Fantastic experience: A week ago I had root canal work carried out at this practice, which I was referred to by my dentist due to the nature of the procedure required. I don't remember the name of the dentist but he was superb. Everything was explained to me and he and the rest of the staff were professional and caring. I did not feel any pain at all during the procedure. I was advised that I could feel pain once the injections wore off and during the next week, which should all be managed with painkillers. The information leaflet suggested taking painkillers when I got home and I took Ibuprofen when I got home a couple of hours later. Once the effect of the injections wore off I did not experience any pain at all, and I am pleased to say that now a week has passed I have had no pain nor any issues and am able to carry on eating and brushing my teeth etc as normal. Thanks very much.

The numbing part of the treatment I don’t like, however it wasn’t what I thought it would be and I really enjoyed the experience. Throughout the treatment I was PAIN FREE. My dentist did refer me to Headstone Lane Dental Practice. The receptionist Razia she is so lovely, kind and bubbly. She provides an excellent service and I’ve known her for years. Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I’m undergoing implant treatment at this clinic, and the entire team has been incredible, especially Dr Imran. He is consistently professional, deeply compassionate, and creates a welcoming atmosphere at every visit. I took a long time to decide to move forward with this treatment, but it has been worth every penny. I hesitated for a long time due to fear but I’m so glad I took the step. For anyone feeling uncertain, I highly recommend booking a consultation you won’t regret it :) After 8 months I am here to update my review as my implant treatment was completed successfully I am really delighted with the result. No one likes dental operations but I don’t think these could have been done with more care and attention. Naturally there was discomfort at times, but at no stage did I feel pain – I did not use always the painkillers you helpfully prescribed. I was very impressed with the careful manner in which the procedure was explained to me beforehand, the skill with which it was carried out. My sincere thanks to you Dr Imran ,your nurses and reception I had each time. I won’t mention more names this time because it won’t be fair since everyone made me feel very special

Fantastic experience: I am really happy with the root canal treatment by Dr JD Patel, the procedure was so smooth and seamless and he had a good bedside manner. Ionlea the dental nurse was also very helpful and reassuring during the procedure and really helped me through it. Razia the receptionist was most helpful too in advising and reassuring me regarding the procedure as I was hesistant at first but I am so glad I booked it. Negative experience: I recently visited the practice for a hygienist appointment with Hala Cherabi, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Despite her claiming to have eight years of experience, the quality of care I received was far from satisfactory. It felt as though she lacked the necessary expertise, as I experienced significant discomfort throughout the appointment. Hala applied excessive pressure during the cleaning, which left me feeling uneasy and caused unnecessary pain. I have noticed that the gaps between my teeth have become more pronounced, and it seems that some of my teeth may have been affected during the procedure. This is in stark contrast to previous hygienist appointments I’ve had, where no such issues occurred. I have been a loyal patient of this practice and had previously seen Sejal, who has always provided excellent care. Hala also made an inaccurate claim that my gums were inflamed, despite having had a routine check-up with my dentist just a few months ago, during which my teeth and gums were confirmed to be in good health. This experience has unfortunately led me to reconsider continuing my care at this practice. I am deeply disappointed and feel that my trust has been compromised, especially given the expectation of quality service. I do not mind paying for services, but the issue was never about the payment—it was about the treatment I received, which was far below expectations. This practice has lost a loyal customer

The surgery fitted her in immediately and were extremely helpful, while maintaining a wonderful and considerate attitude. Fantastic experience: I recently visited Headstone Lane Dental Practice for some root canal treatment and l have to give this dental surgery 11/10. I was treated by Maheen and her assistant Lorela who were both just amazing. They were very attentive, professional, patient and above all l felt no pain what so ever, which l was a little nervous l would feel. Lorela could tell l was a little nervous and made sure l kept breathing through my nose . Maheen made sure throughout my treatment that l was ok and she really did a superb job of working on my tooth, considering l have a strong tongue that can at times get in the way of the targeted tooth that was being treated. The receptionist was also very helpful, especially when advising me where to park for free. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery to others. I forgot to mention it's also very clean.

Fantastic experience: Just completed the process of having two dental implants fitted. Really pleased with the results, expertise, and professionalism. Dr. Gulamhusein was down to earth, friendly, informative, and extremely thorough. The implants both came in together. One was fitted, and the other was decided to be fitted another day. The first implant looked and felt natural. The second implant was sent back to the lab as Dr. Gulamhusein wasn't happy with the fit. I really appreciated the honesty, attention to detail and care to ensure I received a perfectly fitting implant. Today, I had the second implant fitted, and can't be more pleased. I was nervous about the whole process and I am genuinely impressed by the service and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an ethical and experienced dentist who delivers perfect results.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a severe phobia about having injections in my mouth and have had any treatment I have needed under full sedation. I found out that this wouldn't be possible with the Endodontic procedure I required unless I went privately and the quote I received for that was over £1500. I have not had any treatment for five months but the pain was so severe I knew I had to at least try to get the root canal done. From the moment I walked in shaking, I was put completely at ease. Dr Sheth and his nurse went out of their way to be super kind and I can honestly tell you that the injection was painless. These are words I never thought I would say. I was also greatly helped by the lovely nurse who was giving me a face massage which was super relaxing and calming. What happened today was life changing for me and I will never be able to thank them enough. I've spent 50 years being so petrified that I can't sleep the night before and it ended today. Fantastic experience: I broke my root canal tooth due to neglience. Before I visited this dental practice I was told that I would need to have the tooth removed with no other option. It wasn't until I visited this dental practice that I was given my dignity back (Mrs. Betty Ng patched up my broken tooth and was WONDERFUL) and today Dr. Imran Gulamhusein removed my tooth effortlessly. I am now getting ready for implant treatment with them and I'm excited!! I am doing really well and did not even feel the tooth removal today. Dr Imran's care, concern and professional manner is unparalleled. I sincerely recommend this dental practice. I have been looked after really well all around. It is stressful having a broken tooth, embarrassing... You should visit this practice for further advice. I will update or add an additional review once my implant is done. Today, I already have a denture on straight after the tooth removal! Hi guys, this is an update that my tooth has now been replaced with an implant. The denture could have only been a short term option for me as it became loose overtime. It's absolutely amazing to have a tooth replacement nothing beats it. There is no sensation in the area because it's not a real tooth. Also, a very enlightening experience for me from losing the tooth through the replacement procedures - noticing the miracle of the human body that we all take for granted!!! Fantastic experience: I had an implant fitted here by Dr Wasim Fazal and Dr Imran Gulamhusein. Both Doctors were very professional and clearly experts in their field. The treatment was swift and surprisingly not too painful! The implant was successful so I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend their services. Their reception have also been very friendly, supportive and efficient throughout.

Fantastic experience: After a failed root canal I was looking for a good practice to have my re root canal procedure and crown fitting. Dr Jaydeep is a wonderful endodontist who performed the procedure smoothly saving my tooth! I also had a wonderful experience with practice dentist shital who explained the crown fitting procedure wonderfully every step of the way and took so much care to ensure I had good results. The administrative staff have been wonderful and very accommodating in booking appointments to fit my schedule. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough!

Negative experience: Myself, my husband and my 2 sons have been with this practice since 2019. We’ve never failed an appointment. Recently one of my sons missed an appointment as I didn’t receive the normal text message that they normally send as a reminder. I spoke to the owner and asked him to exceptionally take that in consideration as we were loyal customers and this was a one off thing (even though it’s our responsibility to remember and attend, and I do get that, the practice always sends a reminder and this time I didn’t receive any). I was charged anyway and they asked me to re-book and pay again. We liked the staff and it’s a friendly practice but because of the owners lack of understanding we’ve changed practice. He might have kept the money for the missed appointment but he lost 4 loyal customers! Sometimes you need to be sensible!

Fantastic experience: After several sleepless nights with severe toothache, walked in without an appointment on Saturday morning with a sore head, immense pain and a bad attitude. Walked out a couple of hours later a changed man. Even managed to have a lovely night out with my relieved other half at the theatre in London, followed by dinner, that same evening. There wasn’t a remote chance of that happening in the morning, so many thanks to Imran and the team at Headstone Lane Dental … they saved more than just my tooth !!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Anar and her assistant Alina did a great job, coupled with exceptional service in ensuring that I was comfortable at all times whilst having my fillings put in. Silpa, Tayba and Ashraf (the receptionists) were all very helpful with bookings, reminder calls and accommodating appointment date changes. Fantastic experience: I went to Headstone Lane Dental for a teeth extraction, with a 6 week baby and it was a very positive experience. I was initially nervous about going in for this appointment with such a small baby, however the pain from the teeth was getting too much. I walked in and was greeted with a smile from Silpa, the receptionist. Then, I was quickly taken in to the dental room by Zehra, the dentist and Alina, the dental nurse. They were both friendly and helpful with the baby. However once inside, my baby got unsettled but Zehra and Alina were very good in working around her. I was able to feed her before the start of the extraction. However, as she didn’t settle, I held and even fed her while they continued with the extraction. Both of them were very patient and calm throughout the extraction. It was done quickly and with no complications. Thank you Headstone Lane Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr Zahra for myself and my children. She is great at dealing with anxious patients with her calm demeanour and is always super lovely along with the dental nurses. The hygienist Sejal is also amazing at what she does- highly recommend this dental practice especially if you’re nervous/anxious going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Joined up in 2022 and had a hygiene appoint with Sejal and then had a detal cap done with Dr Dhalla. Both times procedures were explained and completed professionally and did not hurry due to time constraints and I also had to go back for a check on the cap , called the surgery and explained that I was experincing some issues and the reception staff booked me in quickly witout any fuss or waiting. Would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Feedback: Overall, my experience was good. The clinic is well-equipped with the latest machinery, including X-rays. The front-of-house staff is nice and friendly. Dr. Imran Gulamhusein, the dentist who attended to me, is highly knowledgeable and excels at his work. The entire implant process, from tooth extraction to completion, took about 7 months, and the journey was very smooth. One slight note, not entirely blaming the clinic, is the bone graft situation. Initially, during the X-ray, I was told I wouldn't need a bone graft. However, halfway through the implant procedure, the specialist informed me that it was necessary, adding nearly £400 to the total cost. While I understand it might not be the clinic's fault, receiving conflicting information about the necessity of a bone graft is unsettling when the additional cost becomes apparent. Still, I wouldn't solely blame the clinic for this. The implant looks and feels great. I can confidently recommend Headstone Lane Dental Practice to anyone considering an implant. Even with the unexpected bone graft, their prices remain competitive.

Fantastic experience: How can I express my gratitude for this professional dentist, the nurse and the receptionist?! Unfortunately I've always been scared of the dentist since I was a child, but I had one wisdom tooth which was breaking and causing me so much trouble! The dentist had referred me to the hospital a year ago for the same tooth to be removed, but I hadn't received an appointment. Due to ongoing pain, I spoke to Dr Zehra who said that she would be able to remove the tooth, which had become infected and needed to be removed. She gave me so much support and confidence she really reassured me that I will not feel any pain and she will not rush into this treatment without my full consent and understanding. And believe me I can't explain what an amazing job they did both of them! As soon I walked in they really made sure I was aware of what to expect and the nurse Alina served me with a healthy snacks bar and some biscuits because I didn't eat anything before I came. After spoiling me with lots of kindness they kept on asking me several times how I was feeling and what I was experiencing. It's incredible, I want to spread the word to everyone please don't hesitate take the first step to visit and you will see the magic they do without any issues. Wow, I don't know what I would do without a dentist like Headstone Lane Practice. Thank you!
