a thing when implants were inserted! Had the teeth applied to the implants today, Delighted with the result. RECOMMENDED MARIA M.

Fantastic experience: I found AlaskaHouse to be professional and pleasant. After loosing confidence in my daughters previous dentist I felt a second set of checkups was necessary with another clinic. The reception staff are always available and quick to respond to emails and setting up appoints ect, always polite. The dentist I was introduced to Ciannarai immediately gave me a feeling of confidence and really knew her stuff on first checkup, great with my daughter and left a really positive imprint on her with advice for maintaining good teeth and the praise for all the area’s she was doing good in, great with kids basically. Had full confidence in. Quite a number of payment plans which were very reasonably priced and after the last two visits I would go out my way to go private with them instead of the nhs dentist my daughter would otherwise see in Bournemouth if a filling or something like that was ever needed. Fantastic experience: Haven't been to the dentist for 5 years due to a bad experience, and I have to admit I was very nervous. This was all changed when a lovely dentist called me through, crystal was brilliant with my 3 year old who came with me and was taling her through the xray machine. Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Amit on Saturday to have a consultation for implants. I am a very very nervous patient and my anxiety was very high :( Dr Amit was kind, thorough, professional, knowledgable and most of all HONEST - the information and advice he gave was detailed and very credible. I shall be back very soon to have my implants. So glad I found him and this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling which fell out in 2 days, to be fair I was told that it was difficult and this may happen, The tooth had to come out and this was carried out today which was relatively painless , a new tooth was put on my dentures to replace it, thankfull for the fast appointments.

Fantastic experience: Sienna is a fantastic dentist. My eldest daughter was terrified after some not so positive experience as a young child. She's now 13 and happily goes in to see Sienna, even having local anaesthetic to remove teeth. Littlest two are still tricky customers but she is so patient and kind with them!

Fantastic experience: My daughter who is afraid of the dentist last saw milly and had a really positive experience . So she was very nervous to see a different dentist, she was booked in to see Cianna, Cianna and her nurse Natasha put her at ease straight away. Fantastic experience: On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! Negative experience: Usually get great service but had to wait 23 minutes for my appointment today. Very disappointed. It would have been helpful if someone had told me they were running late when I arrived or while I was waiting.
Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry for you having to wait but unfortunately with Dentistry things can take longer than expected and patients sometimes present problems that have not be planned. We always try and help where we can and give the best care possible. We also had patients that had arrived a few minutes late due to the adverse weather conditions, which then had a knock on effect. I hope this answers your concerns.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Camilla LLewellyn and nurse Jenny yesterday for a tooth extractraction, they were both lovely. I was very anxious but Camilla talked me through every step and made it as painless and stress free as possible. Would highly recommend, especially if like me your nervous!
