Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Shades Clinic! Really recommend! I was quite nervous about dentists before here but this has been a great place! Sunny did my Invisalign and I’ve had great results! (Without the extortionate prices and advertisements and over selling other dentists do!!) He also helped with my gum problems giving me excellent invaluable advice! Ana the receptionist is lovely and also very accommodating for changes to appointments as I do shift work that can be subject to change! Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: This afternoon I bought my mother who suffers from dimentia to see Haley, for a hygiene appointment. Hayley and her nurse where absolutely amazing. They not only managed to clean every tooth in her mouth whilst my mother was extremely uncooperative. They did it with calmness and grace and an abundance of kindness. Fantastic experience: Hayley was so helpful and sweet. I went in for a consultation because I had a weird pain around the jaw area that would come and go and occasionally could feel it extending on my right side of the brain. I found out my teeth were healthy and that I had TMD like most of the people who get very stressed in their daily lives. She reassured me that's nothing to worry about and gave me professional advice on how to handle this situation. She really made my day.

Fantastic experience: I had doubts after a bad experience at another practice I avoided dentists for 5 years’ until recently I had no choice with some serious seeming symptoms; receding gums, gum aches, swelling that I could no longer hold off, I thought my teeth were on the verge of coming out. I am glad I chose these guys I was impressed from the get go, I had a reschedule due to personal circumstances on the day itself, without hassle Anahid (I think it’s spelt Ana for short), the receptionist was professional and without delay arranged another appointment later that same day. The dentist, Huda was incredible she was very attentive to all my concerns and asked follow up questions to clarify and narrow down the possibilities of my problems (if any) and offered the various solutions I had available. She was very thorough with her checks that I found most reassuring. With the treatment itself it wasn’t painful as my previous experience elsewhere, I suspect that’s the difference between someone who’s passionate and experienced versus someone who’s in the role strictly for the money (unless they were naturally heavy handed) I know given the choice I’d prefer the former and those of you who are put off due to pain here’s another reason to give these lot a go. What I appreciated most about the whole experience I could tell the way I was treated, asked questions, how they took on board my concerns and how they addressed them they are genuine people who are serious about delivering excellent service providing their wealth of knowledge and I can confidently say this from being in sales for more than 5 year’s you begin to read people's behaviour as people read books and you can tell whether someone is serious or not and it's a vital tool to know who's ready to buy or not to save yourself time and Huda, the Dentist ticked all the right boxes she genuinely is passionate about her job and well versed. Anahid, the receptionist also takes pride in her work hence if you are on the fence to please go in with confidence, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Lastly I really enjoyed the atmosphere it’s really soothing. Lastly I love the look of my teeth now after the tartar removal treatment, I'm glad I went.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service and treatment. I have travelled from York to Ealing to see Dr Hagri for the past four years and, before that, I saw him in Oxford . He’s the best. He takes care to explain what he is doing, is excellent at giving pain-free injections and continues to advise what’s needed for future proofing my oral health. His reception staff are always so friendly and accommodating - I won’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rooprai is amazing! He takes the time to explain every step of his work and he is very gentle with his work. The end result is exceptionally neat and beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Just had the third of a series of old fillings replaced. I hate going to the dentist, but their approach here helped. Using a rubber wedge to bite on to keep my mouth open helped cut out a lot of the stress for trying to keep your mouth open. As the fillings were on the upper right jaw, they used a special clothe to catch debri and water from going to the back of your throat. This made the process easier to endure. Of course an adept dentist such as Haley was the icing on the cake.

Fantastic experience: I went to Hayley for a cleaning she was so kind and informative that I felt comfortable enough to book back in a week later to redo my composite bonding on my front teeth, she was absolutely brilliant sat with me until I loved them, I couldn’t be happier with the results- thank you Hayley!
