Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and am very pleased to have found Wilson House. The team are excellent – Kirra on reception is welcoming and professional, and Kajal is an outstanding dentist. She carried out a filling and teeth whitening with great care and skill, making the whole process comfortable and stress-free. Her nurse, Kesia, was also very supportive throughout. I would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Appointment Thursday 7th at 9am with hygenist. At 9.10 alerted reception to advise I hadn't been seen . She went to the surgery to question I stood in reception and heard laughing from surgery. Say no more. Thought you had an appointment system! Absolute rubbish

Fantastic experience: Keval is a proficient, professional kind and caring dentist. You are not just a client you are a person when treated by Keval. He has a lovely smiling nurse to assist his name I believe is Ciera. The women on reception also make up part of the team they do their upmost to assist if there needs to be any rearrangement of appointments. There was also an excellent team of hygienist who don’t just ensure they give a thorough clean of your teeth. They also remind me how to do so proficiently. I would not trust my teeth or that with my family to any of the Dentist of their team. I highly recommend Keval And the team at Wilson house

Keval Shah is not Elaine Mustoe, something to aspire to, teasing :-) He is not a modern patronising dentist, but a nice friendly one, with nurse Jasmin, they make a great team. Fantastic experience: Friendly, attentive staff from the receptionists to the dental nurse and the dentist. Any passing staff in the corridors, stairs or waiting areas always greet with a smile too. I will miss Ahmed particularly as I feel he's built up a great rapport now.

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I've ever been to. Every time I come in I get a nice warm welcome, Layla and Chanel are so lovely! Great communication from the practice also. If there is a cancellation they normally give me a call to see if I am available to come in sooner. Dr Zakaria is absolute magic! I've had to have quite a few fillings and am very anxious to go to the dentist normally, but Dr Zakaria has made me feel so much more at ease. It's now as enjoyable as going to the dentist can be! He's very knowledgeable, kind and has been so incredibly patient with me. Nurse Alex is also so kind and lovely to talk to. Thank you to the team in Wilson House, you guys are all great!

Fantastic experience: 2025 My teeth were ruined by the UK dental practices of the 1950s and early 1960s (Drill, Baby, Drill!!!!). Further damage was done by me living overseas in remote places without a dentist for most of the 1970s and early 1980s resulting in a few extractions when I returned to the UK. Since becoming a Wilson House patient in 1983 I have always had excellent care. They have preserved and improved my teeth, and also identified and solved a serious sinus problem. I have just had two old fillings repaired/replaced by Zakaria Ghrouf who did a great job; no discomfort at all, leaving my teeth feeling clean and smooth. 2024 I had a difficult extraction of a tooth I had broken. Zac did a great job and I had no pain or problems during or after the procedure. I have continued to receive good service under the new ownership. My only disappointment is that my dentist of 25 years left the practice, and since then I have had two new dentists in two years. They have both been good, but it is reassuring to have a long term relationship. 2022 Excellent service during Covid. Less frequent checks, but very high standards to avoid infection. Just had self-inflicted minor damage to three teeth repaired. Friendly, Efficient, Painless and High Quality service. 2019 I have been a patient since moving to the area in 1983. I have always received excellent treatment and professional yet friendly service.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist clinic and amazing team! Receptionists are very nice and professional, promptly helping with every enquiry. The dentist ( Zakaria) and the Romanian nurse have been expectional and professional. I am more than happy to have found these staff, I feel at home and well taken care of. Fantastic experience: Kindly, but very efficient & professional. By 2025, I will have been using the practice for about 8 years and have had nothing but 1st class service. I have only had one unplanned procedure during the period I've been with them (replacement of a front tooth that eventually fell out after coming slightly loose 15 years ago) and that was accomplished very successfully with absolutely no fuss. ... all the staff are lovely too. This practice is highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I can thoroughly recommend Wilson House Dental Practice. After not going to the Dentist in years due to bad experiences younger in life, they are a refreshing change. Everything is explained clearly, including importantly the “why” a certain procedure needs to be done. I now visit 6 monthly and can recommend the DenPlan as an affordable way to ensure dental care is not a surprise and is planned for. Reception staff are lovely and friendly and the Hygienist and Dentist team are also superb. Free parking in limited spaces next to the practice, or just across a quiet road in the public car park.

Under the expert care of my dentist, Anna, and nurse Isabella, who is very kind and caring, I underwent a seamless procedure. They worked in sync, mastery and dexterity. They explained the procedure and the plan to improve my smile. We discussed affordability options so it does not have to break the bank. In particular Gizel is an attentive dentist for which nothing is too much trouble and everything is delivered with a smile. I hope she stays with the practice, and is able to defer more sessions. Fantastic experience: The best dentist in Milton Keynes. Starting from the ladies on Reception to first class , honest and trustworthy dentistry. A dentist that truly cares is very difficult to find, however this becomes natural with my dentist here. Also doesn’t rip you off with prices!

Fantastic experience: My previous review was 5 years old and obsolete. I have now been treated by Dr. Keval over several years and I find him always welcoming, extremely kind and caring and highly professional and gentle in his manner. During the last few years I have had the occasional dental emergency which has necessitated fairly invasive short term treatment which was always completed quickly, calmly and made me feel totally at ease. We attend every six months and see a hygienist regularly. I was invited to write a review following a short appointment this week with Keval and his nurse Ciera to repair a small break on a tooth. The appointment was a quick follow up after a regular check a couple of weeks ago. I was greeted on arrival, seen on time in a newly refurbished room. The treatment was quick and efficient, and there was a little time left afterwards for a chat about our family, which makes one feel valued. I have found that visits to Wilson House are always a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I've recently had dental implants done and have to say the treatment has been excellent. Zak, my dentist, did an outstanding job — his expertise and care really stood out. Alex, the nurse, was also fantastic. I've never had any issues with booking appointments and the reception staff like Layla have always been super friendly - I would highly recommend this practice for any dental work!

Negative experience: Unfortunately staff turnover issues means that they can now only provide basic dental services. I was diagnosed as requiring a root canal earlier this year but I had to delay treatment for personal reasons. I am now able to go ahead, but apparently the only dentist there sufficiently qualified to do this treatment has left. So I have been referred to a different dentist who is charging me an additional £145 "Consultation Fee" on top of the treatment cost. They have apologised but not offered to cover the extra costs I now have to incur. Will be looking for an alternative dental practice able to offer the full range of services.

Negative experience: Cancelled appointment after cancelled appointment, appointments always late leaving me twiddling my thumbs in the waiting room, my dental insurances covers me for 2 checkups a year unfortunately this practice keeps pushing them back so i can only visit every 8 months at best. 4th dentist in as many years at wilson house, have to wonder what happened to this once reliable practice...the denplan price goes up year on year yet the service here inversely corresponds. Sad times, I used to recommend this place. 2024 update - This practice still can't seem to stick to the booking times, I am still left in the waiting room 10 minutes every appointment, yet only in the chair for 3 minutes, almost as if I'm being rushed out the door..... The only reason I'm using this practice is because im too short of time to find another at present.

Fantastic experience: Appointment with Ahmed today. On time and very personable Disappointed to find that if I wish to stay as a patient of Ahmeds I can only see him on a Monday. This is difficult to work around for me and I like continuity of care Also had to have xrays again, told it was 'nhs guidelines' to have these annually now. Thats new! and where are the nhs dentists these days? I am concerned about the radiation from regular xrays especially if they are now annual. I would prefer a longer examination than xrays which after all only show problems on the day. Xrays always used to the every TWO years unless you had problems with your teeth I am a nervous patient but I am very concerned that although Ahmed works hard to put me at my ease (thank you) the consultation was only ten minutes long with no obvious soft tissue check, tongue check or comment just the gum health prick procedure and a minor bit of scale removed and I am dispatched! I was told that my teeth are in excellent condition which is great but a little longer consultation would be reassuring Dentist may all work differently but it did seem that my appointment was very short and perhaps not as thorough as I have had in the past when Chris was my dentist and who was on site all week to see his patients! The receptionist on duty was very personable and certainly helpful with my questions about patient records etc and advising if other dentists at Wilson House work more than one day a week Your comments on these observations would be appreciated Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely painless treatment from Zahira earlier today. She's an excellent hygienist - always happy to offer explanations and suggest improvements.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shah was absolutely brilliant. I was really nervous for my first ever filling, but he made the experience as comfortable as possible and I felt well looked after throughout. The dental nurse was also extremely competent and friendly. I will definitely be returning again as and when needed in the future (hopefully not too soon!).

Negative experience: I saw Kajal for an emergency appointment. Due to three bouts of COVID and the fact that I now live over a hundred miles from the practice, I had not had a checkup for a number of years. This seemed to be an annoyance to Kajal who though polite was distinctly frosty despite my attempts to be friendly. The only time her mood brightened was when I mentioned that I might find a more local practice. I left with the impression that she felt that I was wasting her time regardless of the fact that I am still in discomfort with my tooth. My previous dentist at the practice could not have been more different.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was to have a bridge fitted, as this was my 1st experience of this treatment, I was very nervous, but Keval put me at ease and did a brilliant job.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an implantology consultation with Dr. Mahammed. I found Dr Mohammed to be very knowledgeable, open and honest about my implants and have every confidence in undergoing surgery with him.

Positive experience: I've been a patient at this practice for 45 years & have always rated the staff very highly. I was with Sue Braun for 24 years & she would always descale any tartar & give my teeth a polish. My last 2 visits have been with 2 new dentists who were both lovely. However, I was disappointed that no descale of tartar or polishing of my teeth were offered on my last 2 visits. I don't wish to give a negative post but would hope that a descale of tartar & tooth polish will be offered on my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Excellent work and consideration from Keval every single time. Great recent work on a tooth that needed capping. I would highly recommend Keval for anyone needing work done or general maintenance and care. Good communication on what is needed and why. Professional, knowledgeable and importantly a genuine very nice person.

Fantastic experience: I visited the dentist and saw Zakaria what a amazing dentist I was saying about how to get my teeth whitened and he explored loads of different options and explained the health benefits of Invisalign how it will make it easier to floss. I felt he gave me extra time to discuss and made me feel really relaxed and calm what a really nice dentist. I had been with the same dentist for twenty years plus and he retired so was a bit apprehensive but all that went after my visit great experience from start to finish including reception so glad I chose Wilson house.

That said, I’ve always found the staff and in particular the dentists, very friendly and professional. My recent visit was no exception. Fantastic experience: Dentistry has moved on from school days some 60 years ago in London (Thank goodness). where fear and hatred of the drill probably started for me, and for others with a similar phobia. Wilson House has managed - over the last 30 + years to provide a service always meeting and sometimes exceeding my expectations of care an attention, so as to almost banish my concerns.
