Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dentist, I was so worried about having my 2 teeth out but I was in the best hands. Suki, Ceri & charlotte were so lovely, calmed me and my 2 teeth were out within minutes. Would definitely recommend this dentist, don't be worried at all!

Fantastic experience: Was quite apprehensive in the build up to a wisdom tooth extraction, really had nothing to worry about, I’ve had worse routine checkups! This team is super professional, calming, sets expectations from the outset and explained the possible scenarios that may occur during the op. But in my case, they had it out all in one, and in a flash (despite a very curved root). Fantastic experience: Dr Atthi was beyond wonderful. I cannot thank him enough. I’ve never had a tooth out and had no idea what to expect, other than the worst. But I was so so wrong. He talked me through everything, made me feel so at ease and honestly my tooth was out within what felt like 30 seconds. Even the numbing needles didn’t hurt. Thank you so much, and to nurse Charlotte who kept me chatting and distracted. Would never go anywhere else should I need any further dental treatment in the future. From the crying anxious pregnant lady who brought her parents along for moral support!

Fantastic experience: After my tooth broke at my regular dentist I was referred to the Smile Works in Wellington for a surgical abstraction. I was waiting barely a few minutes before being seen, both the dentist Dr Atthi and the nurse Charlotte, they were excellent and my fears went as they reassured me, I love Dr Atthi's sense of humour he made me laugh and that made the experience better, to top it all off the tooth was removed in seconds totally pain free. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is worried about going to the dentist

Negative experience: Teeth have been bleeding for 2 years since being at smileworks, all they tell you to do is keep brushing. I swapped to another dentist in telford and my bleeding has gone within 2 days.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to have an upper wisdom tooth removed and was treated by Dr Atthi and nurse Ceri. The whole process from start to finish was great! I was petrified and from the moment I walked into the room Dr Atthi put me at ease. The extraction including anaesthetic took less than 10 minutes with no pain whatsoever. Would definitely recommend Dr Atthi and his team!

Fantastic experience: Had the best care and treatment/filling today by dentist Simranpal and Beckie. Very warm, friendly and professional service at all time. They made me feel relaxed as was anxious upon arrival.

Fantastic experience: Time keeping was . Dr Atthi clearly explained everything to me including pros, cons, what happens if I don’t get the procedure done etc then gave me some time to decide without a rush. When we got to it, his local anaesthetic was spot on. I didn’t feel any pain and the procedure was done in good time. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the greatest experience ive ever had with a dentist! I was in with a terrible tooth id bee wanting out for years now and my regular dentist were too worried to do it. Dr Atthi and Charlotte were absolutely amazing! Calm, professional and truly eased my worries! There's me after having 2 extractions in the past by other dentists expecting the experience to be the same a long 30 to 40 min extraction. NOPE! Fantastic experience: Could not recommend higher. My previous experience with dentists had not been positive at all and when I was told I needed a filling (first one) I was filled with absolute dread. However last month on the day when it came to the filling my dentist, Simranpal and nurse, Leanne could not have been more supportive and reassuring. I was very nervous and worried about this and did not know what to expect however I was put to ease and was talked through the whole experience. While I wouldn't rush to have another filling (as good as the experience was) I would happily see my dentist again knowing I'd be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two appointments at Smile Works so far and both have been amazing. I felt well looked after and all the staff is super friendly and had big welcoming smiles as I walked in. My dentist at the practice is Simranpal and he is absolutely brilliant. Him and his lovely nurse, Leanne were so professional and I felt well at ease while under their care. It’s probably the first time any dentist has actually taken the time out to explain everything to me thoroughly. Every time Sim would use a different instrument he would describe how it would feel and its purpose, before putting it into my mouth. I found that very reassuring. Fantastic experience: I have never liked going to the dentist and I have really sensitive teeth which has previously made going to the dentist uncomfortable. Since moving to the smile works and seeing Aman it has been a more pleasant experience. I am always made to feel comfortable and reassured and my needs are taken into account. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My wife has just finished her Invisalign teeth straightening. The difference is amazing. Payment in stages to spread the cost and although not cheap, it’s a lifetime change and worth every penny. It’s incredible what can be done in 6-12 months. The staff here from reception, assistants and the dentists themselves are so friendly. The place is spotless as well. Very happy wife.

Fantastic experience: My doctor Sim Bhavra is a magician!! I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time so I was quite anxious to go to any dentist. I had a few decayed teeth which were causing pain so I chose to have some white fillings done. The team here are amazing, they were very patient and Dr Sim was very detailed and takes pride in his work. He showed me the fillings afterwards and they looked better than my original teeth!! I have been a few times since and they have been great every time. So I am very thankful, and would recommend them to everyone

Fantastic experience: Iv been at smileworks with Helen for about a decade now, iv been through my fair share of dentists over the years and never found one like Helen she's always on time and believe me when I tell you iv never had anyone administer an injection that you simply don't feel even a scratch, just nothing! She's got the hands from the injection gods I tell you I never feel them,which is some skill! I can always get an appointment when needed, the works always quality, I was referred to her from the chief of dentistry in Shropshire, he knew what he was doing! honestly if you can get in here go! Fantastic experience: I went today for a filling knowing it was quite deep. I have had past bad experiences so I was particularly nervous. As soon as I got in I told Simran T, the dentist, this and she made me feel comfortable and explained the whole procedure. There was no pain or sensitivity at all which I was so pleased about. The drilling was slightly uncomfortable but didn’t last for very long, maybe a few seconds at a time. The nurse was Wendy and she also made me feel very comfortable. They made sure I was ok and they were both really lovely. I am coming out of it feeling a lot more confident about going next time. Thank you so much both.

Fantastic experience: Huge thank you to Dr Atthi and his team for our recent visits. Such a calming man from start to finish he's remarkable!. On completion my daughter was so relieved she could not believe the single extraction of her back tooth (molar) resulted in no pain, she was astonished even with her current dental brace fitted, all over in minutes. The injection did not hurt at all, the drilling was not too bad the only bad thing was the water as it was cold on my sensitive teeth, however it wasn't too bad really. I am going back for a check up so I have not been put off. Thank you both for looking after me.

Fantastic experience: Turned up today for a wisdom tooth extraction… I wasn’t in the best of feels for it either. I was in the building for less than 4 minutes from the moment I sat down to the moment I left the doors. Suki the Dentist and Charlotte the Nurse both worked together like they’d done it a million times before, they are really professional people that made the experience a whole lot better despite the fact il be in agony for the next few days, it beats being in further pain if the problem was left unresolved. Highly recommend the Smile Works Practise to anyone needing treatment, they get the job done and with the upmost skill and knowledge given for after care.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist to see Dr Atthi to have a wisdom tooth with a hooked root removed and a root left in my gum which had been there for years today. I have to say I was petrified. I arrived at the practice early, to friendly staff. I was called in by Dr Atthi and by the time I sat down I had palpitations. I said I was petrified and he was so reassuring and listened to my fears. Dr Atthi said we are here to look after you every step of the way and will explain everything as we go along, and how you feel is important to us. I then felt calm and more relaxed as Beth the nurse was so lovely and held my hand when the anaesthetic was given. If anyone is referred to Dr Atthi, You have nothing to worry about, he as a lovely sense of humour, very caring, calming and absolute genius. He said he'd get my tooth and root out in two minutes and he did. Thank you Ceri you you was extremely kind. Thank you to the other two members of staff as well I have forgotten there names Would I go there again for oral surgery, yes I would. Thank you all.
