I really can’t praise Omar and his team enough! Lily was referred in January 2022 and had a removeable brace for approx 10 months and teeth removed in November 2022 to accommodate a fixed brace. Her fixed brace was fitted 16/12/2022 and today 16/12/2024 it’s been removed and her teeth are perfect and her smile is even more beautiful now ❤️. From the initial telephone call inviting us to an appointment, to her brace being removed all the staff have been so professional and put Lily at such ease at every appointment. Fantastic experience: My daughter started her orthodontic treatment in January and in September she had her fixed appliance removed and had fixed retainer fitted and removable ones made. The end result was amazing, she couldn’t stop smiling she was so happy! Negative experience: Poor experience here: the way the orthodontist spoke to my daughter, the treatment (fixed braces following tooth extraction) and its outcome and the Practice's (lack of) response when I raised my concerns. On the plus side the reception staff were friendly and communicative.

Fantastic experience: My son has just had his braces off today and they look amazing. Within a couple of months the teeth had changed significantly and made him want to show off his teeth. Nothing was ever too much trouble for all the staff, everyone was very friendly and we'd always have a little chat. We had an issue where one of his brackets had come off and they fitted us in quickly. Would recommend and i shall be back for my younger son's braces.

Fantastic experience: So i recently used ashlow orthodontics to straighten my teeth and correct my bite, i can wholeheartedly recommend them. I am a male in his forties with plenty of reservations before having my brace. I had my consultation with Omar, and all my concerns were put to rest, and i jumped straight in. I needed my arch widening, teeth straightened, and some work correcting my bite. I spent a long time deciding on ceramics or metal. I chose to embrace the brace and have full metal. My wife also had her brace she chose clear ceramics type. We are both happy with our choices so i would say to anyone, dont do your own head in researching the pros and cons too much like i did, its not that deep and the cost is marginal in difference. Throughout my journey, Ashlow staff have been fantastic. Every single person there are just amazing and you can see they are all happy in there job, Whenever ive had a concern they have sorted it and assured me everytime that i will be happy at the end of this treatment. And that is so true! My teeth used to be terrible. I couldn't tear my food properly, and i was starting to get pain in my jaw and headaches. Now ive got teeth that even my kids are jealous of, i can eat my food properly, i feel all my teeth touching lined up as they should be when i bite down, i am able to take better care of my oral hygiene, as in flossing, now that i dont have overcrowding. I didn't realise how much i avoided smiling before this treatment. Now i can't stop smiling... All i can say is just put your trust in Omar. He and the rest of the team will not let you down. Fantastic experience: Had my braces removed a few days ago and the staff was lovely for the whole time I went there, never a long waiting time, very clean inside the building. Female staff always had a smile and were very nice every time I went, they were very helpful with any concerns and it never felt like I was being judged while I was there for any reason.

Fantastic experience: I had gaps in my teeth that I wanted to close. The team at Ashlow Orthodontic did a fantastic job at getting the job done. They were very informative on the process and did not rush to take my braces off as they wanted to make sure my teeth were perfect and were the way I wanted them to be. Omar and his whole team have been fantastic for the whole 18 months that we have been visiting. The practice has a lovely atmosphere and every member of the team is extremely friendly and courteous.
