Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for many years. After it was taken over a couple of years ago I wasn’t sure that I would continue but after meeting my dentist Urvashi all my doubts were gone. She is an amazing dentist and always goes above and beyond. Her calm manner also puts you at ease very quickly. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for my filling with Dr Urvashi who her nurse was Sarah. Both are very professional, kind and caring. I was not nervous or anxious while lay down on the chair, and laughed with them. Also reception Kash and Lavania were helpful. Thank all for such a great care :)

Negative experience: Extremely Unprofessional and Unsafe Experience! I visited this clinic specifically for a surgical extraction of my wisdom tooth, which had already been diagnosed as requiring a surgical approach. Shockingly, the dentist attempted to extract the tooth three times using a non-surgical method, despite the complexity of the case. This was a serious mistake and caused me severe pain, tissue damage, and unnecessary trauma. It is completely unacceptable to ignore the proper procedure and insist on trying basic techniques with a tooth that clearly needed surgery. This shows a lack of professionalism, poor clinical judgment, and disregard for patient safety. Dental care should never involve trial and error — especially when the patient is the one paying the price physically and emotionally. I strongly advise anyone seeking proper and safe dental care to avoid this place. My experience was both painful and deeply disappointing.

Fantastic experience: When I came it I was greeted by the two lovely girls Kash and Lavanyah at reception, who were both so friendly. The waiting room has had a refurb and it’s sooo fab I had to snap a pic ! I had treatment done by Dr Samia and Nurse Lavinia and they were both so knowledgeable, kind and very informative. Always reassuring me throughout the treatment, I am so happy with their work, they are perfectionists!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend my dentist Dr. Urvashi Jethwa - such a lovely, friendly manner and also very professional and highly competent. Neelima, my hygienist, did an excellent and very thorough job - my teeth looked and felt great afterwards plus she gave me some really useful advice which I am now following daily. The reception staff are really on the ball and great to deal with. Overall, I was very happy after my appointments - a superb team.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists were nice and polite and was very helpful throughout the appointment. When I were invited to the room, doctor was born to know what he's doing and explained me what he's gonna do and what is the prices. I agreed to go for a cheaper option even he explained it won't last for a long time, but I'm happy with his work anyways and I think it will last several years at least or until my visit to Turkey. Thanks to the doctor for an excellent job.

From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Neelima is incredibly gentle yet thorough my teeth always feel amazing afterward, and I’ve never experienced any discomfort during cleanings my teeth with her. She takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, offers helpful tips for better at-home care, and is always happy to answer questions. What really stands out is her kindness and professionalism. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Even after leaving the area I decided to stay with the this practice because of Dr Mepani who has been fantastic. He’s very thorough, quick and always helpful. Each visit is easy, pleasant and informative. Dr Mepani is immensely competent and really cares about the customer experience. He does a thorough check each visit, removes plaque when needed, checks if I’ve had any unusual issues and makes sure I get the best value for money each time. I don’t think I’ll ever change my dentist and I’m pleased my infant son will be under his care.

Positive experience: Edit: The original dentist Hill view Dental has been taken over by Dental beauty. AJ( retired now) was an excellent dentist. When I met him my teeth were loose or had fallen out. Where other dentists were only giving me the option of standard dental plates or wanting to charge over £15,000 , with over 30 years experience AJ put together a plan of treatment that has given me back my smile and confidence when eating. Crunching Apples and even polo mints are no longer a distant memory! Update: Ali replaced AJ and was great at renewing the dentures AJ had given me.

Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist appointment with Neelima and Sarah today and cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I was very apprehensive about getting my teeth cleaned due to a previous bad experience at another practice. I need not have worried as Neelima was extremely patient and gentle and thanks to her I will no longer neglect my teeth due to fear of getting them professionally cleaned. So if you are putting off a visit, like I did, you need not fear as you will be in very good hands.

Negative experience: Very happy with the dentist but very unhappy with the receptionist. She is quite hostile, never friendly and I left this time wanting to leave the practice and find a new dentist. Everything has gone online which makes things easy when they work. On this occasion they didn’t and the receptionist wasn’t understanding or helpful at all, no consideration was given to difficult personal circumstances and no alternative to online form filling was provided! I did not leave happy.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic, I had originally gone in for Invisalign but thanks to Dr Chandan Mepani he was able to see that I needed something else done first and he referred me immediately to another clinic.

He is a great asset to the practice. On my recent visits Vas was the dental nurse, friendly and excellent. Maybe a trip to the dentist is not your first choice for an outing but these two certainly make it pleasurable.

Fantastic experience: Nice state of the art, bright dental practice. Dr Mepani is passionate about his job and is always very kind and understanding. The room is bright with a soothing screen with drone footage to look at. Only “negative” I have is the very bad mobile phone signal inside the building with no Wifi for patients. So in order to access my bank account I had to go outside to move some money. Also couldn’t access email etc. while waiting. A sign actually says there is no wifi for patients. Sad if you think that dentistry isn’t cheap. The carpark can be full at times and hard to manoeuvre around but that can’t be helped. At least there is a carpark.

Fantastic experience: I m 58 , never been fond of dentists or treatments but honestly such a good place, relieved all my anxiety, talk you thru everything you need for dental care. Don't push you to have unnecessary treatment only what you need . I would highly recommend Chandan Mepani, i would not go anywhere else. Please keep up the good work!!

Negative experience: One thing that is unacceptable are lazy dentists who charge you for treatment they don't give. Instead of doing a scale and polish, the immediate suggestion was to see a hygienist. Apparently a scale and polish isn't necessary. If a scale and polish isn't necessary, why is a hygienist necessary? This is wrong. Don't accept NHS patients if you're unwilling to provide what is stated in the NHS guidelines. EDIT 1: Upon reflection, I am giving this experience 2 stars instead of 1, as although I don't agree with the actions of this practice, and lazy dentists, the appointment was otherwise mostly fine (there wasn't much for the dentist to do as my oral hygiene is decent hence why a scale and polish could have been completed instead of trying to get more money by sending me to a hygienist and then laughing with your colleague about it). If a hygienist is necessary, then a scale and polish should be clinically considered in the interim. EDIT 2: The reply stated I could contact you but you provided no contact details.... Hmm. 3 stars knocked off for: 1) lazy dentist 2) unprofessional behaviour (the laughing/smirking) 3) not putting the patient first

Negative experience: After experiecing one dentist which looked quite cocky and unprofesional, I tried another two different dentist at this dental surgery, unfortunately, all of them were UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY POOR SERVICE, LOW STANDARD STAFF/SURGERY from the receptionist to dentists and the manager. They are terrible awful disaster avoid this rouge dental nightmare. They deserve 0 star.

Negative experience: When I first signed up at this dental practice more than a year ago. I found the receptionists to be kind compassionate welcoming and helpful. As of now. When I have called to book an appointment . I have been spoken to by one receptionist in particular in a rude impolite dismissive manner. Her energy is very dark almost as if she had no compassion towards me or her job. Working with members of the public requires being kind and warm. I did not feel that.The minute I felt her vibe I knew there was no point trying to book any future appointments regardless of if I was in excruciating pain I wasn't going to allow her to get the best of me. All she kept doing was interrupting me. She was very abrupt. People like that would only steal your joy. All I can do is pray that god softens her heart because as of now the energy she’s giving is very bad for business and not good for anyone’s mental health.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction with Dentist Dr. Samantha and Nurse Mahi. I was very nervous & anxious leading up to the appointment (since I don't like needles), to the point where I was on the verge of a panic attack. Both Dr Samantha & Mahi were wonderfully supportive, kind, patient and understanding. Mahi held my hand throughout, and Dr Samantha was so tender & caring with me and my procedure. They took the time to get to know me, which kept me calm. They really paid attention to me and I felt completely heard & understood. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience, considering the nature of the appointment. Must also say a special thank you to the reception team who went out of their way to find me an appointment so I could be seen prior to my holiday.
