Fantastic experience: I am autistic and struggled to communicate with the dentist I was given, though appreciate that her style suits many people and she is a highly skilled clinician. I spoke to the Practice Manager and was transferred to another dentist's list. He has been excellent and for the first time in years (my NHS dentist closed and this is my first experience as a private patient), I feel in very safe hands with somebody who is approachable, listens, provides sound advice and prioritises preventative dentistry. Any problems and proposed remedies are clearly explained. The patient's comfort is always a major consideration. Pain is carefully avoided. Fantastic experience: I’ve been treated by Sam for a few years now. I’ve seen her so many times that I think of her as my dentist, although my dentist is actually the lovely Aisha. Sam is so nice and extremely informative about everything, you can really tell she takes her role seriously. I’ve had many hygienists over the years at other places and I can honest say they were only a fraction of what Sam does. It’s not a quick clean and polish here….you always get the full inspection, advice, lessons on cleaning your teeth, plaque score, charts, purple tablets, checks your toothbrush, proper 1:1. I like going to see Sam as much as having my hair cut although I don’t get the wash and shampoo but the seats are similar but it’s slightly more expensive. However, it’s been money well spent as Sam has my gingivitis well under control now. Thank you! Definite candidate for employee of the month.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment to have 2 teeth out, which I was dreading. However Aisha was absolutley brilliant, friendly, calming and professsional. Having a video screen on the ceiling above the treatment chair is a great idea as watching MTV, or whatever it was, really does help take your mind off of things.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bhatti removed a problematic tooth after I had suffered several weeks of pain. I was terrified but was put at ease immediately. The injection ( which is usually the most painful part) was painless as was the extraction. I cannot praise the service I received enough. The team were BRILLIANT.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend St Dunstan’s Dental Practice. I was referred to Steve Williams as I had a persistent infection caused by an old root canal that needed to be put right. The root of my tooth was crooked and my usual dentist suggested I see a specialist in Endodontics, in the hope that he could save the tooth. I am a nervous patient, so all visits to the dentist are difficult for me. However, I need not have worried, from start to finish I received the most wonderfully professional service. Steve explained every step, putting me at ease and reassuring me along the way. Not once did I feel any pain, or distress. The treatment was exceptional, using the most state of the art technology. Definitely a five star service.

The present team is excellent and appears to have kept up with recent developments in dentistry in such a way that I have great confidence in their skill. My emergencies have been small ones but they have invariably received rapid and suitable treatment.

Fantastic experience: As a foreigner who travels constantly, frequently visits the UK and often needs access to treatment while abroad, I am delighted to have found St. Dunstans. I had to have an old root canal redone due to a minor infection and after a consultation was able to schedule both the initial work and the required follow up quickly. Endodontist/specialist Steve Williams is professional, friendly and reassuring and the procedure was done quickly but attentively with him giving me explanations as he went. The reception staff are all very pleasant and professional and are SO accommodating to my schedule - VERY much appreciated. I have since scheduled my regular hygiene appointment for a cleaning before I leave the UK. Highly recommend the team at the practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to St Dunstan's for 3 years and have found them to be on the whole, very professional. Dr Batti, my dentist is a skilled dental surgeon who has produced good work on my teeth. This last time, I needed a tooth rebuilt and the result was fantastic. Cosmetically beautiful, it is a robust addition to my dental assemblage. Although professional, he is conversationally engaging and has a good sense of humour.

Fantastic experience: After an absolutely shocking poor level of service and communication from a different private dentist it was a huge relief to find the St Dunstans Practice. In particular, all the receptionists, dental nurses and Dr Surinder have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Perhaps most importantly there has been clear concise communication resulting in real trust leading to excellent outcomes and some very timely pre Christmas treatment. Apologies for accidentally only giving a one star review first time...5 star is order of the day....

Fantastic experience: If the state of your teeth tells a sorry and ruinous tale of aggressive filling in the 1950s and 60s, of your unconsciously grinding them together 24/7 for the next six decades, of successive and ever larger fillings, of crowns reaching the end of their reign, and eventually extractions which seriously reduce your chewing power, then you need Dr Bhatti’s near-miraculous skill and ingenuity. His implants are life-transforming and worth every penny, and his determination to preserve the ageing remnants is very reassuring. On top of it all he is a very nice man: careful and considerate, he treats you as more than just a collection of teeth, and gives every sign of recognising that he couldn’t do all this without the excellent support of the receptionists and dental nurses.

Ian Small and Steve Williams are superb, both really kind, thorough and patient despite obviously being very busy. I am frankly amazed as after years of dread each time to the point of tears, I can honestly say I no longer mind going to the dentist ! Root canal, filling and new crown, didn’t feel a thing, all explained. Life changing for me quite frankly. Reception team is terrific too, really friendly. Highly recommend, worth every penny.
