Positive experience: I visited the Pinner Smile Clinic just thrice and my experience was good. The receptionist is friendly and helpful with the appointments. I had my hygiene appointment today the Doctor and staff were caring.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed treatment with Dr. Shiv at Pinner Road Smile Clinic and had a consistently positive experience throughout. From the initial consultation, Dr. Shiv was clear, thorough, and transparent. He took time to understand my dental history, including pre-existing gum concerns, and carefully explained the treatment options, potential risks, and realistic outcomes. When I returned to proceed after some time, he offered a fresh consultation and updated scans to ensure everything was still appropriate — which I really appreciated. The financial side of things was handled with equal transparency. Dr. Shiv explained the different lab options and associated costs clearly, with no hidden charges. Appointments were easy to manage and flexible when needed. Dr. Shiv was patient and meticulous with the treatment process, and the aftercare was excellent. I received follow-up calls the next day to check in on how I was doing after procedures, which made me feel well looked after. A special mention also to Karishma at reception — always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I’m very pleased with the outcome and the service I received. Smile Pinner Clinic maintains a high level of professionalism while still offering a personal and approachable experience. I’d confidently recommend Dr. Shiv and the team.

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience I had my first appointment with Dr. Dhibee Verba today, and I left feeling upset and disrespected. From the start, her tone was rude and dismissive. When I asked why she was being so harsh, she accused me of being aggressive—which I absolutely was not. I was just trying to express how hurt I felt by her attitude. I’ve avoided dental visits for years due to personal reasons, and finally worked up the courage to come in, only to be spoken to with no empathy. Even the receptionist was more kind and understanding. I declined surgery last year not because I don’t want treatment, but because as a single parent, I can’t afford the downtime. Dr. Verba, please remember your patients are people too—some of us are doing our best under very hard circumstances. A little kindness would go a long way.

Positive experience: I attended this practice as a carer for 2 young people in my care. I found it strange that at no point did the dentist come out to speak to me, there was no feedback at all, so i am not aware if there is any more treatment needed.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with our recent visit to this dental clinic. The staff were noticeably unfriendly and lacked the warmth and patience one would expect, especially when dealing with children. Instead of offering supportive guidance, they were critical of my child’s dental care, which made the experience uncomfortable and discouraging. A dental visit should empower children to take better care of their teeth—not make them feel scolded. I hope the clinic considers adopting a more compassionate and constructive approach in the future.

Negative experience: I am very dissatisfied with this clinic, I came with a toothache and paid a deposit, but since I do not speak English well, the doctor did not even examine me and politely asked me to leave the office and did not even return the deposit. I have repeatedly contacted dentists who politely communicated with me and helped to solve any problem, but this doctor did not help me at all!!! I am very dissatisfied with this service

Due to my extreme sensitive teeth I was very anxious of any kind of pain or discomfort but Parth did an excellent job not only was he reassuring but I didn't feel a pain. Very friendly indeed. Negative experience: Ridiculous service, no attitude and patience towards children who need treatment. The dentists are just concerned of 5 min check up appointments every 6 months sating that there was no time allocated to make a filing even if the child is with pain. There were inappropriate comments last year for my motherhood abilities. The dentists need training on how children to be treated with patience, care and smile as they sense it. My children and myself moving to another surgery.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for literally 20 years. The dentist told me basically all good news. They registered me as an NHS patient and I barely paid anything. The service was genuinely brilliant throughout though, which I know is the only part that is worth reading for anyone else

Fantastic experience: I needed urgent treatment due to a cracked tooth, got an appointment swiftly and luckily they had a cancellation so the repair was on the same day. The Dentist DB and team plus the receptionist were very helpful. The dentist also offered advice on the next course of action etc..

Positive experience: Dentist are usually decent however receptionist is pretty unhelpful and quite passive aggressive. I was attempting to re-register as I dropped of the system and she said very bluntly that I had to come to register on Friday at 2pm. When I said that unfortunately I won’t be able to as I will be working and asked whether I could do it online, she seemed pretty annoyed but said she’d send over the sign in information to my email I provided. I didn’t receive any email as promised.

Fantastic experience: Courteous staff and my new dentist was absolutely lovely. I am an old fossil and I was treated with the utmost respect. Will be back in six months. December 2024 …. So, so nervous about having teeth extracted but the dentist carrying out the work was so kind, gentle and respectful of my nervousness, if I have to have more extractions then I am first in line for this particular dentist. Overall, if you can say a visit to the dentist is a nice experience, then this practice really is the place to go. 5* service for each and every one of the staff. My heartfelt thanks to you all.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous for my first appointment with the hygienist after hearing it could be painful. However, Dr. Dhibee made the experience much more pleasant and far less painful than I expected, explaining everything along the way. The nurse (so sorry I didn’t catch her name) was also incredibly friendly, making me feel at ease, which I really appreciated. The entire team at the Pinner Road smile clinic went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were both friendly and efficient. The receptionist, in particular, is lovely and polite—warm and welcoming without being pushy. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Negative experience: The staff specially the receptionist at Smile 360 should be ashamed of themselves after I called them to inform them that due to my sons hayfever his eyes are swollen and I’ve just picked him up from after school football club and my sons 15… can I rebook instead she told me that there were 3 appointments cancelled in 2018 (he was 10 years old at the time) for him and he was suffering from plantar fasciitis and he could not even go to school let alone walk and therefore his is being removed from the dentist… she was rude and kept talking over me and then had the cheek to say I’m shouting at her…she refused to rebook and said if I want to remain I have to email the manager exhaling myself… I don’t need to explain anything… shame on the dentist I’m glad I don’t have to deal with these people it’s sickening and rude behaviour always putting the blame on others rather than taking responsibility and helping their customers… I would not recommend them ever again and have made a further complaint as my son was so annoyed for the way she was talking to me on the car phone.

Fantastic experience: Have used this dentist for some time and can recommend them. I needed some remedial front fillings recently. This was handled really well with the costings and options provided and discussed in advance. And the treatment was excellent.

Negative experience: I went for a check up and examination which the dentist only took 5mins checking, no X-ray done and I paid full examination price. I also requested to remove myself from a private patient to NHS as they are taking NHS patients but I was told they won't do this change. They will rather lose a patient than gain a new one.
