Fantastic experience: Greeting pleasant as always. Check-up professional, courteous and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere which is always a bonus at the Dentist. Further visit to the hygienist was really helpful- clear explanation of how to protect a new implant as well as professional procedure. Returned to ODP today to see Kay, the hygienist who is always thorough, helpful and patient. She checked an issue that I raised and I was given a speedy appointment to see James who will repair the tooth on Monday. As always, a pleasure to visit this surgery. Thanks to all.

Andrew Brown gave me an appointment the next day and as always was both considerate and the totally professional. it’s nice to find a dentist who always goes the extra mile. James is a phenomenal Dental Practitioner, I have seen our other Dentists on occasion and they to are outstanding, I can not praise the Nurse/receptionists and our hygienist enough, from making that call, your appointment and leaving, you are looked after and the best thing about Orchard Practice is, it’s all done with a smile and in my case at times with much empathy, if I have felt a bit nervous, I was definitely an anxious patient before Joining Orchard Dental Practice, I am more confident and at ease now, a incredible team of amazing people, Thank you to each of you ❤️

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist, All the staff from reception to dentist are very pleasant and make u feel relaxed .iv always had a fear of dentist, but going to orchard doesn't bother me at all.

Positive experience: I was able to be seen quickly when I experienced pain in my lower molar. I was told after an xray that I had an abscess and I was given an appointment a few days later to remove it. Overnight the pain got worse and the dentist was able to see me the next day to extract it. All the staff were friendly and reassuring. Unfortunately I got a bad infection in the socket and had to use the out of hours service my dentist did tell me about. I am currently on strong antibiotics and am hoping for the best

Fantastic experience: I have recently moved to this area and I wasn't registered to any dental practice. I had toothache and I needed emergency treatment. They responded my needs urgently, Anthony had looked after me at that time and he was great. I had a canal treatment and completed crown which I am happy with it. Just recently again I had toothache and ended up having a canal treatment again, and Sefa is looking after me this time and she has done a fantastic job so far. I think I found a great dental practice from the receptionist to dentists and including hygiene team all professional, caring and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend orchard dental practice . I am anxious when I always visit but I have been 3 times in the last 7 days for treatment and including a tooth extraction . My dentist Teena Anthony was reassuring ,explaining everything and making me feel less anxious. All staff here at this practice are very professional, I wouldnt say I love coming here but I dont dislike it either.

Fantastic experience: So this was my first time visiting Orchard Dental Practice. Rather, an emergency. I've been let down from a few places. The lady on the desk who spoke with prior to arriving was fantastic. Rather surprised how so many dental practices were booked up for someone who pays for their treatments. Nevertheless, they got back to me and confirmed a time. I saw someone; Sefaakor Ahiaku, and I can truly say how much reassurance, accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency. The commitment and dedication were truly above an beyond, not to mention paying close attention to detail. I understand why there's a waiting list, but I'd be returning here in the future if I can get on the list. Felt at ease. Felt painless transition, and Sefaakor Ahiaku was constantly reassuring at same time making me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I have been with orchard dental practice for over 25 years, all 3 of my children have gone there. Staff are lovely and friendly, always with a smile every time I go. Very thorough and organised, James and his staff always make me feel comfortable and at ease. Very happy with the service there, has a family feel type atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: This morning, I attended Orchard Dental Practice with my daughter, for her first visit as a new patient. My daughter suffers with severe anxiety and depression and a fear of going to the dentist due to previous awful experiences at her usual dentist which she had attended for over 35yrs. I cannot praise the practice enough for their care, attention and professionalism they showed towards my daughter. She was shaking with fear and extremely anxious but was made to feel so relaxed and calm with their sympathetic approach. Anthony Black ( dentist) and Antonia (dental nurse) were both amazing, as was Katie (receptionist) Thank you so much for making her experience as comfortable as possible. Negative experience: My husband went here to get a full dental removal, which was done via the NHS. This was about 3 months ago. He STILL doesn’t have working teeth. We got plenty of excuses tho. Not that they make sense, just pretty lies. I would be embarrassed if I was giving my customers such a bad service. How can you expect people to be on a liquid diet for 3 months? Not that we have a date when this will be fixed. Would score them lower if I could. Avoid at all cost.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency extraction. It happened quickly, painlessly and great care by the Dentist and her assistance - Thank you both. Time moves on and unfortunately I had to have dentures fitted. Dentures require four appointments. Every one was on-time. The course of the treatment was carefully carried out. I was advised of my options and on the fourth visit left with a smile on my face and the confidence to show of my dentures, the colours of which are identical to my remaining teeth. A big thank to James and his team, including the receptionists who knew who I was every time I arrived.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Went to same dentist for 40 years in Chester but not been happy there for a long time. Orchard Dental came highly recommended. I am a nervous patient but the whole experience was good from all the receptionists, the hygienist (Kay) I think, James the dentist and all the assistants. They all put me at ease and the whole process was pain free.
