Fantastic experience: Haven't been to a dentist for many years due to complications with my last dentist and fear, things got out of control so decided to join Northbourne dental practice. I was seen by Ibrahim and he was so nice and supportive of my needs, guided me through every step and made sure I felt no pain at all, it's been 8 months now since my first appointment and I am now very relaxed and have no fear in going. All the staff are so kind and patient and they all have my deepest thanks for getting me through all the surgery I've had, would definitely recommend them to anyone especially if you have anxiety about going.

The staff are friendly and welcoming!! if you can be welcomed at the dentist! and explain everything as they go and will answer questions freely. I am looking forward to the refurbishment they are waiting for. Going to the dentist always freaks me out, but these guys put up with me!! Refurbishment went well, still think they could do with a handrail on the other side at the main door as it's uphill!! Still as friendly and helpful as ever, they put up with me!!

I have been with this dental practice since the age of 15 and Ialthough the dentists have changed over the years, there hasen't been any one of them that I could say was not good at their job and kind and considerate for their patients. This practice is tops as far as I can see !

Fantastic experience: Had to see the hygienist and I spent a whole week being petrified and not sleeping due to bad experiences before and not having seen a hygienist for years because of that.I needn't have worried as Abbi was amazing, very gentle and stopped after every couple of teeth to see if I was ok. At the beginning I asked if I could have it numbed and she said let's see how we go. I can honestly say I didn't feel any pain at all, not even discomfort of any sort. I would highly recommend anyone who is scared of the hygienist to go and see Abbi at Northbourne and you can experience it yourself.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice for nervous patients such as myself (I suffered very bad experiences as a child). I saw Dr Patel. The only problem during a filling was trying to stay awake! Also, for others who have suffered crown loosening during painful cleanings, Dr Patel did the cleaning, and the practice uses some kind of water system, which makes cleaning painless, and leaves crowns intact! Highly recommended. Would also add that the receptionist and nurses are very helpful and friendly. Back again, 18.3.25! now seeing Dr Anand - he is wonderful, especially for a nervous patient. I use a 'Plan' which spreads the cost over the year, so the welcome news today was my x-rays were paid for! Very highly recommended still.

Ash, my dentist, and Abbey, my hygienist, are lovely people and very professional. Negative experience: My family have been going to this dental practice for years and everyone is lovely. However today we were faced with a very unfriendly girl on the front desk. She didn’t say hello when we walked in and after our appointment we went to book our next appointment and she was so unhelpful, not listening to what I was saying, she kept on offering separate appointments for my children, for years they have always come together. She was just the most unhelpful and rude girl, not in keeping with this dental practice. Not sure a customer facing job is for her. This is no reflection on any other member of staff at Northbourne Dental Practice, our dentist and the other front desk lady are lovely. Very disappointed and came away feeling really upset.

Fantastic experience: I just had a deep clean on my top teeth, gums, and molars, and I’m really impressed. I get quite nervous at the dentist, but Abbi, the hygienist, and Millie, the trainee dental nurse, were both brilliant. They made me feel at ease, explained everything, and made the whole experience much easier. Natalie, the receptionist, is always so welcoming and helpful too, which makes a big difference when you’re nervous. I’ve already booked in to have my bottom teeth done. If you feel anxious about dentist visits, I’d definitely recommend them!

I'm going to be honest due to the lack of NHS Dentist you will find a lot of Dentist out to print money at no care about the quality of care towards the patients. This is not the case at Northbourne Dental Practice. At the very start Dorota was honest and straightforward, answered my questions and understood that I was not the best patient due to poor dental service when a child. I have managed to sit in the chair, have a tooth taken out , root canal filling and a crown all without being put under sedation. This is a big thing for me and why I have started every feed back with Big girls pants on. I really appreciate the effort and time given to me as a patient. I really hope that my feedback will help other patients. I am the world's worst patient but these guys understand this and support me every step of the treatment. Thank you
