Fantastic experience: I had debilitating toothache and James was excellent - he was reassuring yet professional, and within 20 minutes of me sitting in the chair the problem was sorted. And the best thing was that it was all pretty much painless! I can't fault Advance Dental Clinic - excellent service all round.

Fantastic experience: I Cant Stop Smiling :) I went to Advanced Dental Clinic to inquire about Invisalign Treatment for my crooked teeth, travelling 55 mins to specifically go Advanced Dental Clinic. Dr Vasileia Manoloutsou talked me through the process and explained what I should/shouldn't expect to happen with my teeth, I valued the honesty and transparency. The process was easy and everytime I visited I felt welcomed by all the staff. Throughout my treatment there was regular progress checks and any needed adjustments were made. I couldn't be happier with the results... Some of the best money I have spent. IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT IT, GO FOR IT! The process start to finish took me around 8 months.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this Dental Practice since it first opened, and I really can not fault it. All the dentists are excellent, and I see the lovely Lorna, the hygienist, who is so good at her job. The receptionists are always so helpful and knowledgeable. You really will not be disappointed if you go there, I would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Had a crown put in today and, as always, James was fantastic. You wouldn't even know that it wasn't my tooth, as the colour matched so well, and it just looked like the tooth that was already there. I have been using Advance for about 15 years and would not go anywhere else. I previously had poor experiences at other dental practices, but have always been really happy with everything Advance have done. I have had a lot of work done, from root canal fillings to periodontal surgery and maintenance to routine hygienist visits. The reception staff are all friendly and welcoming, and always do their best to accommodate when booking appointments. I routinely see James, Jason and Amy, who are all lovely, very professional and do an amazing job. The nurses are equally friendly, and overall, they are a great team. The clinic is always spotless, and there is a nice atmosphere. I cannot recommend Advance Dental Clinic highly enough.

I started off with Dr. Andy Moore, and then Dr. James Neale who has been my dentist for about 20 years, I have never had any issues with either the clinic facilities or the dental work performed by ANY of the staff employed there. Fantastic experience: Put your hand up if you can fall asleep during root canal treatment ‍♂️ Yep you read that correctly. I joined this place a few months ago after searching for the best dental practice in Chelmsford. This was top of the list. I've had trouble with my teeth ever since I was a child, bad experiences back then developed into bad anxiety now. I let my teeth degrade so much, I had teeth missing, numerous root canal treatments, bad filings, grinding them down...you name it i had it. So, knowing I needed to get them sorted out I went to this place full of apprehension. From the moment I walked in, meeting the reception staff and having my first consultation with James I immediately felt comfortable. James advised that I had a session with Sunny, whom then devised a treatment plan to get everything sorted out. Over the course of the past few months, I've seen Sunny for composite bonding and bridge work. He's built my teeth back up to something absolutely incredible. I can smile without any gaps! I actually think he's an artist rather than a dentist! Last week I went to see James for a root canal. Ive had lots of dreaded root canal treatments but this was the best I've ever experienced..hence my opening statement. At one point, I actually fell asleep (not sure if I snored) whilst James was needle deep in one of my roots...I didn't feel a thing. It was staggering. Everyone I've encountered there from the dentists, nursing, and reception staff...they are all lovely. And make you feel so at ease. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I was, and still am, a dental phobic. Having not been to a dentist for over 35 years, I found myself having to, excuse the pun, bite the bullet and see a dentist. Using a website for scardey cats like me, I found that Dr. Andrew Moore was the nearest dentist to me who dealt with dental phobics. He was great from the start. He looked in my mouth and persuaded me to have an x-ray done. All pretty straight forward. Then spoke to me about what needed to be done. I needed two back teeth extracted and we agreed for these to be replaced by implants. He gently directed me through what would happen, including sedation to help with my phobia. It took a long time, about a year all in all, but I now have smile, not quite of Hollywood standards, but I'm very pleased with it. All of the staff, including the receptionists, the dental nurses and Pascal, the anesthetist were really professional but also kind and understanding. So, if you are like me, scared stiff if dentists, I can thoroughly reccomended this lot. I'd had given them more than 5 stars if I could!

Positive experience: I was told on the day I needed root canal surgery. They said it was a difficult procedure and needed a particular dentist to do it. I booked for the end of January to do it. This was not a cheap procedure. They then called me up saying I could do it on the day. Therefore I did not have time to process or research this procedure and maybe use the NHS instead (more affordable). It was successful which I was glad about. I spoke to a person I am friendly with who is respected in the community and they said that it was unfair to spring this procedure on me so quickly and without much information on it. I am glad it was successful but I think they should have told me how painful it was going to be. I therefore could not inform my work that I would need a day off the next day. I really needed to work that day as I am in an important part of my studies right now. I think it was quite inconsiderate of them tbh. I have been there before and they have previously delivered great customer service.

Fantastic experience: A couple of months ago I was recommended to join this practice after being let down by the private service at another dental clinic. I met Mo the first time. Explained my concerns. He put together a programme of what treatment that could be done. Options were also included. The whole staff including the dental nurse were lovely. I knew I was in a very professional and caring clinic. Most staff have worked there for many years too. I then saw James on the second appointment who carried out my root canal. I felt that relaxed I almost fell asleep. The procedure went well and then onto my next appointment with was for a hygiene clean. First time attending for a hygiene appointment. Met Lorna. Lovely lady. Very caring, reassuring throughout the cleaning process. Left with a very happy smile and wonderfully clean, polished and shiny teeth. I may yet have to return to complete the whole process depending on how my root canal settles. Other than that if all succeeds I will return for regular 6-12 months check ups and a hygiene clean annually. Thank you to the whole team. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, my recent dental treatment experiences with Advance have been weirdly pleasant ! A temp crown and temp implant! I suffered terribly with my previous dental practice (extreme pain, bleeding profusely, patronised etc), but since being treated by Advance I have only had positive, pain free, professional, friendly experiences! I don’t fear going to the dentist any more!!

Fantastic experience: I had broken my dental implant bridge and needed it swapping over to my temp one. I contacted Advance Dental Clinic who I had not used before and I couldn't have had a better experience from booking with Claudia to having Philip swap over the bridge and the lovely dental nurse whose name I didn't get. Fantastic experience: I have started my journey with Advance today, for reconstructive work for my front 6 teeth. I recently lost part of my canine tooth and needed root canal, James treated me today, he was great and the nurse was lovely. I was anxious about it but I didn't feel a thing, I was actually very relaxed throughout. Next steps are replacement crowns and an implant for the other front teeth, it will be a long process and quite a bit of work involved but I'm not worried now, as i know Andrew and his team are great at what they do and I'm actually excited about the prospect of a new and better smile

In addition, the after sales service you receive is first class. Update November 2024. Prices continue to rise on a global basis, governments around the world are fleecing the public. This clinic is still one of the best in their field - if you can afford it then rest assured you will be taken care of. You will get maximum value for money. Please remember that these places require margins to continue to operate at a high level. Embrace it.

Fantastic experience: Have just completed my treatment for dental implants. Took a while to get to the decision and not a few nerves but needn’t have worried. The whole procedure from start to finish was seamless and painless. Andrew Moore managed the whole procedure which was professional, thorough and almost enjoyable! Every visit to Advance is met with the helpful and friendly staff. Can’t imagine there is a better dental practice anywhere.

Fantastic experience: The very best Dental Clinic! I have been going to Advance Dental Clinic in Chelmsford for 10+ years now and they really are the best! They have a great team working there from James ( my dentist) to Lorna ( my hygienist) to Terri on Reception to name but a few. I have had Bonding done, my Amalgam fillings removed (from a previous dentist) and replaced with composite fillings, I have check-ups and hygiene cleans every 6 - 8 months and recently had a veneer cleaned and rebonded. The very best in Dental Care!

Fantastic experience: Implant Bridge at Advance Dental Clinic, Chelmsford Having to replace a broken dental bridge, a local dentist where I live in Walthamstow recommended I go to Advance Dental Clinic for a bridge implant. After an initial consultation with dental surgeon, Dr Andrew Moore, he decided that it was suitable for me to have four implants inserted. The procedure took place on the morning of March 8, this year. It only took one hour only for Dr Moore and his team to insert the implants. The whole procedure was painless and I was very impressed by the level of expertise, care and conscientiousness shown by Dr Moore and his team: Laurice, Ruby, Jim and Jordan. After the procedure, I had a room of my own to relax in until the temporary bridge was fitted by Dr Moore towards the end of the day. So at the end of one day only I had a new set of teeth with the permanent bridge being fitted in autumn after the gums have healed completely. I was overjoyed. There have been further check ups since then and everything's going extremely well. I have nothing but praise for Dr Moore, his team, and all the staff at the clinic who are always so friendly, helpful and conscientious. Fantastic experience: I visited Lorna today the Hygienist ☺ once again first class service from her. I visit every 3 months for clean and polish. Lorna always greets me with a smile and is always welcoming. Ensures you are comfortable and to make her aware if any discomfort occurs. She makes sure your visit is as pleasant as can be and makes enjoyable conversation and puts you at your ease. She is a very valuable asset to this company.

Fantastic experience: After being told I wasn't suitable for the Invisalign treatment at another dentist, I did my treatment here with Vasileia and from start to finish I couldn't have asked for better results and care throughout the treatment, any question or concern I had was answered, and over the course of the invisalign treatment and the refinements the Advance dental team were amazing, and my results are due to a well experienced team who made the process that much easier. I couldn't recommend this enough, its a small price to pay for a smile you're happy with.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly, professional staff - I usually see Vasilia for dental work and she's wonderful, always making you feel at ease while delivering the highest level of care. Lorna is a great hygienist and does a thorough job of cleaning your teeth and offering advice on dental care.

Fantastic experience: After years of thinking about it, finally went ahead with Invisalign….why didn’t I do it sooner!! What a difference it’s made. Vasileia has done an amazing job throughout the treatment and then topped it off with some really great composite bonding. Can’t thank her enough for all her and the teams efforts. The team are very friendly, helpful and I had a very positive experience at every appointment. Fantastic experience: I was really really nervous about having implants, and put it off for years. However, having met the team and been assured that the process is really simple, and virtually pain free, I decided to progress. I had 5 implants in the lower jaw and that process ended today with the fitting of my new teeth. The whole experience was wonderful and I only wish that I had met with the team years ago!
