Fantastic experience: I visited the practice today and the two staff at reception were lovely and helpful. Sachin is great dentist. I am usually quite anxious when going to the dentist but he's very calming. Never had a bad experience here.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for some years now and have always found the staff to be professional and proficient as well as friendly and personable. However I must mention Rachel (dentist) and Jess specifically They have always allayed my fears and seen me at short notice and recently put right a broken front tooth that I was really worried about. They are a credit to the firm and long may they stay( with increased salary naturally!)

Negative experience: Seen hygenist that was fine although half an hour late, went to pay was told £80 private patient, was not informed that it was not nhs when requested to make an appointment quite a shock at the cost

Negative experience: This practice used to be well run and friendly. However, there seems to be changes that have put the practice into a nose dive. My yearly appointment was canceled a day before the appointment for the following week. Then it was canceled again due to the doctor being ill. Now I do not mind these unavoidable circumstances and would expect to be seen by someone else. When I finally was due for my appointment a day before my front tooth filling came off. I had a call to say my appointment had again been cancelled and so had emergency treatment the following day. I had a temporary filling on the front tooth which looked ridiculous and awful. I was told I need a crown for my tooth and had to wait till my doctor got better and an appointment was made for his next available slot which was 3 weeks away. I asked if another doctor could do the crown and they said that it was not possible. So I will be left with this awful temp for 3 weeks which makes my smile look gross. Even my colleagues at work were laughing at me and it made me feel really low. I do not have much faith in this dental practice any more and feel as though no one cares for the patients well being. It’s sad but I felt really angry and annoyed. You’re supposed to feel full of confidence when leaving a dentists practice. Today was not the case.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice. I have the utmost confidence in my dentist, Rachael. My only feedback would be, can the reception staff please inform us, whilst we are sat waiting, if the dentist is running behind schedule, as it can have an affect on our working day, too.

Negative experience: To be fair I've never had an issue with the treatment I or any member of my family have had here it's been our family dentist for over 10years. However we we're informed that we have to sign up to a dental plan or find another dentist,they no longer want or care for NHS, we cannot afford this cost so are in the process of trying to find a dentist which is extremely difficult.

Fantastic experience: I've been at Revive in Davyhulme for several years, the last few years of which Sachin has been my dentist there. He's always been efficient at getting things done quickly following check-ups, or sometimes during check-ups if it's a minor treatment that can be done there and then during a check-up. He's also very thorough and efficient for bigger treatments - one of my past treatments was quite complex and required several appointments, but he was very thorough and made it a success. Yesterday afternoon's appointment was just a check-up, but he was quick and efficient at replacing an old minor treatment and booking me in for follow-up preventative treatment with his colleague soon. He cares about his patients and their welfare and has always been kind to me, and never judgemental - unfortunately, most of my past dentists have, to some degree, made me feel like I'm being judged for being a smoker, which only serves to put me off going back to them. But I've seen Sachin countless times and he's never once judged me or made me feel bad for that or anything else. He accepts me for who I am and works with me and my flaws, and that's the main reason why I finally no longer dread going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was having a lot of infections with a back tooth and was booked in for an extraction a few weeks ahead,unfortunately I got another infection which was really painful,I spoke to Anna Akhtor who arranged an emergency appointment the same day.Now I am very nervous with dentist’s. but this lady was absolutely brilliant,explained what was to happen during the extraction and the care afterwards.I felt like hugging her once the tooth was took out and I was even able to go back to work afterwards!! Fantastic experience: I had a painful tooth which had been disturbed three days earlier. I rang Revive and to my astonishment was offered an immediate appointment. I was treated by James who was utterly charming, welcoming, and who explined my options . I chose extraction given that the tooth had previously failed. The extraction was painless and follow up advice was given. Ibwas delighted with the outcome and cannot overstate my appreciation for the treatment given.
