Fantastic experience: Phoned at 10pm on Sunday evening- phone answered straight away and apppointment given for 11pm - root canal surgery performed by Dr Benjamin- excellent service.

Negative experience: Went to see this dentist as I was in agony from a wisdom tooth extraction, done elsewhere. He spent 5 minutes, cleaning out the wound with mouthwash and putting a dressing in and charged me £260. I felt completely rushed. I was in absolute agony the following day so went to see another private dentist who advised, the current stitches were too tight so when they cut them open, they discovered a horrible infection and dry socket. They spent over an hour with me, numbed the area, cleaned it out completely and did a lose stitch and charged me less than what this place did. I was extremely disappointed! I felt conned and robbed.

After a call and short consultation I soon found myself in the waiting room of Emergency Dentist London. I can’t deny I initially felt a little nervous. Dr Rashi soon put me at ease. Fantastic experience: To anybody that insecure about there teeth or even anything else this is the clinic for you Benjamin when I met him i was so insecure about my teeth he made me feel so comfortable it was unbelievable and very professional I was honestly terrified to trust anybody to do the work that I wanted I was highly recommend to Benjamin and everything that was said about his clinic was 100 percent the truth I had some crowns done with Benjamin a few difrent designs that didn't suit my mouth Benjamin was so patient with Me and made me feel so calm and worked very hard to get me exacly what I wanted I had zirconium crowns at the top of my mouth I will be going back to get the bottom ones done in a couple of weeks Benjamin is so professional no pain brilliant hygiene 5 when I seen my crowns that Benjamin designed for me to fit my mouth I was so over whelmed they were exacly what I told him that I wanted down to the design couler and detailing it was all perfect I am very blessed to have met Benjamin life changing 5

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a badly infected second molar on the bottom part and I was booked within one hour to be seen by the dentist. He scanned it and offered me to options. Either I’ll take antibiotics and wait for the infection to go and have the tooth removed after, or just have it removed right away, even though he advised it will be painful. I took the second option and I didn’t regret one minute. I didn’t feel any pain during the extraction, just a dull one afterwards but it was so mild that I didn’t even need painkillers. Probably, the doctor had more pain than me because he had to cut the tooth and what was supposed to be a 5 minutes job, turned into 45 minutes job, but he was extremely professional and caring. I’m working very hard trying to avoid returning, but if needed in the future, that will be the place. 10/10

Positive experience: It was okay for an emergency - you get what you pay for. I waited about 30 mins and was seen for 5 mins, asked for a second opinion on my condition but was discharged very quickly after one speedy X-ray. Fastest visit ever - on the upside if you have a tooth infection and need to see someone on a Sunday - they answer the phone and give an appointment or advice immediately.

Fantastic experience: I attended an emergency appointment at the other clinic in Feltham with the amazing Dr Usamah and had my first stage of root canal done. I went in with so much pain he saw me immediately and got out of pain! Then for my second stage I saw Dr Rashi here, who completed my root canal and also did my amazing crown after. I’am soo happy with their treatment, highly experienced and I cannot recommend her enough!
