Fantastic experience: I drive 60 miles to this dentist because I like the professional care I get there. Helen and Lexie repaired a broken tooth perfectly. They made me feel completely at ease throughout, talked through everything clearly beforehand and checked with me often during the procedure to make sure I was ok. They spent time making sure my bite was right and everything was comfortable afterwards. Overall the treatment was quick and painless and the tooth is as good as new now.

Fantastic experience: I'm writing for anyone who's thinking of having their teeth "done" by Crossbank. I've been (sadly and reluctantly) a regular, very frequent dentists patient... and what I've now experienced exceeded my wildest dreams. It's gzillions of miles better than I ever experienced in the past. Expensive? before answering I want to say I'm not rich. Before they started the staff examined me, asked what my hopes were, gave me a clear explanation of options and costs, and choices regarding what they could do. Yes it's not cheap but the results are ace. I quickly felt confident they'd do a fantastic job, and when I recognised my sorted teeth will last many decades and (in my head) I divided the cost-by-years-of-smiles... it was a fair price. What I didn't know... was the psychological effect of now having great looking teeth. Not only better teeth but feeling better socialy. I'm happy to smile (that's novel!), I'm more comfortable and confident when out; even just walking and bumping into new people. And then the obvious.... I can chew and eat a greater variety of foods; and smile. What was it like when I first went there... everyone was non-judgemental of my messy teeth, everyone wanted to give me the best result, everyone was friendly and happy to explain. Reflections - I wish I'd gone to Crossbank sooner.

Fantastic experience: I am 75% through some extensive dental surgery including full upper and lower implants. I am a nervous dental patient but these guys have won me over totally. I have honestly experienced very little pain or discomfort during all the procedures and operations and only slight discomfort afterwards which is to be expected - I now actually look forward to seeing Neil and his team. The very highest standard of dentistry and care in an environment that’s both welcoming and calming and completely unlike most other dental environments. Every member of the team I’ve encountered have been warm and welcoming with Nicholette being an absolute standout, she really is a gold star nurse! My most recent visit was with Helen and Finn and as always I was taken really good care of and treated with kindness and patience. Fantastic experience: Crossbank is a large Dental Practice which allows them to employ a range of people with different specialties. As a patient you are directed towards the person best suited to help, making good use of highly qualified dental technicians and dental hygienists as well as traditional Dentists. A possible cause of concern with my teeth was identified. It was monitored at regular checkups and a decision was eventually taken that further treatment was needed; which was then provided within a few days. This is how dentistry should work. I am very impressed with the team at Crossbank, the care provided is exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is notably an arduous affair with the expectation of discomfort if not pain always in mind. However, every facet of visiting Crossbank, from entering the premises to undertaking dental procedures as required, focuses on patient comfort and management of any such anxieties. The staff are excellent, courteous and have your care at the forefront. And care does not stop when you leave the premises, as in my case a follow up issue was identified, carefully reviewed and promptly addressed. I would recommend their services without reservation, indeed, I have another optional procedure to take soon.

Fantastic experience: Over the last few years I have been referred twice to Crossbank for specialist dental treatment by my NHS dental practice. Both treatment experiences were wonderful in terms of the care given and in that all the clinicians /nurses made me feel respected,. My teeth (which are old and gnarled) were treated as worthwhile! I was treated firstly, for the provision of implants, by Neil Cooper. Everything was clearly described and explained, there were quite a few visits, with fantastic follow up. Now recently Neil Entwistle looked after me for a root canal treatment.. Again, careful and kind treatment, everything explained. It has been a pleasure to be looked after by the team at Crossbank. I might just add that my husband, too, had implant treatment at Crossbank. This involved the extraction of six teeth - he suffered no pain or problems and unbelievably was eating toast and butter the same evening! Further, my daughter and family are now registered with Crossbank, no NHS dentist being available. They enjoy going to the dentist, even my son-in-law does! So, all in all, a great experience. I am absolutely over the moon with my finished smile after completing Invisalign and then some cosmetic work, crown and three veneers. Throughout my whole treatment Richard has been absolutely superb, he explained everything to me in great depth and detail, and was a real perfectionist to achieve perfect results. Finn assisted with great care and always a smile. The level of service is the best you will find. Fantastic experience: First impressions of the practice were, a clean relaxing environment with a friendly receptionist, my first visit was an hour long to discuss what treatment would be required for my dental problems, I had a few choices of treatment at different prices, the lady I dealt with was easy to talk to and was very professional at her job, I have been very impressed so far.

Fantastic experience: My filling fell out during my holiday and I had to put a temporary filler in for more than 2 weeks. Once I returned I managed to get an appointment with Helen who was very nice and had my filling done in a flash. I could not stress how much I appreciated her helping me by sorting out that problem as well as arranging for other work to be done as quickly as possible.
