Negative experience: A year ago the dentist re glued my crown that came out. It happened again so i went back. They insisted that i had an x ray. They then re glued the tooth. I was horrified that they had the cheek to charge me £63 They are just a money machine. My advice is to go elsewhere

Negative experience: I went in twice, first to get forms and reception staff were abrupt and just plainly rude. Thought the lady might just be having a bad day. I then went in with my small baby and the same person said that they cant take my forms as they were too busy…saying that whilst there were two of them at the desk. I was not greeted with a 'hello, how are you!'...the first thing I was asked was 'have you got an appointment'....what has happened to customer service and just being polite! Glad I didn't register with them. Drove straight to another dentist where I was greeted with a friendly smile.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this dental office at all. Not only do they refuse to let patients book direct appointments with a hygienist, forcing everyone into unnecessary (and costly) dentist appointments even for basic cleanings, but the quality of dental care here is poor. When I took my daughter for an Invisalign consultation, we were told that her teeth would need filing before starting. Thankfully, I got a second opinion from another orthodontist, who confirmed that no such filing was necessary. This office feels more focused on upselling and adding unnecessary procedures than on genuinely helping patients. The lack of flexibility, questionable treatment recommendations, and disregard for patient time make it clear that this place cares more about profit than providing good care. If you value quality and honesty, go elsewhere!

Positive experience: My sons both have been with Hamsey Green Dentist (now called Together dental) since they were little. Nice service with lovely attitude ( I do need that to help me calm). My boys have Dr Sriskandarajah(we call him Jey) he is the one the dentists and full of smile. He has helped my sons more relaxed during the treatment. The receptionist were helpful when I asked for the help for my son's referral to the orthodontist she assisted me and communicated with the orthodontist which makes me very grateful. Unfortunately, contacting them with them phone might be not that easy, you just have to be patient to wait for a certain time if you are lucky the call would get through quickly. Otherwise, you just have to email or go to their website to create an account to manage yourself. It would be nice to have a call back service, I would say.

Negative experience: Don't listen properly. Try to maximise the amount of money they can get from you. Get visibly annoyed if you require discount through NHS/government schemes. Staff seem condescending.

Fantastic experience: Great service from Together Dental, as always. I had a filling and a deep clean. Efficient and friendly dentist too.

Negative experience: No issues with the service provided by the dentists, but to have the receptionist put the phone down on you whilst trying to book an appointment (after being kept on hold for over 15 minutes) is not something that I want to deal with again. I'll be looking for a new dentist due to this.

Negative experience: I have previously been attending this very same dentist over the last 20 years. However I can surely now say that the QUALITY of service provided then and now has completely switched. The very very impatient, condescending and rude receptionist over the phone decided to harress and bully me about how she could not provide me with an appointment even though I am registered there as a patient. She then proceeded to cut me off multiple times whilst I was talking to let me know that the practice would be busy over the next few weeks and could not provide appointments until a few weeks ahead. I explained my situation to this rude female receptionist expressing how I needed to see my dentist asap. She again was not willing to accommodate my situation even though I had called a day before and been told by said person to call in at 8am for an appointment. I will not be returning to together dental hamsey after being treated this way. This rude individual also began to abuse their postion of power by reminding me how I had not attended the dentist in a while and as such dont deserve to be seen. Again something which is NONE OF HER BUSINESS The actual dentists have always been lovely and provide a quality service however the reception desk really needs to get their basic telephone manner in order instead of trying to con people out of money by repeatedly letting them know that nhs patients are no longer welcome at the practice. I am so so shocked at how anyone could treat a LONG TIME PAYING CUSTOMER this way

Negative experience: My wife was told she had gum disease and needed to see a hygienist, was told she would get a deep clean and the works if she went private instead of nhs. . She paid £25 deposit and went in today and paid another £50. She was in and out in less than 15 minutes. So she paid £75 for a private care with hygienist for 12 minutes of nothing. A lot of people i have spoken to have said theirs take 30 to 40 minutes so either my wife did not need to see a hygienist or she did not do everything she was paid to do. Not impressed.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous for my appointment with Hygenist Melissa Mukherjee after having a bad experience previously elsewhere. So glad I booked with Melissa! She was totally amazing! Thanks to Melissa and her assistant, the treatment I was dreading was painless, I was treated with care and understanding. My trembling hands and pounding heart soon eased and I have already booked my next appointment. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had some damaged back teeth extracted. There are obviously better ways to spend 45 minutes and a considerable amount of money, but I have to say the discomfort was minimal, and I was kept advised of what was happening. All in all not a bad experience at all. I think the dentist, Rikesh, probably suffered more than I, due to muscle strain from trying to loosen stubborn stumps!!

Fantastic experience: Have visited 'Together Dental' today, formerly the 'Hamsey Green Dental Practice' for an assessement, hygene clean up and glass ionomer repair following issues on holiday. I saw the wonderful Dr Sandhu who made the whole process a great experience. He is extremely kind, personable and gave me helpful and resassuring explanation of his treatment . Have been going to this practice now for about 16 years and they are a 'Beacon of Excellence' in the dental world. Would wholeheartedly recommend visiting this practice which is well worth 6 Stars!.

I'm a very nervous patient and the dentist, Hussain, made me feel at ease and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Everything is now sorted and I am feeling much better about my teeth. Fantastic experience: I saw Melissa (the hygienist) and I am very happy with the service and the results. I had bad staining from using Corsodyl mouthwash over a prolonged period following dental surgery and was concerned that my teeth would never look quite the same, but after my visit to Melissa they are looking very clean and the stains gone, and I have got my confidence back.

He is polite and soft spoken. He is gentle with gums and even the ones who are scared of dental tools can be assured of being at ease. He is good with children too. ……………………………………………………………………….……... I have now been seeing him since last 6 months for both emergencies and routine appointments and he outclasses his previous performance/service every time. Best thing is he knows what he is doing. So we can rest assured.

Fantastic experience: Once again had the amazing Dr Sandhu at 'Together Dental' for my checkup and hygenist appointment. It was a wonderful experience and he always puts one at ease, explains everything about what he is doing, he is a first class dentist. Anyone with concerns about visiting a dentist should have their fears alleviated by visiting this excellent practice. The practice raises the bar as to what experience patients can receive when visiting a modern and well equiped surgery .

Fantastic experience: Attended the surgery a few minutes early and sat in the waiting room. Dental assistant came to collect me on time. On entry to the room dentist greeted me in a friendly manner and I sat in the chair. I needed an injection and whilst this was becoming numb he checked over all my teeth. He did performed the necessary work, keeping me informed as to what was happening. All work was carried out in 15-20 minutes and he bid me farewell telling me to come back in 6 months unless I had problems before. Dentist made me feel relaxed and calm. I thought this was a perfect visit.

Positive experience: Cannot fault the treatment and explanations for an emergency appointment. However disappointed with the reception process. Despite arriving and reporting to reception on time I was ‘forgotten’ resulting in a delay in being seen

Negative experience: Terrible service! The reception team is lovely but not sure who saw my daughter recently. I had to book my daughter in for an emergency appointment as she was having severe tooth pain. Once there (for the first time), the moment we walked into the room, the dentist (or assistant) instantly looked at his watch, he then flashed his light in my daughters mouth for a second and then said "yes shes go cavities" but there was nothing he could do. I asked if he could check her properly as he only took (I kid you not) 3 minutes before getting rid of us. I told him my daughter has been losing sleep because of the pain, he responded just give her calpol but there was nothing more he could do, also said that emergency appointments means he only has 5 mins max to check anything. The next day my daughter was in agony and had to take her to the hospital!! The dentists there said it was really bad that my original dentist did not do anything about it, she was clearly in a lot of pain. It took them 3-4 mins to put in a temporary filling in (as they were baby teeth thankfully) and literally after that, the pain was gone. At Together dentist they clearly do not care about the kids. When I went to reception I asked for another longer appointment where my daughter could be seen properly and they gave me an appointment 2 months away. Never going back!! I was even contemplating to get myself some care plans and possibly retainers and other teeth treatments, but most definitely will not be spending my money there and will encourage others to not go there either!

Fantastic experience: A very happy and reassuring environment. The staff make you feel at ease and are very professional.

Positive experience: No complaints about the treatment. All options well explained and there was no attempt to seriously 'upsell'. Treatment itself was painless, quick and effective. I would like to make one point, in terms of presentation. In the reception area there are individual pictures of all dentists with their names and glowing reviews underneath them Then, right at the bottom is a single polaroid of a group outside the surgery which simply says 'nurses' (Not even 'Our nurses'). I'm sure the dentists would agree that they couldn't do their work without the support they receive from nurses so similar billing on the 'wall of fame', I think, would be a good idea and welcomed by staff and customers. Just a thought.

Fantastic experience: Using my partners email, My name is Molly & I have had a horrible fear of the dentist for years and am petrified of needles, Flora took my tooth out today with no pain at all, made me feel comfortable and made sure I was in no pain! I’m so happy!!

I'm very nervous and they allowed me plenty of time and breaks so I could stay calm. They used modern methods, which made the whole treatment much easier, and I won't worry about going back next time. Highly recommended.
