Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dentist for as long as I can remember and they’ve always had excellent service and friendly staff—who’ve remembered me after all this time. My dentist is gentle and reminds me to keep up my dental hygiene. She’s really good with handing children, especially ones who are terrified during appointments. I totally recommend going here!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this place for a couple years now and I love it! My dentist (Dr Samah) is really nice and helpful, I’ve had an extraction recently and she was really kind and made me feel less anxious.The receptionists are also helpful and friendly. Also the place is very modern and hygienic/clean, so overall this has to be one of the best dental clinics in Plaistow.

Fantastic experience: I recently had composite bonding and a cavity filling done at TLC by Dr Anisah Begum, and I cannot recommend her services enough! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and the results are absolutely stunning. The bonding procedure was seamless and painless. The dentist took the time to explain the process and ensured I was comfortable throughout. They matched the composite material perfectly to my natural teeth, and the bonding looks incredibly natural. My teeth now look straighter, more even, and brighter! The attention to detail was impeccable. The cavity filling was equally impressive. The dentist was gentle and efficient, making sure I felt no discomfort during the procedure. They used high-quality composite material that blends seamlessly with my tooth, I can’t even tell I had a filling. The dentist and her nurse was highly skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my comfort and satisfaction. They even gave me great aftercare advice to maintain my new smile and filling.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Dr Begum extremely highly. I was suffering from tooth pain which was growing and getting worse. I needed a number of fillings and replacement fillings on both rows of teeth. Dr Begum planned a programme of work to prevent further deterioration. I’m really happy with the results; the dental work was professional and well done with minimal discomfort, and importantly Dr Begum and her team really put me at ease when I was nervous. I am now a couple of years down the line, with a much improved dental regime which includes flossing and regular hygienist sessions, thanks to Dr Begum. The hygienist sessions which I also have at TLC are great, and feel like they have made a big difference. I’m just back from a checkup with a clean bill of dental health, and my teeth feel so much better. I think the most important thing is that I’m no longer worried about my teeth deteriorating and developing pain.

Fantastic experience: I am 52 years old and although I had to go private this was the best dentist I have ever visited in my whole life. TLC dental lives up to its name and there is tender loving care and really great results. If you can't find an nhs dentist and have no choice to go private than I cannot recommend this dentist enough. They are so gentle and so kind and gave me light at the end of a dark tunnel. I will continue to be a patient at this dentist I cannot praise this practice enough honestly x

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Tlc for many years and have had work done by a few difference dentists there, and the best one in my opinion in Sama khan. Very efficient and very kind and did an excellent job on a root canal. The receptionists are very nice and helpful and the place is nice and bright.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had root canal surgery and my fillings done from Dr Anisah. I have been regularly getting treatments since July 2023 and recently had a dental crown fitted December 2024. I totally recommend this dentist to anyone who is planning on undertaking any dental treatment. They are very professional and do their job to a very excellent standard. I am very pleased with my service as I had no hope to save some of my teeth and thought I would have to remove them but Anisah gave me beneficial advice and I did root canal surgery and it was successful and now my teeth are perfectly fine now thanks to her. Negative experience: I recently used TLC, who I have used in the past a number of times but on this occasion was very disappointed. I had a consultation where I was informed the procedure was more complicated and required a surgeon, which costed more than a weeks salary. The procedure turned out to be less complicated than I was lead to believe, therefore, would expect to see the cost reflected. I reached out to TLC and they informed me that there would be no partial refund despite the adjustment In the procedure.

Fantastic experience: My experience was absolutely brilliant - 10/10! From the consultation all the way till the very end of my treatment. Dr Anisah was very helpful and friendly and made me feel very comfortable right from the beginning. My biggest insecurities was my baby teeth yet she did a spectacular job using her brilliant skills to work on it and give me the perfect teeth i’ve always wanted. Now no one will ever be able to tell if i ever had any baby teeth present! Everything was explained by her and i felt completely at ease. Dr Anisah has honestly changed my world around with her excellent skills and now i can finally have the confidence in smiling. Goodbye to my insecurity! Honestly, her work is amazing! Defo recommend! I had Dr Samah Khan do my initial consultation, she was really kind and explained everything well to me. After the consultation, I was booked in for a filling straight after, and Dr Samah provided a swift and painless experience. Fantastic experience: The best dentist! Have been coming here for years for routine check ups and hygienist appointments. All staff are really lovely and welcoming. I now travel from the North West just to continue coming here. They understand that not everyone “likes” coming to the dentist and go out of their way to provide comfort. I have been seen by a few of the team - all have provided excellent treatment, after care and advise. Dr Kelly is simply wonderful! Very thorough and someone who listens. I had to have chip filled and she knew I did not want anaesthetic so she helped and guided me through the filling with no numbing. She also tells really good stories too which will put you at ease. :)

Fantastic experience: Accidentally stumbled upon this dental clinic, was sold with its high reviews. I got Dr Kellie to remove my mercury amalgams, she’s one of the very few SMART doctors that practices safe protocols in removing mercury. She’s very kind, answered all my questions and did a very good job with my teeth! After a few hours I feel like the fillings fit very well, as if they’re part of my mouth all along. I highly recommend going with this clinic for your amalgams!

Fantastic experience: The review written by Amany Ali is defamatory towards Dr Anisah Begum. It is completely misconstrued as it was the result of a scam. I don't understand why someone would take the time to write such a thing. The service I have received on several occasions, when I had whitening and composite fillings done by Dr Anisah, has left me with my dream smile. She is attentive, kind and professional. She has upmost integrity, hence, I always recommend her to anyone enquiring about dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: My wife suffers from Dementia and can become unduly agitated. She recently had a Hygiene appointment with Shakira Choudhary. During the 45 min of treatment Shakira demonstrated a faultless professional approach in her treatment and a caring attitude to her patient. Negative experience: my sons Debtist is super friendly kind and helpful she makes sure we are informed without being condescending or rude. unfortunately the children on reception with clearly little life experience are something i would rather not have to deal with. ive seen your responses to peoples reviews so im aware possibly you will return with some attitude but reviews are for people to share THIER experiences to help others understand the reality. not only did she rush me and cut me off numerous times but was clearly not listening to me and instead of engaging and trying to help it became some sort of points match when the reality is all we want is either an appointment or help this is not a personal endeavour for you its your job and i suggest you learn that there are many disabilities and mental health issues that can cause some to speak in less desirable ways than you may like that does not give you the right to treat them like your frienss throwing attitude out there for no reason. sometimes as a human just LISTEN AND HELP. If it wasnt for he good service from his dentist i would actually change because these are the people that you have to go through and greet you first and they may as well be school children thats the level of professionalism you will encounter. i

Fantastic experience: I have very sensitive teeth and gums, so going to the hygienist has never been a pleasant experience for me, until I joined TLC dental in Plaistow just over 2 years ago. The hygienist kindly numbs all of my teeth before her very thorough cleans and is always considerate of any sensitivity so I have actually stopped dreading going! She’s brilliant and always gives very good advice too. The reception staff have always been so welcoming and helpful as well. 10/10 all round, you won’t regret going here!

Fantastic experience: The service provided by Dr. Anisah was laden with sheer class and professionalism. I had a gap between my two front teeth and was not comfortable with them and was desperate to close them. She suggested either invisalign or composite bonding. She thoroughly explained both procedures to me, and I was able to make an informed decision. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and ensured I was happy before commencing. The bonding went extremely well. She was very efficient, meticulous, and considerate. The outcome was amazing, I was flabbergasted. It was like I had my whole face reconfigured . I still can't believe the tremendous change in my smile and how it has impacted my life. I literally can't stop smiling now, wanting to show off my beautiful work of art. I also don't pass by any opportunity to check my shiny perfect teeth in the mirror. Dr Anisah is an aesthetics genius!!!, she was born to do this. I am a very happy patient. Thank you Dr Anisah

Negative experience: I went over a year ago and they claimed I needed 9+ fillings. I then went to my orthodontist and he stated my teeth were perfect. Be very careful

Fantastic experience: The best. From the moment I walk in, the receptionists are great. Very helpful and polite. They also know your name after a few times of attending the surgery. They are a friendly bunch of people who genuinely care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kellie was amazing I hate the dentist at the best of times and have never had anything done under local anaesthetic before because I’m too scared but she made the whole process relaxing right to the point I almost fell asleep which never happens!
