I had a dental emergency and discovered TKD on Google. The experience was outstanding. The receptionist was polite, efficient and very friendly in making the appointment over the phone. I received no less professionalism when I arrived. Dr Kavouridi was exceptional. Professional, kind, and brilliantly skilled. She took the time to explain my options and proceeded to rememdy the situation. I could not be happier and have decided to make TKD my official dentest when in London. Everything was perfect: customer service, treatment, professionalism, prices as well. Recently I needed dental treatment again. So, certainly I came back to TKD. Nothing has been changed since that time. Perfectionism was in everything. This time I met very nice & professional Dr Diana Caetano. She treated my tooth with great care. She did proper treatment for my tooth which was in bad state. I was relieved that it was possible to save it. Dr D. Caetano has very delicate and pleasant manner which is very important in stressful situation. I would highly recommend Dr Diana Caetano as highly professional specialist whom you can trust completely.

Fantastic experience: I am in the process of having a tooth implant in the place of my broken tooth. Dr Mardas has previously extracted the broken tooth and I would say that this could hardly have gone better, with minimal post operation pain and no other issues. Even the procedure itself was considerable easier than I expected. I was very impressed at the care Dr Mardas took to make this as pain free as possible. Then very recently i had the implant placed in after Dr Mardas allowed sufficient time for the bond to rebuild and avoid the need for any bone grafts. The implant placement also went perfectly smoothly, no pain, no bleeding or any other side effects, amazing. I would highly recommend Dr Mards and this practice, for the friendly staff, a very nice and modern environment with the latest equipment and obviously outstanding doctors.

Fantastic experience: 25 years ago a totally botched wisdom tooth extraction changed my life as a result of the 24/7 tinnitus which immediately followed that wretched horror show . Ever since then I have lived in complete fear of ever having to go near a dentist ever again and have been surprisingly successful in somehow avoiding anything other than the most straightforward of interventions . 12 years ago a tooth fractured and I have fortunately managed to prolong its existence….until last week when the inevitable finally happened . After an Easter weekend of sickening fear I attended the TKD on Tuesday to place myself into the care of Dr Mehy . I had met him 2/3 years ago but had managed not to go back until now . I need not have worried . Nobody could have been kinder , more empathetic , more understanding than this amazing gentleman . He did the unthinkable in filling me so full of trust and confidence that I actually allowed him to use a drill on the damaged areas and complete the preparatory work ready for my n ew crowns in 2 weeks time . I still can’t believe that myself . This dental practice is an extraordinary place . The skill , care and professionalism of all those that work there is way beyond anything I have ever experienced in any area of healthcare . Dr Mehy…thank you . You , Sir are a miracle worker , a magician and an extraordinary man . Thank you. 5 stars are woefully inadequate and I recommend The Kensington Dentist unreservedly.

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist in the Kensington area. They charge you £140 for a missed appointment. This is the most overpriced practice in the area, and the service provided is not even good: you don’t see a dentist to rule out any issues when you pay for a teeth cleaning, only a physician. And they ask you to come back and pay more to be able to talk to a dentist… Stay away from them.

Fantastic experience: Yana is undoubtedly one of the best dental hygienists out there. My teeth are extremely sensitive due to my love for sweets, but I have no intention of cutting back. Despite this, Yana works wonders with special treatments that replenish minerals and reduce sensitivity. During each session, I feel no pain, and my teeth always feel fresh and clean afterward. I highly recommend her to anyone with sensitivity issues

Let's face it, nobody likes to go to the dentist but going to the Kensington Dentist practice is not so bad thanks to the lovely knowledgeable staff! The minute you walk in, you are greeted in the most friendly manner and reassured that you shouldn't be nervous. I had a filling done by Eleni and her lovely assistant Marcella and I couldn't believe it when Eleni said ok, we're all done! Didn't have any pain once the anesthetic wore off and Eleni was thorough, explained the process and reassured me and calmed my nerves. It's such a friendly practice and half the battle is to be reassured and calmed down prior to any deal treatment which is definitely the case. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I recently experienced a cavity issue needing a filling, and for this reason I went to the Kensington Dentist, where I have been going for years for hygienist appointments with Dr Suzannah Sinclair. On this occasion I was referred to Dr Mehy Lo Presti. The level of professionalism, empathy and overall quality of the clinic that I experienced remained impeccable over the years. Fantastic experience: At nearly 70 years old and taken to the dentist by my mum when I was about 4, I was treated by the UCH dental hospital off Tottenham Crt Rd for more than 5 years when I was in my 20's when they did lots of root canal treatments and about 8 crowns, I have seen many dentists over the years, both private and NHS. The Kensington Dentist is amongst the best dental service I have ever come across, from the ability to do deep Hygiene cleaning under local anaesthetic to clean below the gum line properly to implants in low density jaw bones, they have a team that really know what they are doing. I have also had both NHS and private dentures which were really expensive, not that comfortable but still needed fixative to hold them in place, so not acceptable to me. I now have a semi-flexible upper denture that is very comfortable, stays in without fixative, even to the point of staying in when impressions are taken, which is phenomenal and implants in the lower jaw so I have a full set of teeth which I am really pleased with, are they cheap, no of course not, you can't buy a Rolls Royce for the price of a Citroen. In my experience they are worth every penny. This is a very professional practice that I can't recommend highly enough. I am a retired Lecturer in Electrical Engineering, My name is John Stewart, I live in South London so I don't live locally and I'm not rich but I'm happy to travel to them to get the level of treatment they provide at a competitive cost.

Yesterday I had an extremely complex root canal and not only was Dr Jones the perfect professional, he had put me at ease in regard to a tooth that has baffled other experienced dentist visited prior to coming to The Kensington. Where felt the tooth could not be saved, or was too difficult, and/or I felt nervous and with previous root treatment - Dr Jones turned a miracle! Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist. They use specialists extensively, so, for each problem, you get an expert. Appear not to perform unnecessary procedures, which is reassuring. Also, what they do they seem to do very well indeed - consistently excellent.

I can highly recommend this practice for its cleanliness, up to the minute equipment and excellent treatment by very skilled dental surgeons, dental nurses, hygienists and welcoming receptionists. I’m a real coward when it comes to teeth and dental treatment but appreciate that it’s sometimes necessary. I recently had an extraction by Dr Jonas Osher. He made me feel at ease and I couldn’t fault his expertise and manner. He explained everything to me in advance and the procedure was exact and quick! She was amazing, I barely felt a thing - her hands are magical! She really took the time as well to explain what was happening, pictures are taken before, during and after so you’re able to see the changes. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to get my braces on this week with Dr David Young!

Fantastic experience: Never thought I'd write a review for the dentist but Dr Eleni and her team as simply fabulous and offer maximum care at minimum invasiveness. Myself and and my two daughters see dentists (as well are the orthodontist) at the practice. I first visited two years ago after my last dentist recommended scaling and root planing for gengivitis. Lo and behold this turned out to be completely unnecessary and under Dr Eleni's care my dental care has never been better. I had my first filling at the practice recently and Dr Eleni talked me out of taking an anesthesia which I was so grateful for as the filling was only minimally uncomfortable. Highly recommend this family friendly practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been putting off a root canal for almost 5 years as I’ve always been told it’s extremely painful. Having recently changed to The Kensington Dentist, Dr Jones put my mind at ease immediately, talked me through every step before proceeding and checked in on me throughout the procedure. I felt nothing once the numbing injections were in, and did not experience any pain after, with just mild tenderness for 24hrs. I am so grateful to Dr Jones and feel assured for my dental experience going forward!

Negative experience: RIP OFF. An absolute RIP-OFF place and poor value for money. A group of MONEY HUNGRY, greedy, SELF-ABSORBED people. I am a fair person and never give feedback that isn't true. I waited for a while before sharing this. This feedback is specifically for Dr Eleni and Dr Jonas Osher. Prior to my treatment, dr Eleni recommended dr Osher, stating that " Jonas is very charming and that all the girls at the practice like him". What does that have to do with anything?! It's an unprofessional remark. Does one's "charm" justify the ridiculous price they charge you? They booked me in a separate appointment just for a consultation with Jonas. I paid over £200 for his useless, unnecessary consultation that wasn't even needed for the nature of my treatment. Then another appointment was booked in for the actual treatment, wasting not only my money but my precious time. He could have given his consultation on the day of treatment, but anything for money! How do you sleep at night Jonas??? On the treatment day, Jonas asked me what I did for a living! How Rude! What sort of a question is that! A typical mentality of a money hungry, greedy dentist. I'm a private patient and far more wealthy that any dentist would imagine. He clearly has have a certain upbringing and is compensating through his profession. Now Dr Eleni. She charged me almost £200 just to do a simple check up. She spent 30 minutes just to ask questions something she could have easily done over the phone. Instead, she spent the time asking the exact same questions over and over, doing and Xray that wasn't necessary and wasting time repeating the same things as if she's lecturing an imbecile. All that so that she could justify her undeserved fee. Eleni, how do you sleep at night? I am not happy. You did not deserve my money. You will pay by other means in life I'm sure. I will not return and make sure members of my family will not join this ripp off, greedy, stuck up practice. Dentists do leave their conscience at home. Period.

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with Eleni’s work. No one loves going to the dentist, but Eleni and her assistant made me feel really comfortable, calmed my nerves and I had no fear. She talked me through the treatment plan, explained everything in detail, showed me exactly what she’s suggesting, gave me options and made suggestions for next steps. Completely transparent about the treatment plan, gives you different options and no hidden costs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had to have a split molar under an old crown removed. I was expecting the worst, but Dr Nikos was excellent and with his strong hands he was able to remove the tooth intact. My gum is now healing and I suffered minimal pain or discomfort. A job well done!

She amended a problem I had following a treatment I had in another practice and recommended I do a much smaller treatment than what others recommended. This made me appreciate her even more.
