I have never had any complaints in the level of care, customer service, NHS pricing or treatments that we have both and continue to receive. I would highly recommend care under Bart and his team and really value that I am still an NHS patient in this Practice.

The receptionist truly do their utmost best to assist you, always kind and friendly. So fortunate to be patient's here at St John's Our hygienist is here as well so having double dates fir a checkup and clean work our brilliantly. We have been patients a long time now and generally we are quite happy with the practice. If there is something I will say so as its for all our benefit. Highly recommended. Karen Westray

Fantastic experience: Kinga is one of the last NHS dentists and I've been with her for years. Her work on my mouth has been exceptional and I've never had a problem with any of it. NHS DENTISTS SHOULD BE PROTECTED AT ALL COSTS! Even the private dental work not offered on the NHS has been fairly reasonable. The appointments do often run late but they do try to keep to schedule. Can't fault them. Edit: revisited 14/07/25 The above still applies. Always excellent, thank you Kinga.

Positive experience: I would have given 5 stars but today I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, which to be fair was explained when I arrived. Once in the surgery my planned treatment was explained to me and I was made comfortable and kept up to date throughout the treatment, i am usually a nervous patient but my dentist Kinga makes me feel relaxed and calm, the treatment was done in a very professional Caring way I feel that Kinga is professional, kind, considerate and contentious. I was very happy either way the result.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, especially as I do get nervous. But Mr Moran is really good, and makes you feel calm and at ease. Good advice, and a thorough check up. He is also good with my children, making sure they look after their teeth and making them feel at ease in the appointment. Appointments are easily booked, and all staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: The St John’s dental clinic is like an absolute “Breath of Fresh Air “ compared to my previous dental practice! From the moment I arrived and checked in to the time I left! Nothing was too much trouble and the dental surgeon even explained everything seen on the X-ray, pictures, absolutely wonderful. I left the dentist knowing that my dental care was in very safe hands.

And so glad i choose St Johns. Suzana and her assistant had such a warm, friendly welcome and made me feel right at ease and listened to what I had to say. Positive experience: First time at the practice. Appointment quite delayed but consultation thorough without appearing to suggest anything unnecessary. Price in line with my previous private practice.

Positive experience: Phoned up to make a appointment, as I needed a checkup which I hadn't had for a while as appointments were cancelled by the dentist, also I had tooth ache, was given a appointment that afternoon. On arriving at the dentist 5mins earlier was told there would be a 20-25 min wait as the dentist was running behind, went back after the above time and still had to wait another 15mins. Went in and discussed the problem ie cracked tooth the dentist put in a temporary filling, made another appointment and came out after 5mins in chair and payed £131 which knocked me off my feet, was told then that it was charged that amount as it was a emergency, and at no time was this mentioned either on the phone or by the dentist at all...so not very happy.....

Positive experience: Went for the 8 am appt to avoid a long wait, unfortunately Bart got caught in traffic delays.... so 8.25 appt . But ok . Professional as always.

Fantastic experience: What great service. Friendly and polite staff on reception and the dentist was great at making me feel at ease. I phoned them as I didn't have a dentist and I was in pain, They wasn't taking on new patients but said they would take my details and get in touch if they have any cancellations, true to their word I was phoned the following week and seen pretty much the next day. I can't thank them enough for seeing me, I am booked in next week for treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with all aspects of my appointment. The dentist and team made me very welcome and put me completely at ease. The examination was the most thorough I have ever had and all aspects were carefully explained to me. X-rays were taken and I was encouraged to view them while the dentist explained the results. A future program was explained to me and a full outline of the treatments needed were explained. Very impressive.

We have always received a warm welcome, polite and friendly services and fantastic treatment. Bart will do his best to help save your teeth and give good advice for you to keep your teeth for as long as possible. I am 75yrs and my husband is 78yrs and we still have most of our teeth. I highly recommend this dental practice and am so glad we found this great practice all those years ago
