Fantastic experience: This is the first time i been to Queensmead dental practice and besides moody and unfriendly receptionists , who talks in-front of waiting patients in they own language (i find that very unprofessional) I had wonderful experience , thanks to the dentist , young gentlemen (sadly I don't remember his name) He listened what I had to say , Was very nice, kind and understanding! Thanks to the young gentlemen I had great experience !

Fantastic experience: I have been seen today as an emergency. The receptionist was very helpful in explaining when I was going to be seen , and the doctor was very helpful in listening to my issue and helping with the treatment. I was seen within 20mins of arrival , the appointment went smoothly and I am very pleased with the outcome .

Negative experience: I was recommended to go to the practice through 111 as I have a broken tooth that suddenly went black and gave me severe pain for 2 nights and 1 3am morning. After that I started getting symptoms physical symptoms like, mild heart burn, weakness in my feet, stiffness in my left thumb which went all the way up to where my extensor muscle is, my ears burning and inside my ears felt wet, general body weakness like my hands were a little shaky. Bear in mind, before that i was seen in Frimley hospital about these symptoms. I went in to see the female dentist, asked me about the reason im there and I said about my black tooth and that i only feel paint when eating/drinking anything cold. Turned out it wasnt my black broken tooth but the tooth behind it which already had a hole but apparently there was another. That was weird given that at the time when i was having the paint and when pressed the broken tooth it hurt bad, tried the one behind it but felt nothing. Anyway what do I understand. I tried to tell the female dentist about my visit to Frimley emergency department and my symptoms which i described but kept cutting me off through every attempt to give the full details to her which made me feel like the appointment was rushed basically turn to get me out of there asap. I maybe am wrong but I didnt feel that her demeanour, way of speaking, interrupting me frequently while trying to relay everything, and rushed atmosphere she radiated was of a professional and experienced dentist. I generally hope that I will be ok.

Fantastic experience: I travelled the world using private dentists in Norway, USA, Germany, India, China, Brazilians, Turkey, Greece, Australia, Azerbaijan, New Zealand, Jordan and Iraq. For me this is the best practice; friendly and always a good experience. I don't mind paying up front as I know the service will be good, plus it's the NHS standard change anyway, people should remember very few countries provide NHS Dental service at cheap standard prices, if you want upgraded dental work yes you have to pay more or go to a private practice. I had an August appointment for a root filling, unfortunately prior to the appointment l had a problem and needd antibiotics; l dropped in and the dentist solved my problem. Great service.

Negative experience: I phoned to see if I could get an emergency appointment and was refused to be seen even though 111 had told me to call them as they don't make emergency appointments for dental. I was still refused after telling them this and was still told that I had to go through 111. The person I spoke to sounded like they couldn't be bothered to be there was rude on the phone.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Queensmead Dental Practise highly enough - Soody is definitely the local unsung hero. He does so much for the people of our community - he always remembers you and your stories which just shows he really cares! He could certainly do with some support though to ease the pressure! My kids LOVE going to see Soody and there aren’t many kids that can say that about their dentist!

Negative experience: I came and saw one of the dentist last night due to a loose tooth and I am a very nervous patient which was stated on the paperwork work that was completed from the form on the text message. I felt that the dentist that I saw was not very understanding and I felt that I was rushed in getting into the chair and was not able to take my time. It also transpired that my dentist had left so I did not see them and that I will be now seeing a new one that is starting soon. He explained that as I was in no pain, a treatment plan will be set up when I see the new dentist. He did have a little moan that it had been a while since I was last seen. To be fair, I should have been booking my appointment, but I had no reminder messages about it, dispite getting them for my children.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with what I thought was maybe an infection in my lower jaw/gum. Went into Queensmead dental practice thinking I could make an emergency appointment. When got there I ask the lady on reception thinking maybe I could get in later ,but to my surprise she said take a seat and you'll go in in about 5mins. Couldn't be happier. I think I have used this place since it opened and have never had a problem at all. Would recommend them all day.

Negative experience: I came to this dentist as an emergency patient. I had an abscess which was incredibly painful. The dentist barely spoke to me. He was rude and dismissive. He refused to look to see if (aside from the two teeth which would need removing) I if I had problems with any other teeth. (Which would have taken him all of 4 seconds to do!!) I felt like I was treated as ‘nothing’. He seriously lacks communication skills, there was no compassion, care or consideration. I would NOT recommend this dentist at all!! It’s sad that I have to leave such a negative review. I will NEVER attend this dentist again.

Fantastic experience: I have previously (few years ago) provided a very positive review for Mr A Sood of Queensmead Dental Practice. Indeed I followed him when he moved workplace from Aldershot (ACH) to Farnborough (because he is too good a dentist to let go!). However, after recent root canal surgery, I have again received an automated invitation to review again. I must say that this practice is run very well with friendly professional staff. I know they are advertising for a further Dentist (Mr Sood works 7 days a week sometimes!). I would recommend this place for any dentist who wishes to join a popular and motivated team. Again, my treatment has been exemplary. The admin staff are very competent and kind. The clinical team are fabulous.... lead by Mr Sood (a BDS graduate of Glasgow University - a top college). Mr Sood's calm professional manner is backed up by his top level dental surgical skills. His local anaesthesia technique is fantastic and his surgical skill is elite. He is the best dentist that I have had in life ( I'm an aging doctor/GP). His commitment to NHS patients is fantastic. The practice offers emergency/urgent appointments on Saturdays and Sundays! That's almost unheard of any more! Conveniently placed amongst central Farnborough shopping area (just 50m walk from big car park), this practice is truly fabulous for the local community. I am not quite local but am very happy to travel for such a service. 10/10

Negative experience: They have text me several times that they are taking on NHS patients, yet they were quite happy to cancel my appointment back in 2019 and not tell me! They then refused to rebook the appointment and took me off their NHS register! My whole family left this practice after this happened and we now pay privately to a local village dentist. Please remove all my contact details from your mailing lists as like others, are holding on to my data when I am not even registered to you.

The reception ladies and the Hygienist are very friendly and caring. I always find when booking an appointment, they are most accommodating. I have been with this practise for some years now and can honestly say that every appointment, whether with the Dentist or the Hygienist has always been a pleasant experience.
