Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Christelle enough! She is truly outstanding — professional, gentle, and incredibly skilled. She always takes the time to explain everything, making me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. The clinic is very clean and well-organized!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: The most relaxed and informed dental appointment I have experienced. Understanding and very helpful, simple and clear advice. For someone who suffered some anxiety with dental appointments, it was very soon lifted. Many thanks.

Negative experience: I was shocked by how unprofessional the owner of Oadby Dental Clinic behaved when speaking to a patient and her children. He was dismissive, argumentative, and spoke down to them in front of the kids. The parent had simply asked for care that had been recommended by other dentists, including regular checkups every three months and a professional clean, but her concerns were brushed aside and turned into an unnecessary confrontation. This is not the standard of care or respect patients should expect from a dental practice.

Negative experience: Really bad experience since the new owner took over. Our usual dentist is on maternity leave, and the replacement is rude, talks down to patients, and unfortunately has noticeable body odour, which makes visits very unpleasant.

Negative experience: This practice is utterly unacceptable as a place of care. The owner’s conduct is not only consistently rude but demonstrates a complete disregard for patients’ dignity and wellbeing. Such behaviour is deeply unprofessional and entirely inconsistent with NHS standards and values. The absence of even the most basic courtesy let alone genuine compassion is frankly appalling. I will never return, and I would urge others, in the strongest possible terms, to seek treatment elsewhere.

Negative experience: This surgery is an awful place to be treated. The owner is extremely rude and shows no respect or care for patients. His behaviour is completely unprofessional and in no way reflects NHS values. I am shocked at the lack of basic courtesy, let alone compassion. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Looi today 21 August as Sara on maternity leave. A broken tooth after a collision with an elbow. What great bedside manner . Great teamwork from reception to nurse to dentist. A pleasure All smiles after another excellent treatment from Yasmin and Team. I know going to the dentist isn't everyone's idea of fun but it's a very good experience from both the upstairs and downstairs team. Fantastic experience: Saw a new dentist at this practice this morning and he was excellent. He took the trouble to explain each examination (no doubt other dentists also do the same examinations but none have ever previously told me what each was for/what they were looking for). He also queried how I clean my teeth, what I use and how and also gave me advice.

Fantastic experience: We came as a family and had a great experience from a welcoming front desk to the dentist explaining the process as he was doing his checks and we were all given a thorough clean with advise on which areas needed more attention when brushing- even the children felt comfortable! They even got to wear cool glasses which made it fun...

Negative experience: During a minimal examination I requested my teeth to be cleaned as Mr Kee had always done in the past, and was told "No, it wasn't necessary". I considered it to be necessary.

Negative experience: If i could give zero i would, my usual dentist was away on maternity leave so had to see someone else. The dentist i saw was absolutely appalling. His attitude was terrible. Talking down at me and talking to me as if I was like 10 years old.

Fantastic experience: Dr Raja Rameez Akhtar was a new dentist for me due to the other dentist being unavailable. I was very impressed by his friendly but business-like manner and thoroughness. He explained what he was going to do and why, showed me results of X-rays and finally gave me answers and advice for a few questions that I had. I came away more knowledgable and will put into practise what I have learnt.

Fantastic experience: Mr Kee has been our family dentist for over 17 years. He was brilliant with the children when they were growing up and they all have lovely teeth as adults. I’m a nervous patient but Mr Kee is always calm, reassuring and good humoured. He never rushes and always gives good advice and treatment. We felt very fortunate to find such a good dentist all those years ago and that’s why we’re still with him. All the staff are lovely and very professional. I wouldn’t let any other dentist near my teeth. He’s a gem...particularly if you’re a nervous patient!

Positive experience: Last minute appointment following an enforced cancellation due to family funeral. Saw Dentist, usual pleasantries and checkup. X-rays suggested which identified decay under existing filling. Further appointment made for treatment. Shocked at price for treatment, may need to fix 12 monthly check ups in future.

Negative experience: I booked appointment for examination. The receptionist told me on the phone £55 15min. The appointment lasted 10 minutes, the reception asked me to pay £180. Examination £ 55 Bitewing Radiograph(s) £10 Bite Wing or Periapical Xray £20 I did not receive this service and I was charged for it. 30 min Hygienist Visit Oral Cancer Screening £65 Assessment And Advice. £30 After few days I called the clinic to ask them if they can refund my money, they said the dentist ( Dr Loo Yong Kee ) who give you treatment he retired we can’t refund you. This is a family business, you can’t make a complaint no body lessons to you. The clinic was unhygienic the staff was rude I had bad experience.

Found a cracked old filling, but has managed to get me booked in for tomorrow in a 'cancellation' slot to sort it out .... just fabulous. Best practice for miles, so don't bother looking for better ... you will not find it. Thank you Dr Kee for your constant excellent treatment. Sobhna. **Below is my feedback from my last check-up - but for some reason did not go live when I typed it in** 6 Months ago Usual 6 month check up, which I had to rearrange at the last minute from earlier in the month due to a chest infection - which the practice organised without any issues or problems whatsoever ... first class service. Todays checkup again excellent in every way - I get excellent personal one to one advice and treatment from Dr Kee and cannot recomend his social skills, advice and treatment highly enough. If you need dental advice or treatment, try here ... it's excellent! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Dr Kee and staff.

Negative experience: Staff gave a prescription that they didn’t stamp so the chemist wouldn’t accept it and another long walk to get done. The chemist said they’d need it electronically sent! Lo behold another useless journey! In the end had to demand one sent to chemist closer to my home. Finally got there to collect but got home to find 3 antibiotic tablets not the 21 for a week. Called and had to collect them as they’d made a mistake but unable to deliver! Nightmare all round. From the dentist to the chemist! No coordination or communication. Other patients there felt let down too.

Fantastic experience: My whole family have been going to Oadby Dental Clinic for years and we are very happy with the service. Dr Looi have been our family dentist, very considerate, professional dentist. Very happy with his work. Overrall this dentist is very good, from reception to dental nurses to dentists. I suffered with heaving which was totally a phycological problem and Dr Kee took that away. Never feel the injections or pain. He has a great sense of human and care. Fantastic experience: This is the BEST dental surgery in Leicester. Outstanding service and hygiene. Friendly, professional treatment of the highest calibre. Pieces chipped off a tooth recently and I was given an emergency appointment within a few days. Here the dental surgeons are qualified not only to carry out everyday dentistry but much more complex work like implants and cosmetic improvements. I have used this surgery for over thirty years and have always received excellent treatment. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great service, always told what options you have and benefits. Given time to make a decision as am not on NHS. When the dentist feels it isn’t right they don’t do the work as your paying a lot of money so always put customer first.
