Fantastic experience: Had a check-up with Dr. Tuba, a hygiene appointment with Leah, and was looked after by the lovely Nurse Grace – honestly can’t praise them enough! Everyone was so friendly, professional, and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Tuba was super reassuring, Leah was gentle and lovely during the clean, and Grace was just so kind and caring the whole time. So happy with the whole experience – thank you Zen House Dental!

The entire process was explained to me throughout which led me to feel very informed about my oral hygiene and what I need to work on going forward, this information was really well received as I now know areas in my mouth that I need to pay extra attention to and also areas that are really healthy. Fantastic experience: I went to Zen house Dental today in Banstead for a hygienist appointment. I had been with my previous practice for over 40 years so was slightly dubious. I was greated with a lovely welcome from the reception lady Ella, she was very joyful and made me feel welcome. I saw other members of the team while waiting for my appointment, and each one said hello. My appointment was with Dr Leah and nurse Jonathan. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Leah was very welcoming and explained what she was going to do. Jonathan asked me if there was anything I needed. I was given clothing protection and glasses. There was lovely music in the background (which i thought was nice as going to a dental appointment is not very sociable for us). Throughout the appointment I was informed of everything they were doing. The appointment was quick, comfortable, and with a wonderful outcome. After the appointment I was offered a drink, given clear advice for the future. The practice was spotless, treatment was faultless, staff friendly and accomodating. My teeth feel amazing. I have now decided to continue attending this practice for future treatments. Thank you Ella, Dr Leah and Jonathan.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Zen Dental, whilst on the hunt for a hygienist. I live in Epsom and we anre not short of dentist, however I was impressed by the Google reviews, so thought it was worth a try. From the start of booking process the customer service via telephone and in person was notable better than I’m used to and waiting times for the booking was within a good time frame. The hygienist was a lovely lady, with assistant, who took time to explain each step and I was pleasantly more relaxed than usual, which was also due to the low sound of the equipment, in addition to a great job. Please note I had the AirFlow Hygienist Service (upgrade on what I’m normally used to) so worth while booking.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Sham as part of their free invisalign consultation as I was looking to get a second opinion on a quite extreme case and he was extremely honest and transparent about my options and really put my mind at ease and help me make the right decision which ultimately wasn't with Zen house but I would 100% recommend them to others if you want honest and transparent practitioners

Fantastic experience: I must post how fantastic my finished complete set of teeth look. Dr Akshay has completed the bottom set of teeth to complement the top ones finished in January. He is a perfectionist and technically very accomplished and professional. The results are astounding and worth every penny spent on the treatment. The staff are also very attentive and professional and a pleasure to deal with. Over many years I had bad experiences with other dental practices so was very wary but the whole procedure was pain free and I felt at complete ease and re assured. I had to post my before and after photos to show the amazing work and results. Fantastic experience: I visited Zen Dental for the first time a few weeks ago when I had to have an emergency appointment for excruciating wisdom tooth pain. After ringing numerous dentists that morning, Zen Dental were able to fit me in. They were extremely kind and helpful on the phone and the minute I went in, they put me at ease. I have always been nervous going to the dentist but it didn’t feel like a dentist. It was very modern and a had a calming atmosphere, given the circumstance I was in. I saw Dr Tuba and she was absolutely brilliant! She made me feel calm and relaxed and said she would help me with this pain. She was very knowledgable and talked me through my X-rays and what was happening to my wisdom tooth. I am very grateful to Zen Dental for fitting me in at short notice and to Dr Tuba for seeing me and getting me out of the pain I was in. I would highly recommend Zen Dental.

Fantastic experience: Zen dental and specifically Doctor Shivali have been my saviour over the last nine months. I made an appointment after experiencing a lot of toothache and have gone through numerous treatments, including revision root canal, Crowns, fillings and a specialist referral. She instantly made me feel at ease with her positivity and kindness, and the procedure to take out my tooth was extremely effective and couldn't of gone smoother.
