Fantastic experience: Faraz Tahir is my dentist at Revive and he is very professional, he will happily discuss the options available to you with his honest opinion. He is also a very kind person with a good aura. My teeth have been a mess since I was a child, having never been taught the importance of oral hygiene. Now I’m older I obviously want to fix my teeth. I used to be terrified to see a dentist due to fear of judgement. I have never once felt judged or fearful of my appointments with Faraz. We have just started an Invisalign journey and I actually look forward to our appointments! He is always very hands on with his dental assistants too, teaching them as he works. Lovely experience all round, thank you!

Negative experience: 2025 Update: worse than abysmal. Turns out that if you are not seen within two years, you suddenly become a private patient. I had no idea this rule existed. Obviously cancelled my appointment and shall never set foot there again. Abysmal. Rude. There is never an appointment available. Made an appointment as my daughter had a sore tooth, was given one three weeks later. The practice then cancelled the appointment and gave no reason. I was expected to call to rearrange. Couldn’t get through. Left a message. Someone very rude called back an offered an appointment in a month’s time! i.e. 7 weeks after my initial call. Horrible.

Fantastic experience: Revive Dental always provides a great service. As a patient, I am particularly impressed by the professional service, quick response time, friendliness of staff and the treatment options and advice/referrals offered.

Negative experience: Dental hygiene appointment, I was in there less than half an hour. I didn’t get a full pocket check and it was very light touch for the Hanson sum of £93. Really not good value for money I am changing practice.

Fantastic experience: Saw a new hygienist today. 3rd one since joining the practice. However very good gentle and explained everything Dental nurse was also excellent as I usually struggle with the " sucker"not today though.

Fantastic experience: Just been to revive dental for my check up and saw Yonas Semere for the first time, i normally dread the dentist but yonas was a whole different experience, straight away he made me feel at ease with his easy approachable manner, I explained I’m not good with my gag reflex which he said no problem, I hardly knew he did the check up he was that gentle, also he suggested a easy fix on a tooth what had been broken for over 30 years. All in all a really good experience as far as dentist go, if I was revive i would be nailing down his position because he could become a very popular dentist at the practice.

Positive experience: I had an appointment with a hygienist this time, but appointments all seem to run late these days. Four other woman waiting and all saying the same. They have a new machine for cleaning teeth, felt quite unpleasant, felt sharp at times and a high vibration which jangled the nerves. New machine appears to have resulted in a £20 price hike. Its supposed to do a better job.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr. Aaman Shah today. He always provides a friendly, professional, and efficient service. As a nervous patient, he tries his best to reassure me. He always makes the time to explain/discuss treatments or address any concerns. My children are also registered here and have been given emergency appointments promptly when needed. He also puts them at ease. He encourages the children to make healthy changes etc in a positive way.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at Monton Dental Practice since I was 14 (now 33), and my family and I have always valued the care provided. However, since the practice reopened post-COVID, we've encountered several issues. Without prior notification, I was removed from the NHS list during the closure. When I sought to book an appointment, I was informed that only private services were available, with check-ups starting at £80—a significant increase from the £30 fee shortly after reopening. Additionally, the practice has not accepted NHS patients since, and prices have continued to rise. Each visit has been marred by a noisy environment, with staff frequently moving between rooms, and on my recent visit, large boxes in the reception area posed tripping hazards. Most concerning was my latest check-up, where I was seen 20 minutes late without any apology. The dentist's examination lasted less than two minutes, no X-ray was performed despite my concerns about my wisdom tooth, and I was charged £80. It feels as though the practice prioritises profit over patient care, leading my family and me to seek dental services elsewhere.

Positive experience: The treatment and staff are very good. But I always seem to be waiting ages once I arrive. And the costs are expensive now, as a working single dad I will struggle to make 3 month deep clean appointments when they are £93

Fantastic experience: Booked in an emergency appointment with Dr Connie as my filling had fallen out. All the staff are so efficient and friendly and explained everything really well so that I didn't feel stressed or anxious. Amazing service as always.

Fantastic experience: Dr Connie and junior Dr Robyn were absolutely wonderful with me this morning, I can't thank them enough. I was extremely nervous, not helped by being a bit late due to the roadworks, and they both worked with me, calmed me down and just kept checking in to make sure I was OK during the procedure I was having. Can't thank them enough and the procedure went really well. I've seen Dr Connie before for check ups and she's always matter of fact but kind and non judgmental. I've also seen hygienist Dr Susie and she did an amazing job too with her assistant (so sorry I can't remember her name), made my teeth look the best they have in years.

Positive experience: The level of service and work is very good. Reception and most dental staff are pleasant and polite However the management are quite rude Referals take a very long time with urgent hospital referrals taking ip to a year to be processed and sent by the practice

Negative experience: I had an appointment at revive monton for a routine dental checkup yesterday. There were a lot of people waiting in reception so there was a long wait. The dentist didn't do a checkup but a very brief scale, no polish. Not really sure why he didn't check my teeth and gums. My gums are receeding further so I needed a thorough checkup. The dentist said I have to pay £80 for a full scale and polish. Not impressed tbh.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ankush Vij is an excellent dentist has cared for my children for years. He has an excellent bed side manner and puts all of us at ease would not hesitate to recommend him.

Positive experience: My appt was at 1230, I arrived early and waited a long time to be seen it was an hour later that I left the practise. My point is that if I was late you would have something to say and possibly take me off your list yet I can be kept waiting during my lunch hour from work. Also, the dentist was more interested in selling me work on my teeth than my actual check up. I don't go to the dentist to be sold work on my teeth I go because I need a check up.
