Today I had an appointment at NW1 Dental and I met Tina and her lovely assistant for the first time, as my usual dentist is on maternity leave. Honestly, they were both absolutely brilliant. From the moment I sat down, they made me feel completely at ease! So informative, gentle, and genuinely caring when it came to looking after my teeth. I also mentioned that my teeth whitening gels had expired (I’d left them in London by accident after having to travel home due to a family bereavement). Without hesitation, they sorted me out with a replacement set and this is where Daria truly went above and beyond. She took time out of her day to personally go and collect the gels from a nearby lab to save me the hassle of waiting for them to be posted. What an absolute legend. Honestly, star of the show. The team at NW1 Dental have been top class ever since I registered two years ago, but today’s visit felt extra special. Such genuine kindness and professionalism – a proper dream team!! 10/10 experience. Thank you all so much & i will see you again in 6 months! Have a great week, Jordan :)

Negative experience: Rubbish! I've been a patient there since about 2006-2007, happy with their service until yesterday: £190 for my biannual routine check and hygiene!! I got back home feeling like I had been robbed. 6 months earlier the same treatment cost me £145, which was already expensive anyway. And yesterday was just the cherry on the cake. The receptionist doesn't have any customer services skills at all as they don't listen and, in fact, they are very clever in customer servicing you with false empathy while simply interested in taking the money off you and "suggesting" subscribing on a £24/month instead so "you can avoid that next time". How did they justify the steep charges? Within 6 months they had yet another increase in general prices, plus the "support" for PPE that burdens the patients (that's 100% unfair, if you ask me) and, the best, some odd £40 only for an application of fluoride varnish, this last item I was blamed for as "I should have asked while on the dentist chair about the cost". For a bit of paste!?! So, x-ray which they charge £10 are cheaper than a tiny quantity of paste?!! As I didn't get any satisfaction face-to-face, neither from my follow up phone call on my way back home, trying to bring to their attention once again that £190 was close to an extortion, then a no reply to my follow up email (possibly deleted, instead of raising it with the owners), I've decided to use public reviews and make everyone aware of my experience. Unfortunately, the lowest is 1-star but please do consider this as a zero-star review. When asked to give me a breakdown of the charges, there was, as I have recently experienced with them, loads of mumbling in the explanation, vague and fast talking so that, in the end, one gives up and, frustrated, just ends up paying. The other thing that has driven me away is that new policy they have which forces you to pay a deposit when booking with them. Again, tried to explain that I never had to do that and it doesn't really make sense because it's not like I'm booking a haircut or a restaurant so that I don't show up. If I call a dentist that means I need that appointment so, unless I die, it's very unlikely I won't be there on the day and the deposit is a very bad customer experience because of that. "You've never paid deposit?!!! Really??!! How did that happen?!!" (ed.: possibly because I was a patient before you time?!) "I know, it's the system, it's annoying, but I cannot reserve your place if you don't pay the deposit." As per my email to them, again with no response in 24 hours, I will no longer use their service which is a shame as, indeed, the quality is very good otherwise I would not have returned for 13+ years. I did announce that over the phone too, the only thing I was told was "I'm sorry to hear that. Goodbye". A recommendation to everybody, make sure you get a clear list of charges before even thinking about using their services, ideally in writing.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend enough this clinic, it is the best! In the last 6 years I attended for several services such as Invisalign braces, cleaning, whitening, aesthetic improvements etc, and all team and doctors have always been impeccable and so kind! Huge thanks to Dr. Anima, Dr. Brunilda, Dr. Tina, and to all the lovely reception team - you always bring a smile on my face, thank you and look forward to attending to the next appointment :)

Fantastic experience: I attended NW1 Dental Care for Invisalign treatment and a few final touches of composite bonding to complete my new smile. Dr Bruna is a true talent, she has expert knowledge of achieving excellent results whilst advising what is best for the health of your bite. Fantastic experience: I usually hate going to the dentist but I highly recommend NW1 Dental Care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nour at the reception worked with me through some back and forth with my insurance provider, eventually getting the receipts separated to be able to claim insurance for the eligible treatments. She and Maryam are very helpful and really know their stuff. They were able to answer my early questions about the process and different procedures and different payment options. I did the enlighten whitening in December and dental bonding in January with Dr Ioanna Yiallouridou. She was very patient and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. And then the results were beyond my expectations. My smile is now brighter, more even, and I find myself finding reasons to smile since the procedure. Dr Brunilda extended my retainers twice at no extra cost to my Invisalign treatment , providing me advice on what was best, and leaving the ultimate decision to me along with pros and cons. She also worked with Dr Ioanna who did my bonding and whitening, both of them working together around what worked best for my smile, and Dr Ioanna performed adjustments to my bonding at no extra cost - which is another reason I highly recommend this clinic. They take their service seriously and will go above and beyond to get the best end result, not for the profit but for the benefit of their clients, who in turn provide them with the well deserved loyalty (I’ve gone to this clinic for all my dental concerns for 3 years now, and will continue to do so. I love my smile now but I also have a much better jaw alignment and a wider upper palate which naturally fixed my slight underbite, and this has had an impact on my face not just my smile. Highly recommend NW1 dental care, Dr Brunilda and Dr Ioanna, both of whom have worked with me over the past 3 years to give me a big reason to keep smiling !

Negative experience: Terrible service. I had an appointment booked in advance, but it was canceled the day before. I requested to reschedule within the next 5 days since I have a work trip coming up. The receptionist confirmed that I was booked for 9 AM today (January 6th). However, after ordering a taxi and waiting outside, I received a call from the clinic saying they couldn’t see me today and could only fit me in tomorrow, cancelling me 15 minutes before my appointment. To make matters worse, they informed me I had an appointment at 9:15 AM tomorrow, even though I had made it very clear that I could only attend until the 8th due to my work trip. I had to pay a late cancellation fee for the taxi and wake up early on my day off because of this incompetence. All this while the reason for my visit was urgent—my front teeth, treated with composite bonding at this clinic, have cracked and look terrible. Now I’ll have to face work colleagues like this tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable service. I do not recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had several procedures at NW1 Dental, including my Invisalign (the results of which I’m extremely happy with) and a couple of fillings. However, they really came through for me when I called a few days before Christmas with acute symptoms from a wisdom tooth infection. They went above and beyond to fit me in before Christmas so that I could get on antibiotics before travelling back to see my family over the holiday period. Everybody on the team seems kind, competent and professional. I’ll certainly be sticking with them for my wisdom tooth extraction and any further procedures I might need.

Positive experience: New visit and again everything is perfect: so friendly, caring, attentive and enthusiastic about the profession that I couldn't even imagine before, thank you, Dr. Anima!! And also wanted to highlight fantastic anastesia - it perfectly works during the session (rare for me!) and easily fades after - no need for painkillers or something alike - everything is made so brilliantly that it doesn't hurt afterwards UPD: unfortunately, had issues with a filling (was re-done 5 times, cannot recommend anymore though the clinic is very responsive and tries to help)

Fantastic experience: I came here to get my Invisalign treatment and since the first meeting, I have received a really good service. Dr. Bruna was my doctor and she would always take the time to answer my questions and really made me feel like I could trust her with something as important as my teeth! I have just finished my treatment and I am so happy that I went through this journey with them. I had a cross bite, non-straight teeth, and a bad bite overall... Now I have nice straight teeth and I can smile without feeling self-conscious. Fantastic experience: Always feel terrified to see a dentist but after being here twice made me realised visiting a dentist could be this stressless. First time I came for invisalign consultation which Dr Bruna gave me a very honest opinion, which is she doesn’t recommend me to do it as it will not be cost effective. Really appreciate the honest and professional recommendation. Second time was for hygiene/ polish and it was not stressful at all. Dr Ioanna was so gentle and calming but professional and efficient. She also gave me lots of tips on how to floss and brush my teeth. Highly recommend this place.

For example the local anaesthetic was very effective but did not leave my face totally numb for hours after the treatment. I found the team both kind and diligent in doing a great job. Fantastic experience: I’ve had Invisalign with other dental place since 2019 but that place was closed down. I end up switched to NW1 dental care. However As a busy mum of 2, I always forget to wear the retainer back on after meals so I’ve decided to switch to normal metal braces which save me a lot of times and effort and I’m so happy with the result. Fantastic experience: Recommend them whole heartdly! If you are worried or in two minds, just go to the first appointment: treatment cost and duration is thoroughly explained and there are no surprises which I love. I started my invislign treatment in April 2023 and completed my treatment in November 2023. The first appointment with dentist Brauna, she was fantastic in answering all of my questions and fears, she was super patient with me. My whole treatment was with Brauna, she was professional kind and patient at every appointment and her work is painless which in my case was the only way I could complete the treatment with her. I work shifts and the availabilty of appoinment to suit my schedule was amazing and a special thanks to Miriam she made feel welcomed and a big part to choosing to go with this practice was due to her making me feel so at home. I rarely give reviews but the few times I do, they are in anger lol. But they are amazing and hope this can be of help when choosing a practice to go with.

Fantastic experience: I called up for an emergency appointment because my top wire retainer had become loose and was cutting my tongue badly. After calling a few other practices the receptionist here was so friendly and understanding of my situation I immediately felt at ease. She was able to book me in the same day and the dentist fixed the wire in 10 minutes - sweet relief!! Thank you so much everyone at NW1 Dental Care!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Bruna and she has made it very easy and comfortable for me, especially for someone who does not like going to the dentist. I am delighted with my results. Dr Bruna is very gentle and friendly. I normally fear having my teeth cleaned as it's very painful, but with Dr Bruna, it is pain free. I'm happy I have found this place. The other staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Cannot believe the kindness and care I have received at NW1 dental care. I have had a lot of bad experiences and anxiety associated with visits to the dentist, when I explained this, they have been so patient and accommodating to this. Amina has been so approachable and considerate when explaining the packages for me, and Dr Purde I can’t even begin to explain how lovely! I felt so comfortable and well looked after, and then my result has been beyond what I expected! My teeth are even, and realigned which is has alleviated a lot of pain I used to have in my jaw! Fantastic experience: In the middle of pandemic I decided that at 36yo I’d get braces. It was not easy to find a dentist that I would trust, I had bad experiences in the past, but I came across NW1 and I couldn’t be happier. I had about one year of invisalign treatment, a tooth reconstruction, hygiene sessions and one tooth bonded. I met all the dentists pretty much and all of them have always left me very satisfied. The place is high standard clean, staff is nice and patient, and well prepared. I’ve always been advised with pros and cons, never pushed to buy anything. You won’t find anywhere else this level of quality at the same price.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly staff, tailored treatment, good follow-up / communication and excellent value for money. It feels like everyone from the dentists, managers and receptionists are invested in your treatment. The office manager, Maryam, in particular is superb at managing the entire process, walking you through the plan and answering any questions. I would definitely recommend NW1 Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient in this clinic since last August. I went to get an Enlighten treatment for teeth whitening. Although, it took me longer than 2 weeks to get the results that I wanted due to the shade of my teeth. but in general I am very pleased with the results. All the staff members have always been very helpful and friendly. Especially doctor Anima.

Fantastic experience: The Invisalign treatment was really good and the staff and dentist were so helpful and friendly. My teeth has changed a lot and it just took 9 months!! It is fantastic. Though the metal wire has moved a little bit a few months after the treatment, they were also very welcome to help me fix this issue. Overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend anyone wants to do Invisalign come here. Update: The wire is fine actually, it is indeed very hard to get it off (unless you bite it really hard), while the follow up is excellent too! I will do my oral hygiene there soon because I really enjoy their service.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this dental practice most highly and largely because of the owner, and senior practitioner, Dr Amina Bodaine. She is technically very competent, and being young, is up-to-date with new developments in dentistry. She also has a very lively and sympathetic personality. Dr Bodaine recently managed a dental implant for me and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with my dentist Anima Ive been to NW1 from 2014 to 2023. I had laser whitening, and my 4 front teeth repaired with composite in May 2014. I also returned a few months later and had 2 silver fillings in my back teeth replaced with white fillings. I am usually nervous but felt very relaxed and comfortable as the dentist and staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the all the results especially the restoration of my front teeth.The results are natural looking and the colour of the repair matches my enamel exactly. My smile looks like it did when I was a teenager. I am also very happy with the high standard of care I received whilst having the treatment and the relaxed atmosphere at the practice. I

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with my Invisalign treatment at NW1 Dental Care in Camden. When you read about the treatment on the internet what happens is pretty well in line with that, quite expensive and a hassle, but certainly manageable, and I'm very happy with the results. NW1 Dental Care made it less painless: they were unfailingly friendly, professional and efficient. Since I was quite interested in the technicalities of the process the orthodontists were always happy to explain the details. The receptionists were excellent as well, I never had any problems and they were always flexible and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I’m just at the beginning of my journey, had a consultation, a deep clean and given choices for my treatment plan going forward. I’ve felt listened to as I want to maintain/preserve as much of my natural teeth as possible. It’s a relief as all the (different dental practices) dental consultations I’ve had in the last 2 years have been with dentists that want to basically crown every tooth I have.
