Fantastic experience: Great experience, friendly and competent staff. Joan, the dentist, was fantastic and thorough. Highly recommend. The only part that could be improved is the price of the additional items they sell, ie dental floss was very overpriced. A small tub of dental floss was £7 in the clinic whereas the same item was £1.50 in Sainsbury’s.

Positive experience: As always everyone was friendly and professional. There was only a few mins wait for my appointment and all options for treatment were explained. Unfortunately the soonest date I was offered for the filling I needed was 11 weeks away (and i wasn't able to take that date so actually have a12 week wait) which isn't ideal but I was told to ring for an emergency appointment if any pain develops.

So reassuring that the dentist explained each part of the examination with me, and gave me the results explaining the significance of her findings. Fantastic experience: Both myself and my wife Cath recently had a Yearly checkup at Hall & Smith Dental Practice. We met our New Dentist Clara for the First time, she was both pleasant and Friendly. Clara along with her assistant and the girls at reception are a credit to the practice.

Was very anxious as I've been seen by Andrew for decades but Natasha was very sympathetic and understanding. She was very gentle and explained everything. Fantastic experience: My dentist, Amelia, completed root canal treatment on one of my back teeth and did a great job. In spite of it being a long and quite invasive process and involving a lot of different stages I felt no real stress or discomfort. Very impressed.

Negative experience: I'm sad to write this review. After Mr Smith retired it's gone downhill to a degree. I've been mis informed about my dental health etc. Appointments very rushed, teeth no longer get a proper clean, nor polish - It will be down to them pushing for more private services/appointments. I will now have to go private fully to get a proper service closer to home. This practice was so good I travelled 50 miles one way to attention.

When I had toothache the other day they fitted me in really quickly and without any hassle. I got the treatment I needed at my first visit and just need a follow up in a few weeks.
