Fantastic experience: I just had an hour long appointment with Mahsa who promised it would be pain free and it absolutely was ! Mahsa is extremely communicative and explains her work in detail and with clarity. Mahsa was excellent at putting me at ease and highly skilled at the work itself. The best dentist I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: My dentist Mahsa was and is always fantastic. She is so gentle and always makes me feel welcome. I suffer with bad anxiety and I was lucky to have 3 lovely ladies that helped me to stay calm. So I would recommend this practice to anyone who struggles with their mental health.

Negative experience: Constant staff turnover meant you rarely saw the same dentist. They always seemed to manage to find something that you needed treatment for, even though my teeth never give me any bother… I also got fed up being asked to pay in advance for treatment, the final straw being asked to pay for treatment 3 months in advance! Went to another dentist who confirmed my suspicions; I didn’t need the 3 fillings that MK Dental wanted payment 3 months in advance for… I get the feeling a lot of customers get treatment that may not be needed! Avoid.

Negative experience: Although the team are friendly, my experience has been disappointing, with long delays and poor communication throughout. I paid over £3k for what was presented as Invisalign, only to later discover it was actually 32Co — a cheaper alternative never explained upfront, which felt misleading. It then took more than three months to begin treatment, double the time promised, and once payment was made, the customer care seemed to vanish. When treatment finally started, I was fitted with visible “buttons” on almost every tooth (despite being told only a few might be needed), which has really affected my confidence. A procedure also removed more tooth than expected, leaving visible gaps (rather than the “human hair” size described), with little explanation or aftercare beyond being given a booklet. Even before this, I’d had to return multiple times to fix a simple filling. Emails often go unanswered for days, and I’m still waiting on responses now — hence resorting to this review. For the cost and promises made, the experience has been a real let-down.

Negative experience: I used to be very happy with this dentist years ago, but things have changed. The staff is different, prices are increased a lot. What made me feel really uncomfortable? from the receptionist to the dentist himself, I felt pushed towards the most expensive options. They kept pressuring me to book immediately (and pre pay) and even calling me again after 5 minutes I left. What used to be a welcoming dental practice has now turned into nothing more than a money-making machine.

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ This clinic is a complete scam. They don’t care about patients at all — the only thing they push is Invisalign so they can make more money. If you go in with a normal dental query, they simply don’t care. I even paid for my X-rays and signed consent to have them released, but they have ignored every request. No reply, no professionalism, nothing. The only time they seem to be active is on Instagram and social media, where they pretend to be a caring clinic just to lure more people in. It’s disgraceful how little respect they show to actual patients. Once they’ve taken your money, they don’t care. I am still waiting for my X-rays which I paid for — release them immediately.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is quite frankly terrified of going to the dentist I can actually say my visit for 3 fillings was great, The dentist was very patient and understanding, and best of all I never felt a thing, would highly recommend .

Negative experience: "Are you happy with the shade of your teeth, we can book you in for teeth whitening now" .... pushy sales people.... let us walk you to the desk so you can book it now, don't worry you can set up a payment plan with us. MK dentist are always late, never on time and if this eats into your work time and you need to cancel you will not get your deposit back.

Negative experience: A month ago I cancelled an appointment and asked for a refund of the money I had paid in advance for the treatment - £164.80. Despite multiple calls to the clinic I have still not received the refund. It seems like a badly run practice and I certainly will not be going back!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing this MK Dentist for a number of years now and gladly travel out of my way because the care is truly exceptional. They're professional, gentle, kind, and genuinely sympathetic. I always feel heard and well taken care of. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend enough MK Dental Practise . Everyone here is so lovely Reception Staff Dental Assistants, Mo, Sam, and of course my Dentist Chris. I had not been to the Dentist in quite a few years mainly because I was scared. I think a lot of people feel like this but it really is an amazing place they are kind very patient and empathetic. They treated me with such kindness have done a fantastic job everything was explained to me the whole way through my treatment . So I would say go for it plus they do patient plans which help with the cost of treatments . Thank you again everyone.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient due to a nightmare experience as a child. I have a massive issue with needles so that doesn't help either. My Dentist has reassured me on numerous occasions that everything will be fine and dandy because she put together a plan with me. I'm now entering the last stage of my treatment and can't wait to see the end result. I cannot fault my Dentist and her beautiful plan. If you're worried then just explain your fears to them. You don't even have to sit in the chair until you feel at ease. They listen and understand as you will not be their first rodeo. Anyways, Have A Smiley Day.

Fantastic experience: The hygenist (Jess) was amazing and very gentle and kind. I hate going to the dentists but Jess put me at ease. Admin wise - having to pay a deposit for the next booking seems a bit harsh and also it is always seems soo cumbersome to actually get a full receipt.. that system need work I think! But dentistry wise, all good.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental practice, they are not pushing to upsell on your treatment, and do not make out there are issues when there are not. Every treatment I have had has been done in a very professional manner. The staff are very friendly, presentable and the place is clean and tidy. Receptionists are lovely and extremely helpful.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend MK dental for all your dental needs. My experience was very good. The staff are helpful and very nice. I was so nervous during my procedure but they were so calming and made me felt so relaxed.

Negative experience: I’ve consistently found this clinic to run behind with appointments, rarely staying on time. While the staff are friendly during treatment, there’s a persistent pushiness when it comes to upselling products and services. On one occasion, I was taken to the desk and felt pressured into booking a teeth whitening appointment, which made the experience uncomfortable. The way it’s brought up while you’re in the chair makes it difficult to decline, leaving me feeling more like a sales target than a patient. My last visit was a better experience, but straight after I was asked if I could leave a review. It would be far better to simply give people a genuinely good experience without an agenda, and trust that they’ll leave honest feedback on their own.

Fantastic experience: I was unable to get a dentist through lockdown and really needed to see someone! Mk Dental welcomed me with open arms and have seen me through surgery and implants! Mo is the most calming dentist I’ve ever met and is perfect for nervous patients! I highly recommend everyone at the surgery but Mo and Jess (hygienist) are amazing and have always listened and never made me feel rushed or just another patient. Any problems have been quickly resolved and I only wish I’d found Mo, Jess and Mk Dental sooner!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Amir twice now for the air flow hygiene clean. I can honestly say he is wonderful. He gave me great advice and was calm, lovely and kind. I definitely recommend Amir and the airflow clean. Additionally Anita on reception was brilliant in getting me in to see Chris after I was late. They both did everything they could to fit me in at the end of the day.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just started my Invisalign journey with Mo and it has been great from the start. Very quick responses from Sam when I enquired and had questions. And so far, all appointments have been timely. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really good experience here (in as much as a trip to the dentist can be), having two old fillings replaced and a hygienist session as an NHS patient. Front desk are efficient and friendly, Mo was brilliant on my first visit to diagnose issues - he explained everything clearly, without rushing, and was able to show me with clear photos what was going on. On my second visit, Jess was absolutely awesome. She noted that I was a bit nervous, and really took her time to put me at ease both before and during the procedure(s). All the way through, she was extremely ably assisted by Nicky (sp?) who was also very friendly with an excellent manner. Can't recommend them enough - thank you.

Negative experience: I was given poor advice on what treatment I should get for my chipped tooth. It all felt very transactional and pressurised into spending a lot of money on a treatment I didn't actually need. The dentist & assistant weren't very warming and were just in it for the most expensive treatment. Didn't fill me with confidence at all. So I ignored their advice, transfered to a different dental practice and then got completely different advice which was 1/3 the cost and I was treated as a person! When I mentioned I was previously with MK Dental, the dentist knew of them and was shocked at the dental advise I'd been given. Don't go to MK Dental, if you can help it!

Negative experience: I have been a NHS patient at MK for years. I was not informed that I could no longer receive NHS dentistry until I made an appointment. They had sent a letter to the wrong address. I once went into the practice for treatment and registered at reception, I was the only person in the reception area sitting in front of the desk with 2 receptionists behind the desk, after a 50 min wait they asked what I was waiting for and was told my dentist had gone home. What did the think I was doing there? I have had all sorts of billing problems with MK and tbh the service has always been shoddy. Maybe the private patients get better treatment but I will not be going back. To rub salt in the wound they emailed me last week saying I could book a NHS appointment only to be told I could not be seen on the NHS when I tried to book.I only persevered with MK as its impossible to see a dentist on the NHS. I certainly will not be treated as a private patient at MK.

Negative experience: Awful place... endless cancelled appointments, treated appallingly on numerous occasions when the wrong treatment was rescheduled by the practice (not me). Refused planned treatment whilst sat in chair based on a Google search by the dentist. GP & Oncologist had both written to practice to say this was totally incorrect information and based on zero facts. Finally a medication was added to my records that I have NEVER been prescribed which they refused to remove. Terrible & dangerous place.

Fantastic experience: My first time at MK was great, lovely staff, a very professional and positive atmosphere. Had a thorough check up and booked in for a hygiene appointment and my first filling. No fuss nice and easy. Thank you MK, highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have at last found a Wonderful dentist Mahsa after so many years of searching. She has great personality and her dentistry is second to none. I have had chips filled and my back tooth repaired with no pain or problems with great asthetic results. My ongoing treatment will involve a denture as I have lost two back Teath.. I am actually looking forward to seeing my dentist again. Now that's saying something for me

Fantastic experience: I have had an 'all on four' implant carried out by Mo and his team here. They have all made what is a pretty grim procedure into a painless experience and we have transferred our routine dentristy to them as well as recommending them to everyone we know. They offer everything in the one practice from dental maintenance, routine hygenist and periodontal treatment up to single and full implants. The staff are all very professional and jolly and almost make visiting a dentist a fun experience...!

Fantastic experience: I’ve changed my dentist to John Akkala and recently had a hygienists appointment with him. This is by far the best clean I’ve ever had from anyone. He was so thorough and my teeth nearly 3 weeks on still feel so clean.

Fantastic experience: I have had pain for as long as I can remember, and was losing my teeth 1 at a time. Including 2 front ones. Top and bottom. Dr Zeena Chasko was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. All the staff are so friendly and polite. I got 2 plates made and I couldn't be happier with the end result. They are an amazing fit, look so natural and I haven't had a single sore spot. I have been painless, sleep so much better, can eat in comfort and use all my teeth. My confidence is back and I was told by a stranger that I had a lovely smile within 30 minutes of leaving the practice. I would award 6 out of 5 if I could. Changed my life

Negative experience: Horrible, Horrible Experience!! Stressful and Rude, Ill mannered staff!! Won’t refund my credit on my account!!! So I had teeth whitening booked, and cancelled within the correct cancellation policy time. £49 I tried to get refunded for months and months. And nobody called me back, nobody dealt with it. So it sat on file. Because I couldn’t get the coordinating manager to deal with it. I was fair in saying ‘Oh just put it towards as hygiene appointment please’. But as the lady on reception that I spoke to who wouldn’t give her name to me, said I had missed 7 appointments. All of which were rescheduled, may I add, and I missed the last one within 24 hours notice. They’re keeping my money. When I’m planning on spending a huge amount of money on Invisalign Treatment. Sam is lovely, always has been and I’ve known her since being under the practice some years. The other receptionists over promise and under deliver and quite frankly it’s just another telephone call. Well sorry ladies you’ve just lost a customer. And you can stick your £49 where the monkey keeps his nuts!!! I mean who taught these people manners. Oh and this definitely will be going further. We’re in a recession and your basically robbing of hard working people and it’s disgusting and your practice and staff should be ashamed of themselves. But no of course not because like most ungracious, in-compassionate people you could care about me. Don’t waste your £££ at this surgery for Invisalign, or any other private dentistry. Go somewhere else where they will speak to you like a human being, not a child. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Fantastic experience: Just had the third of 3 hygiene appointments to really get to grips with my gum health at MK Dental and I’m so glad I made this commitment. Amir is very professional and I have to say, gentle and careful. I was quite nervous but he checked in with me all the time to see if I was okay. I felt I could stop at any point but I didn’t need to because there was no pain during the root planing. He showed me what’s happening with my bone density and gums so I could really see what I need to do. Thanks to Amir I feel motivated and capable of getting my oral health back on track after years of not really paying it enough attention. It is really boosting my confidence to know I will have an amazing smile at the end of my Invisalign journey. I am 100% delighted with the service I am receiving here and all the staff are lovely.

Fantastic experience: My 14year old daughter broke both of her front teeth 5 and a half years ago. In that time she has had many dental treatments, a stay in hospital for an abscess, root canal treatment during Covid, broken her fake teeth biting on a sandwich then again hitting the bottom of a pool… Two weeks ago we met DR ZEENA at MK dental. I cannot recommend her more! Alyssa felt immediately at ease! Dr Zeena explained our options and we went with a more of a permanent solution, a crown and composite bonding. Throughout the whole process she was amazing with my daughter- but most importantly gave her back two front teeth AND her confidence. Our next step orthodontic treatment- which again thanks to Dr Zeena for her referral, we are awaiting an appointment. Dr Zeena and Nurse Sreethu, I am honestly so grateful- Alyssa has perfect front teeth and hasn’t stopped taking selfies!

Mohit, Jess and team are absolute experts in their advice, guidance and knowledge, as well as friendly, genuine people who care about giving great customer service. My only regret is that I did not come here sooner! I would (and already have) reccomend them to anyone in full confidence.

Negative experience: Terrible handling of Invisalign treatment. I had all my consultation appointments, which regularly ran late, paid my deposit and was told my next appointment in 2 weeks was going to be my first set of braces. Came in for that appointment, was told the plan had changed, would cost more and no braces had been made for me. No one thought to contact me to let me know that things had changed in that 2 weeks. I decided against the treatment and sought a refund, was referred to the practice manager Tom by email who argued about it at first but eventually agreed a full refund and gave me a form to fill out for it. Over a month later, still no acknowledgement of receiving that form back from me or any funds returned, I followed up with another email last week which has still been ignored. I have not had any contact since the 18th July, and it took a month to get to the point of receiving a form for the refund when I started raising this problem on the 17th June. Very poor service

They allowed me to go at my own pace and take breaks when I needed to and my teeth have never looked better - thank you

Fantastic experience: Mo and Jeny were fantastic today - really friendly, sensitive to whether I was feeling any pain or discomfort and focused on making adjustments to make sure I was feeling okay throughout my filling appointment. The reception staff are also really lovely and the calming music really helps to put you at ease. The best dental experience I have ever had. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I came in for a hygienist appointment and I am so pleased. Thankyou Jessica and her assistant. I had some staining on my composite bonding and she got rid of it all! The ladies at the reception fit me in very quickly. Would really recommend this dental practice.
