Fantastic experience: Dr Jim is a superstar. I had arranged an urgent appointment at the clinic as the healing cap of my implant came off. He returned it back and checked the health of the implant. He is extremely knowledgeable in dental implant and explained all issues about it to me. If you have any issues, just go and see him, you will not be disappointed. The entire service at the clinic was outstanding.

Fantastic experience: I had my root canal done at Odontica with Dr Jim and his assistant Aga. They were brilliant! Dr Jim is very professional and passionate about his job and this is evident in everything he does. He is patient, not rushing, and it's clear that his priority is to do the job well. On top of that, he is super friendly, humane and understands the anxiety his patients feel and helps you relax, feel comfortable. Aga is amazing, she offered me a stress ball and to hold her hand as the procedure was tough and long. She was super kind and caring and knew her job really well. They both work great as a team which is super important as the atmospheric they both create helps you relax and trust them. I highly recommend them!!

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever! Always difficult to book appointments, being refereed by NHS 111 for emergency appointment still no booking, unable to get through to them on the phone minimum 30mins wait..rubbish!

Fantastic experience: Had my hygiene appointment today with Laura. Girls are the receptionist were so welcoming, had a lovely smile on their face. Made me feel calm about my appointment. I want to say a special review on Laura☺️ I went into the room being very nervous and i asked her if it will hurt She calmed me down and spoken me through the process. We started the treatment and honestly when i tell you there was 0 pain, THERE WAS 0 PAIN!!!! Loved itttt!!! I was so calm, didn’t even hold the arm rest. Loved it!!! 10000% recommend Laura! Shes so nice, so calm, so lovely and most importantly SO GENTLE!!! Cannot wait to come back. I had a root canal treatment and a new crown with Viktorija who was very thorough and gentle and the crown looks great. Also been in for a clean. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was treated today by a "subject matter expert" in dentistry, who is passionate, highly skilled, patient, friendly and utterly professional. Despite slight discomfort at times, I was comforted and reassured at all times. At 70 years old, I never thought my teeth could be so clean and fresh. I was speechless. I behaved badly by giving Laura the tightest hug possible. Part of the treatment was the complete re-education on how to care for your teeth, the optimum brushes to ensure longevity, and maintenance of teeth, gums and mouth health. I used to be so anxious about going to the dentist (so much so that I didn't go for 10 years!) but since going to Odontica my whole perception of going to the dentist has changed and I'm pleased to now go for regular check ups. - The reception staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful - My hygienist Laura is THE BEST. Always so warm and friendly, really puts me at ease, does a brilliant job and explains things really clearly - And I've seen a number of different dentists at the clinic, all of whom have been really professional and warm. A great experience all round.

Fantastic experience: Victoria and her assistants deserve 6 stars for my 6 teeth - diligent workers. Receptionists only 4 - bit rough around edges. Hence the 5 stars only. I think I would have got discount, though not sure. If I would have, definitely would have sent flowers...

Fantastic experience: Visiting the dentist is an experience that can be quite unnerving and uncomfortable for some, so I was “worried” when I booked my first appointment at Odontica as I normally visit my childhood dentist back in Italy. Laura the hygienist did a brilliant job at putting me at ease from the moment I stepped in, and her positive energy and professionalism literally made my day. She listened to my concerns with empathy and attention and provided me with invaluable advice for the care of my teeth. I had a scale&polish + Airflow and she was super gentle throughout the whole procedure. I would totally recommend this dental clinic to anyone and especially Laura, as she is absolutely fantastic at her job. 10/10

Dr. Ousi made sure I understood what was going on during my extractions, and that I was aware of my options regarding pain management during and after the procedure. The reception team is friendly and helpful; it was easy to schedule appointments.

Fantastic experience: I am always nervous going to a dentist/hygienist as I have very sensitive gums which has lead to painful experiences in the past but since I’ve been going to Laura the hygienist at Odontica, I have no reason to be. She is very professional and always listens to my concerns and gives great follow up advice. I visit regularly now and my teeth are so well looked after. I’d highly recommend!

After Covid, there was a price increase so I decided to go elsewhere but was not entirely happy the results. I've come back here and I'm not sure why I left in the first place!
